- 1 large breast (600-800 g);

Preparation:
- Divide the breast into two boneless, skinless fillets.
- Using a sharp knife, make several cuts across the grain of the breast.

How to cook:
- The breast is cut very well, it is soft and juicy. You can serve this dish with a side dish or even use chilled chicken to make salads. That's what I did with my other half. - Pour mixture over chicken and vegetables. Cook for another 20 minutes.
Serve this dish with fresh herbs. Porridge or boiled potatoes are suitable as a side dish.

- 1 breast;
- 1 tbsp. buckwheat;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 400 ml water;
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 2 tbsp. l. refined sunflower oil;
- a pinch of dry basil;
- salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut the breast into 1.5-2 cm pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil. Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- Sort and rinse the buckwheat.
- Peel the onions and carrots and cut into cubes.
- Pour oil into the slow cooker. Turn on the “Roast” program for 15 minutes.
- Fry the fillet for 5 minutes. Add onions and carrots, stir. Sauté for another 10 minutes.
- Load buckwheat.
- Mix water with salt and tomato paste. Pour the chicken with buckwheat. Stir and stick a bay leaf into the middle.
- Turn on “Stew” for 20 minutes. Leave the dish to heat for another 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

- Onion 200 gr
- Champignons 500 gr
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Boiling water 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Preparation:
1. Wash and dry the fillet, then divide it into small pieces; the smaller we cut it, the faster we will prepare our delicious dish.
2. Cut the onion into quarters of rings or large cubes.
3. Today we use fresh champignons for the dish. And if you wish, you can take them frozen, or cook them with any mushrooms, either fresh or pickled. Cut them into slices.
4. Place the mushrooms in a frying pan and cover them with a lid. The champignons should release their juice. This may take 5 - 7 minutes. Simmer them over medium heat.

- sour cream (20%) – 170 grams;
- flour – 50 grams;

- Wash the bird and divide it into medium-sized pieces. Then add salt and spices.

Wash the chicken breast and dip it in a paper towel to remove excess moisture - there is no need to remove fat, it will add additional juiciness to the dish during baking. We cut the garlic into thin oblong slices, after which we stuff the fillet, making several deep cuts in it with a sharp knife.
Place the breast into a deep bowl, add vegetable oil (unflavored), add ground paprika, a mixture of peppers and plenty of salt. Don’t be afraid to oversalt - the fillet will absorb the right amount of salt, the excess will remain in the vegetable oil. Lightly rub the spices into the chicken and give it time to marinate - 1 hour at room temperature is enough.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment and place the chicken breast on it.
Place the baking sheet in a very hot oven and bake at 200 degrees for exactly 25 minutes - do not open the oven during baking!- Remove the baked breast from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes so that the juices “sealed” inside the meat are properly redistributed.
