Beat with a mixer or blender until smooth. Reduce the beating speed and start adding cottage cheese gradually. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add wheat flour.

    Tip: before adding flour, be sure to sift it. This will add fluffiness to the finished baked goods.

    Leave the cottage cheese and return to the proteins. Pour them into a deep saucepan. Lightly add salt. Let's start whisking. Combine with cottage cheese. Mix.

  • Dessert cream consists of the following products:

  • Milk in the amount of 1 glass.
  • Two eggs.
  • Flour (about two large spoons).
  • Granulated sugar in the amount of 1 cup.
  • Honey cake without butter according to the recipe with custard is prepared like this. Milk and eggs are placed in a large plate. Add granulated sugar. Add honey to the mixture and heat it in a water bath. When the mixture acquires a homogeneous consistency, add soda to it. Remove the pan from the heat. Gradually add flour to the mixture.     Tip: To brown the crust, mix brown sugar and water in a bowl. Use a brush to coat the top layer of the cake.

    Advice. The number of cakes depends on the size of the baking container. To obtain a tender and fluffy honey cake, you need 6-7 cakes. Their thickness also depends on personal preference, but the best option is about 0.4-0.5 cm. In this case, the cake will be well soaked in cream.
