To cook champignon mushrooms in a frying pan, we don’t need a lot of ingredients. The list of ingredients is amazingly small:

  • fresh champignons – 800 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • salt - to taste;
  • Refined olive oil - for frying.

So, how to fry champignons with onions in a frying pan - all the subtleties, which, however, are practically non-existent, are revealed in the proposed step-by-step recipe with photos.

  1. Thoroughly clean and rinse the mushrooms in running water.
    Peel the onion. Cut vegetables into feathers. Pour refined olive oil into a hot frying pan. Send an onion at it. Fry for about 10 minutes with systematic stirring. The vegetables should become soft and acquire a pleasant creamy hue.
    Meanwhile, cut the champignons into slices. Send the mushrooms to the onion preparation. Close the lid. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
    Mix. Add salt. Add other suitable spices if desired. Fry the mushrooms for just a couple of minutes - and you can turn it off.
