- Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin.
- Rub the tomatoes through a sieve.
- Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil.
- Add bacon, onion and mushrooms.
- Pour in the broth and add the tomato mixture. Salt, pepper and season the tomato puree.
- Layer noodles, sauce and grated cheese in a fireproof dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
