Gorgeous Larisa Verbitskaya: lifestyle and her secrets of youth and beauty

Larisa Verbitskaya: biography

For many years, Larisa Verbitskaya has been called one of the most stylish TV presenters in the Russian Federation. And this is not surprising, since she is actively interested in fashion, repeatedly participating in television programs as a fashion expert, and is currently the vice-president of the League of Professional Image Makers.

Larisa's many years of experience in matters of style, sports and personal care led to the fact that the presenter began to be invited to programs designed to help women learn to care for themselves. In addition, a rare interview goes without questions about how Verbitskaya manages to keep herself in such amazing shape. The life of Larisa Verbitskaya is a wonderful example of how you can become successful on television without sacrificing your family and saving your energy and strength on your hobby. In 2006, the TV presenter was awarded the title “Honored Artist of Russia.”

Larisa Verbitskaya in childhood and now

Larisa Verbitskaya was born on November 30, 1959 in the Crimean city of Feodosia. The girl’s father was a military man, so the family, at the direction of the leadership, soon moved to Moldova, where Lara grew up and received an education. Young Verbitskaya studied at an English school. This unusual choice was due to the parents’ desire to raise their daughter to be a future diplomat.

As a child and teenager, the presenter was involved in various sports. Interest in this type of activity began with an acrobatics club, which Larisa and her friend signed up for at the age of six. Later she attended swimming, gymnastics and high jump sections. In the latter sport, Verbitskaya achieved considerable success, being for some time a member of the Moldovan youth team.

The parents hoped that their daughter would enter MGIMO, but Larisa assessed her chances more soberly. Verbitskaya knew English well and was going to enter the Institute of Foreign Languages, but she was afraid that she would not pass the competition, and eventually applied to the Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University for the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature. Later Larisa found out that just that year the competition for admission was very small, so she bitterly regretted the missed chance. At that time, the girl did not at all plan to work in the television industry, but, as usual, chance changed everything.

Larisa Verbitskaya, plastic surgery

TV presenter Larisa Verbitskaya, who despite her age of 56 continues to remain on the list of top workers in the film industry, seems to have managed to stop time, since for many years now the same familiar face has been looking at the viewer from the screens, not changing over the years. Quite naturally, among the multimillion-dollar audience there are those who see not only positive aspects in this eternal youth, but speak out loud about Larisa Verbitskaya’s plastic surgeries , thanks to which, in fact, a similar effect is achieved.

At the same time, the fact that the TV presenter herself always denies any surgical intervention on her appearance (after all, such guesses, quite naturally, encourage journalists to ask questions on this topic) does not bother any of them. Larisa Verbitskaya has repeatedly mentioned in interviews that she has a rather negative attitude towards plastic surgery, not wanting to make her face, which today is individual and vibrant, look like many others, albeit young and, according to current fashion canons, beautiful, but still almost identical masks , sometimes incapable of displaying live emotions. The celebrity does not hide the fact that he belongs to that category of people who prefer to constantly take care of the beauty of their body and face from a young age, rather than later restore their beauty using radical methods. By the way, Larisa Verbitskaya is also wary of Botox injections, which many of her colleagues do not consider surgical intervention.

At the same time, albeit minor, plastic surgeries of Larisa Verbitskaya still took place. The TV presenter does not hide the fact that she considers them quite appropriate only in cases where it is impossible to do without them and they are shown from the point of view of medicine and health. Apparently, this included the case of a collarbone injury received during participation in “Ice Age,” which resulted in a dent of impressive size, due to which the television star was forced to temporarily abandon low-necked outfits. The problem was solved only thanks to the injected fillers.

For the rest, Larisa Verbitskaya relies on careful care and non-surgical cosmetology - hyaluronic beauty injections, which she considers a real blessing. By the way, literally in February, this “blessing” turned out to be not so pleasant - injections in the neck area in order to remove the rings of Venus, done incorrectly, led to some troubles, which once again convinced Larisa Verbitskaya of how important it is to take a responsible approach to choosing a specialist.

Verbitskaya is sure that if a girl decides to resort to plastic surgery, she should weigh everything again. The thing is that Larisa had a bad experience with hyaluronic acid. After the procedure, the presenter had very noticeable papules on her neck. In addition, the surgeon was unable to remove the prominent “rings of Venus.”

However, her colleagues were sympathetic to her problem, trying not to take close-ups of Larisa’s face and neck. After several weeks, the presenter became noticeably fresher and younger.

The most important means for youth, according to Larisa, is proper nutrition, facial care and strengthening activities.

Larisa Verbitskaya: You can’t avoid intrigue on television

It's hard to believe that TV presenter Larisa Verbitskaya will turn 60 this year. There is a lot to learn from her: how to look brilliant, be smiling, positive. She is always in a good mood, radiates love of life and optimism. What gives Verbitskaya the strength to remain like this at any time of the year and in any weather?

“The glass cracked. I got a bad grade for behavior"

- I grew up in Moldova, in the city of Chisinau - my military father served there. My childhood was happy and sunny. We had a very beautiful yard, literally buried in lilacs in the spring. My parents loved me very much. And I grew up an obedient child. I hadn’t even gone to school yet, but I could already take out the trash, go to the store, and help around the house. My father read books to me: poems, fairy tales. When I went to first grade and the teacher in one of the lessons began to tell us about Pushkin, I immediately raised my hand and outlined in detail everything I knew about the great Russian poet from my dad. The teacher was amazed at my knowledge. My parents were happy for me. But they could stand up for me... I remember this story. I was in the fifth grade, there was a cleanup day at school, the teacher instructed me to wash the windows. I was a very responsible girl, but I had never washed windows before. I accidentally pushed through the glass and it cracked. The teacher called my parents to school and gave me a bad grade for behavior. My mother stood up for me - she explained that I tried, I wanted the best.

“Sasha was ready to propose, but was scared”

The TV presenter has a happy marriage. Verbitskaya met her husband, cameraman and director Alexander Dudov, at the Chisinau Circus. By that time, Larisa, having graduated from university, was working on local television. And she raised her son from her first marriage alone.

“One weekend, Maxim and I went to the circus,” the TV presenter recalls. – He was 7 years old. And at that performance there was a television crew from Moscow. They were making a documentary. My son and I sat in the seventh row, on the opposite side of the arena. Maxim laughed loudly, he was happy. But I didn’t react. Because I had sleep deprivation syndrome. I raised a small child, my father was seriously ill, I studied with a speech teacher, and worked. I was very tired... Sasha, my future husband, for some reason drew attention to me and told the director Volodya: “This is who you need to shoot: a pretty girl, a boy next to you.” During intermission they came up to meet each other. Sasha says that on the same day he was ready to propose to me. But I was afraid that I would be misunderstood and would scare me away. I fell in love too. Sasha from Moscow called every evening. I came to visit and quickly became friends with Maxim. We got married, and my son and I moved to Moscow.

“Love has always lived in our house”

And after some time, Verbitskaya auditioned for Central Television and became the face of the federal television channel.

– I conducted music and children's programs, festivals, concerts. She always worked a lot. Fortunately, my family understood me. My husband knows firsthand that television is sometimes a 24-hour job, often unpredictable... For 7 years we lived in a communal apartment. We also had guests and celebrated holidays noisily. And love has always lived and lives in our house... When my daughter was born, my husband and son helped me a lot: they ironed the diapers and walked with Inna. They saw that it was not easy for me. Her brother was an unquestionable authority for Inna. She listened less to us parents.

"He yelled, 'You'll be sorry!' - and scolded the authorities"

– On television, intrigue cannot be avoided. But I tried not to get caught up in them. There was no time. I think intrigue comes from idleness - when there is nothing to do... Once I was paired with one presenter. He talked down to everyone, was disrespectful, and rude. There was no authority over him. He had a big name, like one of the members of the Politburo (this was during the USSR). And everyone avoided him and were afraid: what if he complained to a relative... I came home in tears and told my husband that this boor was not letting me live and work normally. And Sasha advised him to say a few words, rather rude and unpleasant. I was scared: “I won’t be able to say that.” But nevertheless, she plucked up courage and after another portion of rudeness, she loomed over him, expressed everything that I thought about him, and promised that if he didn’t stop mocking him, I would tear off his legs. At first he fell into a stupor, and then shouted: “You will regret your words!” And he scolded his superiors. The next day I was called to the carpet. “They say you threatened a colleague – is that true?” – asked my TV boss. He almost smiled: he could not believe that the fragile girl was capable of uttering such “terrible” words as they reported to him. I replied: “Of course it’s not true! I said even worse! The story was hushed up, turned into a joke, and everyone retold it to each other. And after a while the boor was completely fired... But, believe me, there are a lot of nice people on television, a lot of good and funny things... Here's a funny case for you. Once, during filming in the Ostankino corridor, two lady editors ran into Anatoly Kashpirovsky. It was the 90s, the psychotherapist and his methods thundered throughout the country. So, they rushed to him and began to beg: “Make us lose weight!” He looked at them sternly and said two words: “Cottage cheese and apples!” Laughter and laughter, but when they came to the television center cafe, these two women could not eat anything except apples and cottage cheese. And soon - believe it or not - they became slimmer.

“I started skating for the first time as an adult”

With figure skater Povilas Vanagas in the show “Ice Age”
– We had a great time. They released new programs: “Good morning”, “Zigzag of luck”, “Happy occasion”. The first live broadcasts, teleconferences. Grandiose reality shows in which I participated - “The Last Hero”, “Ice Age”. Interesting experiments! In adulthood, I started skating for the first time and did elements that Tatyana Anatolyevna Tarasova said were lifts of the fourth level, that is, high class. I like it! Emotions were running high. I had no idea before that I loved extreme sports. And I don’t like to give up, I try to achieve my goal. I've been involved in sports since I was six years old. At first it was acrobatics, then scuba diving, diving, trampoline. I was a member of the youth gymnastics and track and field team. I didn't think I would ever need this. But it came in handy.

6, 7 and 8. “I like to live here and now”

"Last Hero"

With the actors of the play “Caution, Women!”
– My children have grown up. They get along and are friends with each other. They work a lot and are busy: Maxim is a lawyer, Inna does PR. I'm very happy about this... I never go back to the past. This is my principle. I think about what is happening here and now. And about the future. I like my life today. I have become older, wiser, more experienced. Life gives you so many opportunities! Now I am a member of the League of Professional Image Makers, helping people find their style. Some time ago I was chosen as the face of Nordic walking in Russia. The most important thing is that this is a very useful and accessible sport for everyone. I also recently tried my hand at a theater project - I’m playing in the comedy “Beware, Women!” I had been invited to the theater before, but TV announcers were not allowed to act either in films or in the theater. Now it’s possible, and I thought, why not try it. And of course, I continue to work on television...

Happiness is a moment. The shorter it is, the brighter it is. When I took part in the “The Last Hero” project, I found myself on a desert island, without food, water, fire, during the rainy season. On the fourth day, she exchanged the token hanging around my neck for an onion. And the other members of our team and I shared it and ate it. I have never eaten anything more delicious in my life! And this was also happiness. We must allow ourselves to be happy and try to enjoy every moment.

What Verbitskaya looked like before plastic surgery

Now Verbitskaya is 57 years old, she has an excellent job and is happily married to her husband, a music video director and documentary director. Despite the fact that the woman looks young for her age, in recent years her skin has ceased to have a radiant, toned appearance.

However, many fans pay attention to the fact that Larisa sometimes appears on air looking fresher. They believe that the presenter often consults a plastic surgeon. The woman herself denies performing contour facelift procedures, but says that she had to contact the clinic several times.

These problems are primarily related to the neck. Therefore, Verbitskaya often goes out and broadcasts in scarves.

In addition, after participating in the Ice Age project, she had to remove a dent in her neckline (injection of fillers), as she suffered a serious injury to her collarbone.

A television

Having almost completed her studies at the university, Verbitskaya learned from her friend about a competition for announcers in the Russian-language segment of Moldovan television. The girl, who loved to try new activities, decided to take part in the selection and, unexpectedly for herself, passed. This is how her career began as a TV presenter on one of the federal channels of Moldova. The girl graduated from high school, already working on television, and subsequently the diploma was not useful to her.

Despite the fact that out of all the applicants, the position was given to Larisa, the presenter was recommended to work on her voice. The diction was all right, but the strength and plasticity of the voice still needed to be developed. She had to work in several programs at the same time, and each one had its own requirements regarding how the presenter should speak. As Larisa Verbitskaya later said in an interview, she was very lucky to fall into the hands of an experienced and skillful teacher who was able to give a quality voice to a beginner.

A year later, Verbitskaya was allowed to conduct news broadcasts. Soon the presenter was given trust unprecedented in Soviet times: Brezhnev died, and the girl was allowed to read the obituary about this politician. The presenter coped with the task, after which they began to take her more seriously on television.

In 1985, Larisa Verbitskaya moved to Moscow, despite the fact that the young TV presenter had serious career prospects in Moldova. In the capital, I again had to go through a difficult competition to get a place in the announcer department of the USSR Central Television. But the ambitious girl again coped with the task brilliantly.

The presenter worked as an announcer for two years, after which she managed to break into the developing segment of morning broadcasting. There Verbitskaya established herself for many years. For more than twenty years she hosted the “Good Morning” program on Channel One, remaining the only one of her colleagues who has been presenting one program for so long. Later, the presenter was invited to various programs of several stylistic directions, ranging from music programs to “Good night, kids.”

Roman Budnikov and Larisa Verbitskaya in the Good Morning program

Already in 2002, Larisa Verbitskaya was invited to film the third season of the mega-popular reality show “The Last Hero”. And although the presenter, accustomed to comfort, was very wary of this kind of activity, she accepted the offer. The woman subsequently admitted that the show benefited her, as she became better aware of her own capabilities and made new friends, in particular, she became friends with Marina Alexandrova.

The project organizers expected Larisa's imminent departure from the program. The program's psychologists, who called the families of each participant once every three days, said that she would probably be home soon. However, gradually confidence changed into bewilderment, as the fragile blonde showed remarkable willpower and perseverance. Despite the deprivation of all kinds of benefits, swollen legs, mice in the sleeping bag and other troubles, the TV presenter reached the final of the competition and went home just three days before the end of filming. The TV show itself was released on Channel One in 2003.

In 2007, the weekly program “Ice Age” was released, which was also broadcast on Channel One. In this TV show, Larisa had to remember many skills from her sports life in order to quickly and effectively master complex tricks on ice. These efforts were not in vain, and Larisa, together with her partner Povilas Vanagas, quite easily reached the final of the project.

For some time, Larisa Verbitskaya participated in the fashion and style program “Fashionable Sentence”, where she helped participants find their individuality by changing their wardrobe. Now, in addition to the morning program, the presenter appears in commercials, holds various concerts and other special events, and also organizes master classes for her young colleagues.

Larisa Verbitskaya left the Good Morning program in 2014

In 2014, Larisa left Good Morning, which shocked many fans. Together with her, her co-host Boris Shcherbakov left the program. According to rumors, the TV presenters did not leave the program voluntarily; they refused to renew their contract. Verbitskaya does not plan to end her television biography here, but for now Larisa has taken a break from regular work on TV.
