Adherents of the Kremlin diet recommend not to get upset and not engage in self-criticism. We are all human, we all make mistakes and often do stupid things. The next day, continue to follow your plan and try not to step on the scale for several days so as not to upset yourself with the extra 100 grams. If the weight still “grows”, then you should return to an earlier level of carbohydrate consumption.

Permitted and prohibited products
The following are strictly prohibited for use:
- starchy vegetables - potatoes, corn, beans, green peas, radishes, turnips, Jerusalem artichoke, horseradish, parsley, celery;
- bakery products;
- some fruits, nuts, berries;
- sweets;
- cereals
Allowed:
- lean meats - beef, rabbit, poultry fillet;
- Fish and seafood;
- cottage cheese and hard cheeses;
- oils and fats;
- vegetables - cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, radishes, zucchini;
- eggs;
- nuts;
- mushrooms.
It is better not to consume conditionally permitted sausages, frankfurters, ham and other industrially produced meat products, since their quality does not always correspond to what is desired. They usually contain large amounts of soy, starch, salt, flavor enhancers and other “nasties.”
What rules must be followed?
If you decide to follow this nutritional method, then you need to familiarize yourself with some of the Kremlevka rules:
- Before starting the course, it is advisable to consult a doctor, since the Kremlin diet has contraindications.
- You should not “fanatically” cut down on carbohydrates - it is better to stick to a limited diet.
- To reduce the negative impact of the technique on the kidneys, increase the required minimum water consumption to 2 liters.
- Don't ignore physical education.
- Carefully read the labels on which the composition and calorie content of the product are written.
- Eat only foods that are permitted and sometimes acceptable when following a diet.
It is advisable to take a complex of vitamins and minerals, since if you follow the “Kremlevka” there is a high probability of developing vitamin deficiency.
How to count points?
The table of points of the Kremlin diet for a person losing weight should always be at arm's length. It is simply unrealistic to remember all the numbers, especially in the first week, so you will have to arm yourself with kitchen scales and the specified list, where products are arranged into sections for convenience.
The table opposite each product indicates the number of points per 0.1 kg of it.
For example, to calculate how many points are contained in 150 g of tomatoes, you need 4 * 150/100. This makes 6 units. Using the same principle, you can calculate the number of points in 200 g of apples - 9.5 * 200/100 = 18 points. If you need to count, for example, a vegetable salad, then the points of each component are summed up.
