Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours to cool and firm. If you don’t have time to wait for the dough to cool completely, divide the large ball into 3-4 small ones and put them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Divide the chilled dough into parts (while you are working, 1 piece, the rest should be in the refrigerator), roll each into a “sausage”, the diameter of which will fit into the meat grinder receiver.

Remove the knife from the meat grinder mechanism and insert the grid with the middle holes. Pass part of the dough through a meat grinder. The dough will be squeezed out of the grill into long “pasta” shapes. When their length reaches 6-8 cm, cut them with a knife, supporting the edges with your hand, look at the photo. It is important that before the next portion of dough comes out, the meat grinder grate is well cleaned with a knife, then the next “chrysanthemum” will turn out smooth and beautiful.
