Baking gingerbread at home turns out much tastier than in the store. Remember that our baked goods are dietary, so we don’t need any butter or margarine.
Gingerbread without butter and margarine
Sugar – 150 g, prunes – 100 g, ready-made coffee – 1 cup, flour – 1 glass, soda – 1 tsp, salt – ½ tsp, vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
l., cinnamon - 1 tsp., powdered sugar for sprinkling. Steps for making gingerbread without butter and margarine:
- Dissolve the sugar in the finished cup of coffee and set aside to cool.
- Soak the prunes in boiling water for 5 minutes and then cut into small pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon, salt, flour and mix everything with a spoon.
- Mix the coffee with the flour mixture, add the prunes and mix thoroughly.
- As we remember, our baked goods do not contain butter or margarine, but the baking dish should still be greased so that the baked goods do not stick.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Baked goods are baked at this temperature for 25-30 minutes.
- The finished baked goods are decorated with powdered sugar.

The pie is baked without eggs, butter or margarine. Diet food has always been very healthy. Such baked goods can be included in the diet of a small child; they are tasty and healthy.

Corn grits – 250 gr., orange – 2 pcs., lemon – 1 pc., sugar – 150 gr., chopped nuts – 250 gr. (more or less, depending on your taste), dry pudding - to taste, baking powder - ½ tsp.
Let's start preparing the pie step by step without butter and margarine:
- Soak corn grits in cold water.
- Place the oranges in a saucepan, add water and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
- Boil the lemon for 10 minutes.
- Once the citrus fruits have cooled, chop them and puree them in a blender.
- Add chopped nuts, sugar, pudding, vanilla, baking powder and citrus puree to the corn grits (do not drain the water). Stir everything. The consistency of the dough will be like pancakes, only without oil.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the dough into it.
- The baked goods take quite a long time to bake, about one hour. When the pie is ready, it will change color to bright yellow.
- You can decorate with powdered sugar or icing.

Probably the easiest and most affordable way to prepare cookies. To do this, just knead the dough, roll it out and cut it out with curly molds. Next, we present several recipes for delicious and healthy cookies without adding butter.
Recipe for making simple cookies without butter
Attention! You can increase or decrease the volumes at your discretion. I give the volumes, which made 2 servings for the breakfast of two adults.
- 1 cup flour, plus for sprinkling the table when rolling. Be sure to sift before adding to the dough. The cookies will be more fluffy and soft.
- 1/3 glass of water. Since we are making cookies without adding butter or margarine, liquid is needed to bind the ingredients. It is better to use boiled water to avoid harmful microorganisms. Some people prefer to use sour cream. It will add additional taste and the cookies will become more tender.
- 4 tbsp. sunflower oil. After adding, the dough will become elastic and will not stick to your hands. If you added sour cream instead of water, you can reduce the amount of oil.
- 1/3 cup sugar. For those who like sweeter cookies, increase the dosage. I prefer to use powdered sugar to finish before serving.
- There's a banana in the refrigerator. It was no longer suitable for consumption in its natural form, but just right for cookies. Don't throw away food.
- ½ tsp. salt. A pinch will not give the cookies a salty taste, but will add richness of flavor.
- ½ tsp. soda (can be replaced with purchased baking powder). Added to raise the dough. Soda should be quenched with vinegar. Try to use as little reagent as possible. To do this, pour baking soda into a cup and add a few drops of vinegar. Stir.
Let's move on to the process of making cookies without margarine
Flour. For the recipe, you need to sift the flour into a deep bowl. To do this, it is more convenient to use a sieve with a handle. This will prevent flour from being sprayed all over the work surface. The flour falls exactly under the sieve. Add sunflower oil. If you decide to use sour cream, add it now. We take out a blender or mixer. It is convenient to use equipment at different speeds. Beat on low speed at first to avoid scattering the flour. A container with a lid avoids splashes scattering throughout the kitchen.
Mash the banana with a fork and add to the flour. Add sugar, salt, soda and water. First, mix the dough with a blender. Then place it on a surface sprinkled with flour and begin to knead well. If necessary, add more flour.
Turn on the oven. Temperature 180-200 degrees. Let it heat up while you work with the dough.
Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. It should become elastic and not stick to your hands or work surface. Divide into three parts and roll into a thin pancake. Thickness is approximately 3-5mm. We cut out the figures using your favorite cutters or a regular glass. I had a heart shape.
The oven should be completely hot by the time you cut out the cookies. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Lubricate the surface with butter or sunflower oil. Place cookies on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
After the time has passed, you will know that the cookies are ready by the aroma wafting throughout the kitchen. Place on a plate. Sprinkle hot cookies with powdered sugar. Pour the tea into cups. Gather the whole family around the table and enjoy banana cookies without butter. Bon appetit!

- 1 egg. Be sure to choose only fresh. This is quite easy to check. Take a container of water. Immerse the egg. If it floats, it's not fresh. It should go down.
- 50g pistachios – choose unsalted.
- 1 lemon. When purchasing, we check the surface. It should be free of cuts and dents. Soft fruits should also not be taken.
Biscotti recipe:
First of all, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. All baked goods should be cooked on a well-heated stove.
The flour must be sifted. It will be enriched with oxygen, and the baked goods will turn out more fluffy and soft. Add an egg. Wash the lemon thoroughly. When doing this, use a brush to clean the peel. Grate the lemon on a fine grater. Chop the pistachios with a meat hammer. Add all ingredients to the dough. Mix.
According to the recipe, we will form a long sausage. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Lubricate the surface with butter or sunflower oil. We lay out our cookies. Lightly press the sausage with your fingers. Bake for 20-25 minutes. The surface should acquire a yellowish tint and slightly brown.
We take out the baking sheet, but do not turn off the oven. Spray the cake with water and cover with a towel. Leave for 10 minutes. Cut into slices no more than 1cm thick. Place the resulting cookies on the baking sheet again. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
After the time has passed, turn off the oven. Cool the cookies without adding margarine at room temperature.

Recipe:
- 200g cottage cheese;
- 200g flour;
- 1 egg + 1 yolk;
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. milk;

Cookie preparation method
To make the cookies fluffy, use two tricks. First, be sure to sift the flour. Secondly, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Place cottage cheese, egg, honey and vanillin in one container. Beat with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix everything again.
Roll several sausages up to 5 cm thick. Cut into cookies - 1 cm thick. Line a baking tray with greased baking paper. Lay out the cookies. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

- If you don't have time and don't want to make round cookie shapes, you can make a pie. To do this, you will need to roll out the main part of the dough and put it in a mold, and form a side from the remaining part. Spread the pie with thick jam and grate the remaining dough evenly on top. You can sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- If you decide to make a pie from the resulting dough rather than cookies, then you will need to bake it for less than half an hour at a temperature of 180°. Then put the filling in it or spread it with jam, pour in the whipped egg whites and sugar and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Unlike margarine, butter is more expensive and this often causes various speculations. Some people believe that if you replace the butter with margarine in shortcrust pastry, you will get baked goods that are healthy for human health - this is a mistake.
- As you know, margarine and butter contain transgenic fats and they have a bad effect on the heart, so using large quantities of such products can have an extremely negative impact on the general health of children and women. This recipe is a wonderful way out of a situation when you want healthy shortbread cookies.
