Ingredients:
- 5-7 medium sized potatoes
- 150 g cheese
- A couple of eggs
- A teaspoon of dry or chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Vegetable oil
Preparation:
Grate the cheese, divide it in half, placing it in different bowls. In the first one we put dill and one egg. Stir thoroughly until smooth
In another bowl with cheese, break the second egg, put mayonnaise, crush the garlic through a press. Stir well too
Let's wash and peel the potatoes. Grate with a coarse grater and place in a bowl. Let's transfer here the second part of the cheese mass, which is with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly
Grease the mold or frying pan with vegetable oil. Distribute the potato mixture evenly, leveling the top with a spoon, compacting. Spread the remaining cheese mixture over the top
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

How to cook “Mashed Potato Casserole in the Oven”
1. We immediately need to prepare the minced meat. I usually buy ready-made, and if you have the opportunity to prepare it at home, it will be even better. Add the egg to the minced meat, salt and season everything to taste, then mix thoroughly so that the consistency of the minced meat is uniform.
2. Boil the potatoes, crush them only with the addition of butter and two eggs. It should be beaten thoroughly. Meanwhile, grease the baking dish.
3. Spread the mashed potatoes as the first layer, place the minced meat on top and cover with another layer of mashed potatoes.
4. Sprinkle all this on top with cheese and send it to bake in the oven.
5. Bake our dish in the oven for about 45 minutes. After that, let it cool a little, cut it and serve.

Grate the cheese with a grater. Place in a bowl. Pour milk here, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and break the eggs. Stir everything until maximum homogeneity
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. If desired, you can use soft butter. We will conditionally divide all the ingredients into 2 parts. First, lay out half the potatoes.

Repeat the layers and place the mold in a hot oven. If desired, you can grate frozen or cut soft butter on top. But this is optional. We will bake for about 40 minutes; if you boil the potatoes first, it will take less time – 20 minutes.

- tomato - 3 pieces;

- sour cream - 150 ml;
