Cut young eggplants, tomatoes, sweet peppers and onions into circles, place in layers in a bowl, lightly salt, sprinkle with herbs and ground garlic, add water or broth.
Simmer covered for about an hour, serve hot or cold. Peel the chicken fillet from the skin and beat it.
If the volume of a dish is not indicated, this does not mean that it should be eaten in large quantities. For dinner you should eat no more than 1 fruit.
Grind the broccoli florets in a blender and add herbs and spices to the resulting puree. Place the fillet and vegetable puree in layers in a baking dish, place in the oven for about half an hour until golden brown.
Serve the dish hot. Season the salmon fillet with salt, sprinkle with spices, and top with thin slices of lemon. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes.
Cut off the tops of the peppers, remove the seeds and internal membranes. Chop the white cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onion into cubes.
