Who should get Oleg Yakovlev's inheritance
Oleg Yakovlev tragically passed away in the summer of 2020. The member of the group “Ivanushki International” would have turned 50 years old on November 18, 2020. After the singer’s death, a real war began for Yakovlev’s inheritance.
Now the acute question has arisen about who should own the deceased’s apartment. He had real estate in Moscow, Sochi, Montenegro and Bulgaria. After the death of the performer, bank accounts and several expensive cars were left behind.
The contenders for Oleg Yakovlev's inheritance were his niece Tatyana Yakovleva and his beloved Alexandra Kutsevol, as well as Roman Radov. At the same time, Kutsevol calls herself the singer’s legal wife. The current situation causes her a lot of indignation, and for good reason. A few days ago her apartment was broken into.
According to Oleg Yakovlev’s will, the apartment located on Drebnevskaya Embankment, after the artist’s death, was to go to his close friend Roman Radov. Now Alexandra Kutsevol lives here and she is not going to give up her living space just like that.

The controversy surrounding the inheritance of Oleg Yakovlev, the former lead singer of the group Ivanushki International, continues. Let us remind you: the artist died in one of the capital’s clinics at the end of June. The singer’s common-law wife, Alexandra Kutsevol, stated that Oleg had an advanced form of pneumonia and died as a result of cardiac arrest.
However, Yakovlev’s friend, singer Anna Kalashnikova (by the way, the former fiancee of Prokhor Chaliapin), voiced a different version.
“Oleg had the fourth stage of liver cirrhosis,” she told reporters.
Nephews and illegitimate son
Now the show crowd is wondering: who will get the singer’s inheritance? After all, Oleg did not have an official wife or children.
“I have a niece Tatyana and two great-nephews - Mark and Igor,” Yakovlev once admitted to Komsomolskaya Pravda.
After the death of the artist, Yakovlev’s niece Tatyana contacted journalists. The woman said that Oleg left a will and it does not contain the name of the singer’s common-law wife, Alexandra Kutsevol.
- I am Oleg’s only relative! Kutsevol, in fact, is no one, just a former common-law wife,” Tatyana Yakovleva announced. — The will contains only me and one other heir. But I won't say who this person is.
Meanwhile, in one of his interviews with Komsomolskaya Pravda, Yakovlev mentioned that he has an illegitimate child who lives in St. Petersburg. But then he refused a detailed comment. A little later, the singer’s friends told us: we are talking about the son of “Ivanushka,” who was born from the musician’s extramarital affair with a St. Petersburg fan.
If this is indeed the case, then Yakovlev’s son may become the main contender for the musician’s inheritance. First of all, to his Moscow apartments (see “Specifically”).
In recent years, Oleg Yakovlev practically did not communicate with other “Ivanushkas,” although his work record was in the production center of Igor Matvienko.

I invested everything in real estate
According to the artist’s friend Evgenia Kirichenko, the artist invested all his fees in the purchase of real estate. According to preliminary estimates, Yakovlev's inheritance could amount to about 200 million rubles.
These are the singer’s apartments, bank accounts, cars.
“After six months of working at Ivanushki, I bought my relatives an apartment in Angarsk,” Oleg Yakovlev recalled in one of his last interviews with KP. — When I bought my apartment, I reviewed the options for a long time and finally settled on a four-room Stalin apartment near the Paveletskaya metro station. I was captivated by the view from the window: two monasteries at once - Simonov and Novospassky. I immediately understood: mine. I decided to make an open plan with a large living room leading into the kitchen. I also have living space in St. Petersburg (the singer, according to his relatives, left one of the apartments in St. Petersburg to his illegitimate son. - Ed.) and Montenegro. I'm thinking about real estate in Sochi. I bought a small apartment in St. Petersburg in 2006, and in Montenegro later. Why do I need them? Maybe they will come in handy in the future - for relatives.
SPECIFICALLY

LAWYER'S COMMENT
“The common-law wife must prove that she was incapacitated”
Family lawyer Elena Boytsova.
“In accordance with current legislation, the child will be in the first line of inheritance, if the fact of his relationship with Oleg Yakovlev is proven,” says family lawyer Elena Boytsova, author of the book “The Marriage Contract.” — The common-law wife has no right to claim the inheritance, since her relationship with the singer was not legalized. But there is one exception here: if at the time of death the woman was disabled and was dependent on the deceased, then she will inherit an obligatory share in the inheritance regardless of whether her name is mentioned in the will or not and whether she was a legal spouse.
Latest news from the court about the inheritance of Oleg Yakovlev
Initially, Alexandra tried to negotiate with Radov. Kutsevol asked him to leave this apartment in memory of Yakovlev. But Radov invited her to move to another apartment. Only Kutsevol needs these apartments. By the way, the cost of a 4-room apartment is 20 million rubles.
Kutsevol is not going to move out of the apartment, and Radov now cannot get into the apartment, which legally belongs to him. But a few days ago it became known that his officials got into the apartment by breaking the locks on the front door. At this time, Kutsevol was abroad. The senior person at the entrance notified her about what had happened.
Alexandra Kutsevol denies that Radov won the trial and considers his actions illegal. She asked her neighbors to videotape how her apartment was being broken into. She plans to provide this video for her benefit during the trial.
Lawyer Kutsevol promptly arrived at the scene to check whether all things were in place. After the incident, Kutsevol changed the locks on the apartment doors.
“Mom” of the late Oleg Yakovlev is fighting for the artist’s 200-million-dollar inheritance
A few years ago, the former lead singer of the group “Ivanushki” Oleg Yakovlev, who had led a solo career in recent years, passed away. In the last few years before his death, Oleg no longer had the phenomenal successes that were in the heyday of his career as part of Ivanushki, but nevertheless he still remained satisfied with a wealthy man.
Years after the funeral of Oleg Yakovlev, passions around his multimillion-dollar inheritance still do not subside. Oleg left behind several real estate properties and bank accounts totaling about 200 million rubles. Oleg has two legal heirs - his friend, as well as his niece, and there is also a potential heir - his common-law wife Alexandra. And recently, in the struggle for Yakovlev’s inheritance, his alleged mother appeared - a woman named Maskhuda Minidarova, a resident of Zelenodolsk.

As you know, Oleg Yakovlev has no official parents, but Minidarova claims that her son Ruslan, who ran away from home at the age of 15, is Oleg Yakovlev. She claims that she can prove her relationship with Yakovlev in court, with the help of examinations, but the trouble is that Oleg’s body was cremated, and his biological material can only be obtained from his personal belongings. True, no one gives the woman access to these things, even though she is sure that she is the only legal heir to all the property of the late artist.
“No one gives me Oleg’s death certificate, and without this document I cannot sue. Now at the first stage we are demanding that I be given a certificate of his death, and during the second stage we will demand through the court to obtain his biological materials to prove our relationship. Of course, you can try to take them from his concert costumes, but where are they? They don’t give me or tell me either. I am afraid that they have been processed and now there is little we can take from them. This was most likely done to prevent me from inheriting,” KP quotes Maskhuda.
Let us remind you that Oleg Yakovlev’s widow can be forcibly evicted from the singer’s apartment.

Oleg Yakovlev's common-law wife spoke about his last days and will
According to her, the singer died as a result of severe bilateral pneumonia. Former TV presenter and journalist, and in recent years, promoter and common-law wife of the artist Alexandra Kutsevol, said that even before going to the hospital, Oleg Yakovlev was not feeling well: he slept a lot and took cough medicine. The artist preferred to self-medicate, and brushed off all his girlfriend’s requests to see a doctor. And only when his condition worsened sharply after a concert in St. Petersburg, which took place on July 23, did Oleg decide to visit the doctor, Dni.ru writes.
The examination showed bilateral pneumonia, Yakovlev went to the hospital. He stayed there for a week and was about to be discharged home. The tests were good, and nothing foreshadowed trouble. However, his condition deteriorated sharply, and the artist was transferred to intensive care. She learned from journalists that he was transferred to artificial ventilation. When she assured that everything was fine with Oleg, he was already between life and death.
The singer was unconscious for the last two days. The doctors understood the hopelessness of the situation, so they allowed Alexandra to come to him in the intensive care ward. There she talked with Oleg for more than an hour, hoping that he could hear her, and even left without saying goodbye, hoping to return the next day. But at 07:10 in the morning the head of the department called her and said that five minutes ago Oleg’s heart stopped.
Secular reporters are interested in whether Yakovlev left a will. Alexandra knows nothing about this, because her beloved was not going to die so early. He has no relatives left. Being Orthodox (his mother is a Buddhist, his father is a Muslim), the singer was cremated after his death. This is what his common-law wife wished. Alexandra Kutsevol published Oleg’s last lifetime photo on Instagram.
