Remove the meat from the refrigerator and transfer it to a roasting bag. Pour marinade on top. Tie the edges of the sleeve tightly so that the juice does not escape during cooking.
Place the filled sleeve on a baking sheet and place it in the middle of the preheated oven. Bake the meat for 40 minutes. 10 minutes before it’s ready, cut the top of the sleeve and set the oven to maximum temperature to get a crispy crust.

Prepare the marinade: pour honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil into a deep plate (saucepan). Add spices, mustard. Squeeze 2 tbsp from lemon. l. juice and pour it into a plate. Mix everything thoroughly.
