Rice boiled in milk will be tender and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 200 grams of rice;
  • 400 ml fresh whole milk;
  • 2 glasses of clean, cold water;
  • 0.5 cups sugar;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 1 sweet apple;
  • a tablespoon of raisins;
  • 0.5 cups sour cream (15% fat is best);
  • breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon;
  • 2 tablespoons jam (strawberry, raspberry);
  • half a tablespoon of sunflower oil.

Curd and rice casserole is prepared as follows: boil rice in a glass of milk and the same amount of water. Cook the cereal until completely cooked.

Place the eggs in a deep bowl and beat them with sugar until foam forms. To get the desired result as quickly as possible, it is recommended to add citric acid to the mixture at the tip of a knife. It will not be felt in the dish, but will speed up the whipping process.

Then you can start making raisins. To make it softer and more tender, dried fruits should be placed in a bowl of boiling water. Leave in this state until completely swollen.

Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork. You can also grind it through a sieve. The purpose of this procedure is to obtain a uniform consistency. This is necessary to ensure that the finished casserole is tender.

Wash the apple under running water. Then peel and core the fruit. Cut the pulp into small slices. It is desirable that the pieces have approximately the same size and thickness.

Set aside the finished rice for a few minutes to cool slightly. Then put all the prepared components into it. If desired, you can add a packet of vanillin or vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

To bake sweet rice casserole, use a springform pan. Grease the inside of it generously with butter. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

Then place the mixture in the middle. In order for the finished dish to have a beautiful appearance, before putting the pan in the oven, you need to level the composition and brush with egg mixed with sour cream. Bake rice porridge casserole at 2200C. Keep it in the oven until a golden crust appears on the surface.

When the time is up, remove the pan and let cool slightly. Then you can cut into portions. Serve with strawberry or raspberry jam.

Recipe in a slow cooker with dried fruits

You will need:

  • rice - 200 g;
  • milk - 1 glass;
  • egg - 2 pieces;
  • sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • sour cream - 150 ml;
  • dried fruits - 100-150 g;
  • butter - 10 g.

Preparation

  1. Boil rice in milk. Leave to cool.
  2. For dried fruits (you can take raisins, prunes, dried apricots), pre-soak the raisins in water.
  3. Beat the eggs, add sugar to them and beat again.
  4. Pour eggs with sugar and sour cream into the cooled rice.
  5. Drain the raisins in a colander and also add to the total mass. Add dried fruits to taste. If they are large, cut into small pieces.
  6. Mix all ingredients well.
  7. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the mixture into it, smooth it out. Cook in the “Bake” mode for 50 minutes.

The rice casserole recipe is open to experimentation, just like any other casserole. The constant ingredients are only rice cooked in milk, eggs and sugar. Most often, fresh fruits, dried fruits, and chopped nuts are used as additives. The taste is greatly transformed after adding ground nutmeg or cardamom, as well as cinnamon.

Casserole with raisins in a slow cooker

Children's favorite dessert is made from rice or rice porridge. This tender baby casserole can be a complete carbohydrate breakfast, snack or dessert. This casserole is convenient to take to work or give to children at school for lunch.

The classic version of a children's casserole in a slow cooker is prepared with raisins, but you can experiment and add a pear or banana. You can serve the casserole with sweet sour cream sauce, jam, hot chocolate or cocoa.

Preparing the casserole will take 1 hour.

Ingredients:

  • boiled rice – 250-300 g;
  • raisins – 3 tbsp. l;
  • sour cream – 200 gr;
  • sugar – 3 tbsp. l;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • egg – 2 pcs;
  • semolina – 2 tsp;
  • butter.

Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Cool the egg whites and beat with a pinch of salt until light foam forms.
  3. Combine rice, sugar, sour cream and yolks. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Add whipped egg whites and raisins. Stir.
  5. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
  6. Place the casserole dough into the bowl. Place several thin slices of butter on top.
  7. Bake the dish for 50 minutes in baking mode.
  8. Before serving, you can decorate the casserole with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

  • rice – 450-500 g;
  • egg – 3 pcs;
  • raisins – 4 tbsp. l;
  • apples – 3-4 pcs;
  • milk – 500 ml;
  • butter;
  • sugar – 5 tbsp. l;
  • vanilla sugar – 1.5-2 tbsp. l;
  • brandy – 1 tsp;
  • zest of 1 lemon;
  • lemon juice;
  • raspberry jam - to taste;
  • salt – 1 pinch.

Preparation:

  1. Wash and boil the rice in milk for 15 minutes. Cook over low heat. Turn off the rice and wait for the porridge to cool completely.
  2. Wash, dry the raisins and pour in brandy.
  3. Separate the yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with lemon zest. Beat the whites with salt until foamy.
  4. Add sugar, vanilla and butter to the yolks. Using a fork, grind the mixture until smooth.
  5. Add rice porridge and raisins to the yolks. Stir until the raisins are evenly distributed in the dough.
  6. Add the whipped whites and mix.
  7. Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour in the rice dough and spread evenly in the pan.
  8. Cut the apples in half and remove the core.
  9. Place the apples, core side up, on the dough, press down lightly and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  10. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish for 35 minutes.
  11. Remove the mold and spoon raspberry jam into the apple cores.
