Components:

  • tuna 2 cans
  • tomatoes 2 pcs.

  • pine nuts 2 tbsp. l

  1. Mash the peeled ripe fruit so that fragments are visible; there is no need to turn it into a completely homogeneous mass.

REQUIRED PRODUCTS:

  • large avocado - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise and yogurt - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • celery - 1 medium stalk;
  • cherry - 3 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • tuna in its own juice - 1 can;
  • a handful of chopped dill;
  • ground pepper and salt.

HOW TO PREPARE THIS SALAD:

  1. It's easy to mash tuna with a fork - there may be full pieces of fillet left in it.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Collect the pulp with a spoon, being careful not to damage the thick skin. There should be two empty boats left.
  3. Cut the celery into small cubes.
  4. Add a handful of dill and crushed garlic to all ingredients (avocado, tuna, celery).
  5. Season with a mixture of mayonnaise and yogurt, add spices and salt.
  6. Mix the resulting mass well and put it into the boat using a spoon.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
  8. Attach several cherry halves to each “bump” of lettuce, lightly pressing them into the mass.
