What kind of steaks are needed to prepare this dish? Yes, from almost any fish. But the tastiest will be red fish (salmon, pink salmon, trout, chum salmon, etc.). We use chilled or frozen fish (defrost first).
Ingredients:
- Red fish steak – 3 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 1 large
- Red onion – 1 piece
- Lemon juice - to taste
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
