    Original taste with pineapples

    To diversify the taste of familiar products, an original “note” is added to the salad - pineapple.

    For an easy to prepare dish you will need:

    • chicken breast – 1 pc.;
    • canned champignons – 250 g;
    • eggs – 4 pcs.;
    • canned pineapples – 300 g;
    • cheese – 150 g;
    • mayonnaise.

    Step by step steps:

    1. Boil the chicken and eggs and cool.
    2. The meat is cut and placed in a salad bowl.
    3. Then chop the eggs, pineapples, and mushrooms. The cheese is grated on a grater with small holes.
    4. All products are added to the chicken, seasoned with mayonnaise, and mixed.

    If desired, the salad is decorated with herbs.

    We complement the dish with cucumbers

    Chicken and mushrooms go well in a salad with cucumbers, which can be either fresh or pickled.

    For the salad you should take:

    • chicken breast – 1 pc.;
    • fresh champignons – 250 g;
    • onion – 1 pc.;
    • potatoes – 2 pcs.;
    • pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.;
    • salt, pepper, herbs - optional;
    • mayonnaise.

    Cooking process step by step:

    1. Boil potatoes and meat.
    2. Chopped onions and mushrooms are cooked in a frying pan. Frying time: no less than 10 minutes. The mixture is cooled.
    3. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, after cutting them into pieces. Season with mayonnaise.

    A similar salad can be made with canned champignons - it will turn out no less tasty.
