13.00 – Starbucks: 1 large latte with soy milk.

14.00 – backstage of the Cynthia Vincent show: 3 slices of melon, half a tomato and mozzarella sandwich, a large cup of coffee, 2 small rice cookies.

19.00 – at a friend’s house we ordered from a Chinese restaurant for two: 3 pieces of Chinese cabbage, 4 pieces of chicken, 1 portion of shrimp in dough, ½ portion of brown rice.

21:00 – took 2 bites of Snickers.

I drank about 1 liter of water throughout the day.

Day 6

10.00 – bottle of Kombucha tea at home.

13.30 – backstage of the Kai Kuhne show: 2 vegetarian rolls, 1 crab casserole, a handful of gummy bears, 4 chocolate toffees, 1 glass of champagne.

17.00 – Habana cafe: 1 Margarita cocktail, 2 chicken quesadillas (Mexican tortillas with filling and cheese sauce).

21.00 – portion of stew with Korean sauerkraut.

For me, the daily norm ranges from 1200 to 1500 kcal. We should not forget that the more active our day is, the more energy the body requires, therefore we have the right to allow something tasty on such a day.

As banal as it may seem, I plan my diet in accordance with the old proverb: “eat breakfast yourself, share lunch with a friend, and give dinner to your enemy.” For breakfast you can allow up to 60% of the daily requirement of kilocalories. For me, the best breakfast is oatmeal, but not instant. I cook the porridge in water, and then add a little cream and a spoonful of honey. Lunch should be less calorie, usually soup, salad and unsweetened tea. Apples or kefir are suitable as a snack. Finally, for dinner, a salad of fresh vegetables, grapefruit or cottage cheese. Personally, I sometimes treat myself to an advance payment, i.e. I eat ice cream, and in the evening on the treadmill I set a goal to spend 100 kcal more than what was contained in the ice cream. This gives a certain incentive, and of course, after every workout you feel like a winner.

A day you need to take 5-6 meals every 2-3 hours and under no circumstances give up breakfast! But I think the most important thing is to have a daily routine and sleep at least 8 hours.

I believe that you shouldn’t limit yourself in food, you just need to keep in mind that you are what you eat. Also, in addition to eating healthy food, physical activity is necessary to always be in good shape and have good health. A person who lives by such rules is a cheerful and full of energy person.

I believe that in order to maintain a balance in weight and be active, no matter how trivial it may sound, you need to eat right (although this is not always possible), and play sports, and of course lead a healthy lifestyle. I myself try to adhere to this system and eat more fruits and vegetables, especially since now is the season to supplement your body with vitamins. The variety of fruits, berries and vegetables is mind-boggling, so the choice is yours. But the main thing is not to get carried away; in an effort to lose weight, everything should be harmonious. And know that we are all naturally beautiful!

Honestly, I have never been on a diet in my life, and such an idea never occurred to me. Nature has rewarded me with a slim figure, and therefore I don’t need it. But I think that every girl should take care of herself, her figure and keep it in good shape. No matter what proportions your body is, you always need to maintain balance and look good.

I heard this wonderful word calories many times, and one day I decided to immerse myself in this world. It's actually a very interesting thing. The biggest achievement of my career is probably the fact that I managed to stay in this industry for all these years. Even though it was incredibly difficult at times, I always fought and believed in myself. In terms of specific work, I've been lucky enough to shoot for companies like Hudson Jeans, 7 for All Mankind, Zalando, Tommy Hilfiger, Bourjois, Make Up For Ever, work with incredible photographers and teams, and have been featured in Vogue several times.

Returning to the start of your career, would you change anything? For example, should I do more DJing than modeling?

It seems to me that everything has its time. I wouldn’t change anything, I believe that everything goes as usual.

Why did you decide to become a DJ?

Music has always been my main hobby. I like to create an atmosphere, share with people the discoveries of new music that touched me.
