So, first, let’s prepare all the vegetables for cooking - wash them thoroughly and peel them.

First of all, we need an onion, chop it into small pieces and fry it in a small amount of vegetable oil in a spacious saucepan.

When the onion turns golden, we need to add carrots to it. To do this, cut the peeled carrots into cubes or cubes. Cover the pan with a lid, simmer until the carrots become soft, stir the mixture periodically. Next, while we are stewing these vegetables, cut the potatoes into cubes, then add them to the rest. What kind of steaks are needed to prepare this dish? Yes, from almost any fish. But the tastiest will be red fish (salmon, pink salmon, trout, chum salmon, etc.). We use chilled or frozen fish (defrost first).

Ingredients:

  • Red fish steak – 3 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 1 large
  • Red onion – 1 piece
  • Lemon juice - to taste
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Favorite spices - to taste
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

In addition to the products, prepare foil for work and turn on the oven in advance, it will have time to warm up while we “shape” the steaks.
