The name of the diet reflects the final result of weight loss - minus 27% of the initial weight. The diet is very strict, low in calories, includes periods of hunger and the predominant consumption of raw vegetables. General information about the diet:

  • The total duration is 26 days, divided into three phases, which are divided into stages (a total of 7 stages).

The third stage is protein nutrition with a reduced amount of carbohydrates, designed for 3 days. At this stage, there is a transition to a healthy diet, which allows you to continue to lose weight.

  • Breakfast: green tea with lemon and 100 g of cottage cheese.
  • Dinner: 200 g of boiled chicken fillet, half a salad pepper, green tea with lemon.
  • The next day, breakfast remains the same, and for dinner you can prepare 200 g of boiled low-fat fish (hake, cod, blue whiting).

The second phase lasts six days. Meals are provided every 3 hours in order to speed up metabolism . Eating mainly vegetables and fruits. The second phase has two stages of three days. If you count from the beginning of the diet, then the first three days will be the fourth stage. During these three days, meals are structured as follows:

  • 6.00 - glass of water, 100 g of cottage cheese.
  • 9.00 - apple and grapefruit, half each.
  • 12.00 - cucumber.
  • 15.00 - apple and grapefruit, half each.
  • 18.00 - 200 ml low-fat kefir.

The next three days constitute the fifth stage and on these days protein foods are not included, and the diet consists of vegetables or fruits and their juices:

The third phase includes the sixth and seventh stages of five days each (for a total of ten days). The purpose of nutrition during these ten days is to consolidate the results. Nutrition during these stages is the same and is repeated from the first to the fifth day:

  • the first day - fasting with drinking tea and water with lemon;
  • second - 400 g of boiled chicken breast for the whole day, plus tea or water with lemon;
  • third - 400 g of fresh vegetable salad (it is better to take cucumber, white cabbage, lettuce, herbs, green bell pepper), the salad can be seasoned with olive oil;
  • fourth - 300 g of 0% -0.2% cottage cheese for the whole day;
  • fifth - 400 g of boiled fish.

Considering that the diet is very strict, you need to enter it after preparation:

  • Limit the amount of food you eat for a week or two;
  • spend two fasting days during this time;
  • on the eve of the first “hungry” stage, dinner should be especially light (yogurt or boiled vegetables).

The exit from such a low-calorie diet should be just as gradual. First, the portions of vegetables (stewed or fresh) and fruits are increased. The portion of cottage cheese increases - you can eat it twice a day, adding fruit. For breakfast, first introduce a small amount of cereal with water or milk, gradually increasing the portion.
