    What do we need:

    • Any cookies (without cream, dry) – 600-700 gr.
    • White condensed milk – 1 can
    • Cocoa powder – 3-4 tbsp. (plus a little extra for sprinkling)
    • Butter – 50 gr.
    • Nuts or seeds to taste

    How to cook:

    First you need to grind the cookies into fine crumbs. If you don’t have a meat grinder or blender, you can rub it with a coarse grater - the effect will be the same!

    If there are large pieces left after wiping, simply crush them with your fingers.

    Pour about a handful of the resulting flour into a separate bowl. We will use it to decorate the future dessert.

    Now the nuts. You can use whatever you like or whatever you have on hand. In this case - walnuts. Once cleaned, dry them in a frying pan without adding oil. Then grind into not too fine crumbs. That is, not to the point of flour, but not very coarse either.

    This can be done with a blender, meat grinder or regular rolling pin.

    Pour the nuts into the bulk of the cookies and mix. Sift cocoa into the same bowl. Stir again.

    The butter must be soft and at room temperature. You can even take the melted one - only in this case it needs to be cooled. Add to the dry component.

    Grind everything carefully so that the oil is evenly incorporated into the mass.

    Depending on its thickness, you may need more or less condensed milk. Add it to the mixture in portions and stir after each time. And so on until the desired consistency. Namely, the dough should be soft and pliable, not pourable, and keep its shape!

    At the end of the kneading, it is better to stir with your hands, because it will become difficult to do it with a spoon.
