You will need:

  • 500 g chocolate gingerbread
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 200 g walnuts

Preparation:

  1. Make cream. Beat sour cream with powdered sugar with a mixer.
  2. Cut the gingerbread cookies in half lengthwise.
  3. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  4. Cut bananas into slices.
  5. Dip gingerbread cookies into cream. Then place them in the mold in layers: gingerbread, bananas, nuts, then repeat.
  6. Coat each layer well with cream.
  7. Spread cream on top of the cake, decorate with nuts and refrigerate overnight.

This cake can be made differently every time! Add prunes, and instead of chocolate gingerbread, buy gingerbread.

How to make with fruit

There are situations when the oven is not available. In such conditions it is easy to make a cake without baking. And which! This is truly the perfect cake. Low-calorie and deliciously tasty, it is healthy and pleasant to use for both adults and children!

  • vanilla or white marshmallows – 0.5 kg;
  • cream (fat content above 33%) – 500 ml;
  • granulated sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • oranges – 2 pcs.;
  • kiwi – 4 pcs.;
  • bananas – 4 pcs.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Cut layers of marshmallows, and peeled bananas and kiwis into circles. Divide the oranges into slices (without white veins).
  2. Beat the cream and sugar well (preferably with a mechanism, not with your hands).
  3. Place in layers: marshmallows, cream, bananas, cream, kiwi, cream, oranges, cream.
  4. Decorate the top surface of the cake as you wish. Another option is to leave some fruit and arrange it beautifully.

This confectionery product can be consumed immediately. But after a night in the refrigerator, the dish becomes more uniform.

You will need:

  • 300 g cookies “For tea”
  • 180 g butter
  • 1 tsp. gelatin
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 1 can of condensed milk

Preparation:

  1. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Add condensed milk to the cottage cheese and beat with a blender.
  3. Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  4. Place on the bottom of the springform pan, tightly and making sides.
  5. Heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath until it is completely dissolved. Then let it cool, then combine with cottage cheese and condensed milk.
  6. Mix everything again with a blender.
  7. Spread the mixture onto the cookies and put them in the refrigerator for several hours.

Curd cake can be made less caloric if you use whole grain bread as a base and honey instead of sour cream.

Marshmallow cake without baking

Marshmallows and lots of chocolate! This is the most motivating characteristic for sweet tooth lovers! Could it be otherwise? Of course not! You should only add strong coffee or cocoa.

Ingredients:

  • marshmallow marshmallows – 300 g;
  • cookies with chocolate – 200 g;
  • butter – 70 g;
  • cream (above 33%) – only 700 ml;
  • dark chocolate 350 g (2 bars are enough).

Forming the cake:

  1. Mix cookie crumbs (made in a convenient way) with melted butter until a plastic mass is formed. The proportions of oil can be increased.
  2. Place parchment or film into a springform pan, and then transfer the plastic mixture into it. Compact.
  3. Melt marshmallows either in the microwave or in a water bath. The second option requires the introduction of a small amount of water. This will prevent the melting mass from burning. It should turn out homogeneous and airy.
  4. Separate 100 ml of cream and melt 200 g of chocolate in it. Cool slightly and add marshmallows to the warm mass. Stir gently and thoroughly with a spatula or whisk.
  5. Whip 500 ml of chilled cream and add to the already cooled total mass. Stir again.
  6. Spread the resulting mixture onto the base of the cake and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  7. Melt 150 g of chocolate in 100 ml of cream. Beat with a blender. This is the icing. It is better to cool it in the refrigerator. This way it will thicken faster.
  8. Pour the icing onto the cake and smooth it out.
  9. Place decorations of your choice on top. It may not be melted marshmallows, berries, fruits, pieces of cookies, as in the base, and even chocolate figures.

Keep the finished product in the refrigerator until use.

Marshmallow cake

This light, airy marshmallow cake is easy to make and is a great dessert option when you're short on time.

You will need:

  • 500 g marshmallows
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 2−3 bananas
  • 400−500 g seasonal berries (strawberries, cherries, blueberries)

Preparation:

  1. Divide the marshmallows into halves.
  2. Cut bananas into slices.
  3. Wash the berries (remove the seeds from the cherries).
  4. Place in a deep pan in layers: marshmallows, bananas.
  5. Coat with sour cream.
  6. The next layer is marshmallows and berries. Coat with sour cream.
  7. Place marshmallow tops on top and pour sour cream on top.
  8. Place in the freezer for 2 hours and then in the refrigerator overnight.

Another recipe, this marshmallow cake will be a little more complicated, but you don’t need to have great culinary talents for it either. This no-bake cake is one of the quick desserts, which are also distinguished by the fact that its ingredients are always readily available and not expensive.

Cake:

two eggs, a kilogram of regular marshmallows, two packages of shortbread cookies, half a glass of granulated sugar, a package of peasant butter, a cup of milk, the zest of one lemon.
Decoration:
50 g marmalade, 30 g nuts.

  1. Divide the marshmallows into halves.
  2. Beat eggs into a deep container and add sugar - mash with a fork.
  3. Crumble the cookies and pour in milk.
  4. It is best to use cookies that are fresh and as crumbly as possible.
  5. We begin to heat it slowly, stirring constantly, waiting for it to thicken.
  6. After the resulting cream has cooled, add finely grated zest and butter cut into pieces, beat in a blender until the lumps disappear.
  7. We form a marshmallow cake - we cover the mold for our cake with cling film and line its bottom with marshmallow halves and cover it with our cream and so on several times - a layer of marshmallow and a layer of cream.
  8. The last layer of marshmallows can be laid out, just like the previous no-bake cake, from figures cut out of marshmallows, but only after decorating the cake completely.
  9. Place in the refrigerator overnight, but for at least 3 hours.

No baking required, but the marshmallow cake is ready! Before serving, decorate the cake with marmalade and nuts; if available, top with sweet paste or cover with whipped cream.

  • granulated sugar – 120 g.

The cake is made following step-by-step instructions:

  2. Bananas are peeled and cut into slices. Oranges are cut into slices.
  3. The marshmallow is cut lengthwise into 2 parts.
