  6. Tilts in different directions. Arms extended to the sides, legs wider than shoulders (about twice as wide). First, tilt to the left, fixate in this position and wait for three breathing cycles. Then tilt to the right. Repeat the exercise, touching your ankle with one hand and pulling the other up at the same time.
  7. "Heron". This stance is performed on one leg with eyes closed. It is complicated by the fact that you need to rise on your toes 3-5 more times. One leg should be elevated, knee in front. The palms of the hands are facing down. It is necessary to imagine that there are two supports under them.

Dancers have amazing flexibility. But this quality is not innate in everyone. For many, this is achieved in the process of working on themselves in special trainings.

“At first I invited professional strippers,” the producer admitted. - Only benefits from them... Well, they suggested how best to fasten the ties. And the striptease show was staged by four professional choreographers.

As it should be in a real strip show, at some point an embarrassed spectator was pulled onto the stage.
