First, let's prepare the filling. Pre-cook the mushrooms. In a hot frying pan in sunflower oil, fry the meat until half cooked and add finely chopped green onions and herbs. Don't forget to add spices and salt. Cool and mix with mushrooms.

Prepare the dough as follows. In a deep plate, mix warm milk with eggs and add butter at room temperature. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and salt to the prepared mixture. The mixture should be free of lumps of flour.

  • 400 grams of minced meat;
  • two potato tubers;
  • one carrot;
  • onion head;
  • three eggs;
  • favorite greens;
  • three hundred grams of flour;
  • half a glass of kefir;
  • baking powder packet;
  • a tablespoon of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of salt.
  • You can also take ground black pepper, coriander or a little turmeric for minced meat. For the filling, you should also use any oil.

    For this pie, you can choose the dough yourself: kefir, milk, sour cream or mayonnaise. In our recipe we use kefir.

    For the test you will need:

    • flour – 600 gr;
    • kefir – 400 ml;
    • egg – 3 pcs.;
    • salt - to taste;
    • baking soda – 2 tsp.

    Filling:

    • minced meat – 0.5 kg;
    • onion – 1 large head;
    • 4 medium potatoes;
    • salt, spices.

    !For such a pie, it is better to choose minced meat of medium fat content.

    For the filling, first peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Fry the onion and minced meat in a frying pan, add salt and spices. Combine potatoes and meat filling.

    Prepare the dough as follows: beat kefir and eggs in one bowl, add all the bulk products. The mass should be without lumps.

  • three eggs;
  • two glasses of kefir;
  • 1.5 cups flour;
  • two hundred grams of margarine;
  • a teaspoon of sugar and baking powder;
  • a pinch of soda and citric acid.
  • For a delicious filling you need to take:

  • 400 grams of cabbage;
  • 500 grams of minced meat;
  • two onions;
  • a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • vegetable oil and spices.

    Quick minced meat pie with kefir, the recipe couldn’t be easier

    Remove the skin from the onion and cut it into small cubes. Pour some oil into a frying pan, heat it up and add the onion to it. Fry the onion until it turns golden, stirring constantly.

    Take the minced meat and transfer it to the frying pan, pressing down with a spatula. You can replace the minced chicken with beef or pork, whichever you prefer. The minced meat should be thoroughly fried so that the lumps are covered with a crust, then reduce the heat.

    Rinse fresh herbs under water, dry and chop with a knife. Divide it into 2 parts: one part will go into the minced meat, and the other will go into the dough. Add dill to the frying pan, stir the contents, continue frying for another 1-2 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let the filling cool.

    Now you can prepare the dough for the jellied pie. Break 2 eggs into a deep bowl. Add room temperature kefir to them. You cannot pour kefir from the refrigerator; take it out in advance before cooking. Use a mixer to mix, it will break up the lumps and the dough will turn out airy.

    Add flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add salt to the dough and continue beating until smooth.

    Add vegetable oil to the cup. then dill. Stir the mixture again. The dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream so that it can be poured.

    Grind the cheese on a coarse grater. Pour approximately half of the total dough into a greased baking pan. Shake the mold so that the dough fills it evenly.

    Add the cooled filling to the mold. You need to pour it in carefully so that the filling is all over the pie, and not just in the center, do not forget about the edges.

    Sprinkle the minced meat with cheese. You can use any cheese, but the one that melts well is better.

    Pour the remaining dough into the pan, smooth it out a little with a spoon so that it fills the entire baking container.

    Set the oven temperature to 180-200 degrees, and then place a baking sheet with a mold there. Baking takes from 40 to 50 minutes, depending on the power of the oven and the height of your baking dish.

    Before turning off the heat, check if the cake is ready: insert a match or toothpick into the middle. If the pie is ready, there will be no traces of dough on the stick.

    Remove the finished jellied pie with minced meat on kefir from the oven, wait until it cools a little, and then remove it from the mold. You can sprinkle the baked goods with chopped green onions. Cut fresh vegetables into the pie, maybe just tomatoes and cucumbers, for example. Put the kettle on or pour a glass of milk to wash it down.

    This pie is just as simple. But for it, minced meat and onions should be fried, it will be more interesting. You can also use rosemary or dried basil as an addition. For this pie you need to take:

  • three hundred grams of minced meat;
  • three onions;
  • a glass of flour;
  • two eggs;
  • a tablespoon of vegetable oil;
  • a pinch of soda;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • a little salt.
  • Dissolve a little soda in a glass of kefir, stir and leave for five minutes. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. When it becomes soft, add minced meat and spices. For the dough, mix kefir, eggs, salt and flour. The mass should be homogeneous.

    It is better to grease the baking dish with oil. Pour out half the dough and spread out the filling. Fill with the remaining mixture. Bake for forty minutes at 180 degrees. Let the finished pie sit for ten minutes, then it will be easier to cut.

Then simple options with jellied dough come to the rescue. Kefir is often used for them. Together with baking soda, it reacts, and the dough turns out not sticky, but fluffy.

    To prepare the dough you will need:

    • wheat flour – 350 gr;
    • chicken egg – 2 or 3 pcs. (depending on their size);
    • mayonnaise – 150 gr;
    • baking powder – 10 g;
    • vegetable oil – 50 g, a little for frying the minced meat;
    • salt - to taste.

    For filling:

    • minced meat – 300 gr;
    • onion – 1 medium head;
    • salt, spices - to taste.

    Add sunflower oil to a hot frying pan, add minced meat and fry for several minutes. Finely chopped onion is added to the meat. Fry everything together for about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready and can be set aside for now.

    To prepare the dough, you will need a deep bowl or cup; break the eggs into it and beat them with a fork or whisk. Then add mayonnaise and oil and continue kneading. You should get a homogeneous mixture. Sift the flour together with baking powder through a sieve and add salt to taste, not forgetting that the filling is also salty. The resulting mass should be free of lumps.

    Important! The flour must be sifted, so the dough will be softer and airier.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
