    Sauces for steamed broccoli

    50 grams of olive oil, 3-4 cloves of garlic and a sprig of rosemary, or dried, beat with a blender attachment until smooth. Pour the sauce over the finished hot broccoli and serve.

    Mix 50 ml soy sauce with 1 teaspoon of curry paste, add a couple of drops of vegetable oil to taste and mix thoroughly. This sauce goes well with steamed broccoli and other vegetables.
