For beauty, we will whip the cream, then you can lay it out gracefully and decorate it with strawberries. What to cook from:
- ripe fresh strawberries – 300 g;
- 33 percent cream (or higher) – 120 ml;
- sugar or sweet powder – 60 g.
How to cook:
- A professional confectioner is unlikely to use ready-made powder, even for reasons of reliability. At home, this can be neglected, but in case there is no powder, the mass of sugar for grinding is exactly the same. You can use a coffee grinder or grind the crystals in a mortar.
- The cream is placed in the refrigerator ahead of time. Freezing them is strictly prohibited, but if possible, cool them to +4°C. If you have a powerful mixer, they are whipped quite quickly, so the actual preparation of the dessert begins with strawberries.
- The berries are sorted and rinsed. After drying, separate the tails and, if necessary, cut large strawberries. The cream is poured into a convenient high bowl and whipped, adding powder to it in small parts. The mass should become thick and fluffy.

- There is no need to prepare the mold, just wash and dry thoroughly. Fill it with berry-curd mass, level it and put it in the cold until it hardens. As a rule, this takes no more than 3 hours.
- Place the dessert pan in a bowl of hot water for 15 seconds, then cover with an upside-down serving dish and quickly tip over. No additional decorations are required, just cut the dessert.
The fat content of sour cream is 20% or higher; it is also advisable to use cottage cheese without regard to the dietary intake. If possible, it is better to use homemade dairy products in a dessert of strawberries and sour cream with gelatin.

The name suggests that the dessert will be elegant.
In fact, the “snow” will represent meringue; it is not difficult to bake, but it is easier to buy ready-made sweets. Ingredients:
- condensed milk (whole) – 2/3 jars;
- large strawberries – 500 g;
- meringue – 150 g.
How to cook:
- Selected berries, after sorting and washing, are dissolved into halves and placed in bowls.
- The strawberries are poured with condensed milk from a spoon and allowed to disperse throughout the entire volume of the dessert.
- Meringue for dessert - only light, without dyes or flavors. Some of it is broken into fairly large crumbs (about the size of a pea), the rest - as small as necessary. Sprinkle crumbs over dessert and serve immediately.
The meringue recipe is beyond the scope of the topic under consideration, but when preparing it yourself, you need to take into account one wish.
If possible, the meringue pieces should be as white as possible; this is not necessary, but the dessert looks more “snowy”.

- The whipped cream is separated, about a third of the mass is mixed with strawberry syrup. Whip the remaining cream again, adding mascarpone and the rest of the sugar. Stop when you have a uniform, fluffy mass.
- You should take a few extra cookies and crumble them all at once, then remove very small pieces. The strawberries are cut a little larger, and the nuts are crushed or chopped finely, as for sprinkling ice cream.
