Badger fat is used not only in alternative medicine, but is also part of pharmaceuticals that have preventive effects or help to quickly rehabilitate after illnesses. Badger fat is used in folk medicine to improve immunity, treat the digestive system, joints, lungs and other ailments.

Use of badger fat for diabetes

Unfortunately, this disease cannot be cured, but thanks to folk recipes, its manifestations can be significantly reduced. So in one of our articles we told you how to use turmeric for diabetes, and now we want to share another good recipe based on badger fat.

Ingredients for preparing a remedy for diabetes:

  • badger lard – 100 g;
  • cocoa powder – 100 g;
  • honey – 100 g;
  • crushed aloe – 50 g;
  • mumiyo – 5 g;
  • propolis – 5;
  • alcohol.

Method of preparation: bring all components to a homogeneous consistency and the medicine is ready for use.

Application: This recipe is unique in that it can be used both internally and externally.

External use is the process of lubricating all parts of the body with a solution (1 tsp of raw material per 200 ml of water). The procedure is carried out immediately before bedtime.

Ingestion of badger fat for diabetes mellitus is carried out in this way: 1 tbsp of the drug is mixed with 200 ml of warm milk that has been boiled. Drink in small portions before each meal.

Does badger fat contain vitamins, and why is it used for weakened immune systems?

Most texts about badger fat mention that badgers are simply ideal consumers of everything fresh and tasty, and they store a year’s supply of vitamins in their fat layer. It is worth understanding that these animals do not have a wonderful metabolism, and their fat layer retains only fat-soluble vitamins - tocopherol and retinol. Their sources are fat, for the most part. Of course they are useful. But their actual amount in the substance that we purchase at the pharmacy depends on the method of preparing the fat. During the heating process, vitamins and minerals may be lost. In general, badger fat should only be purchased in pharmacies, and make sure that its color is white, so we don’t buy something spoiled.

A person's immune system is weakened if:

  • he eats an unbalanced diet;
  • does not eat natural foods rich in saturated fats;
  • ignores the need to eat animal proteins;
  • overloads the body with excessive physical activity and does not provide sufficient recovery;
  • doesn’t keep a routine, doesn’t get enough sleep and almost never rests.

How can badger fat help if you're doing all this? A cynical immunologist will advise you not to run around natural pharmacies, but first get enough sleep and rest on at least one of the official days off. And only then everything else will “catch up”.

Regarding badger fat, you should understand that it will only help you get healthy fats and vitamins, but will not be able to completely replace other “measures” for health improvement.

Fat as cough medicine

Our grandmothers also treated coughs with radish and honey, and this remedy can be taken by both adults and children. And in addition to taking medications internally, traditional healers advise making compresses with badger fat. A warming bandage can be made from gauze or a simple napkin, which is soaked in raw materials from badger fat, alcohol tincture and bee honey.

INTERESTING fact: Why does propolis with alcohol help joints?

For children, a badger fat compress for cough is placed on the chest or back and covered with a plastic bag. Next, the patient is wrapped in a woolen scarf. If there are no components listed above in the house, then a bandage can be applied using only badger fat.

Badger fat in cosmetology

The product has softening properties and nourishes the skin. It can be used as a nourishing mask for dry and aging skin, simply applied to the face and body for 20 minutes, and then removed with napkins.

Badger fat is also used for dry skin on the feet. It is applied to the feet at night, socks are put on, and the next morning the feet are treated with pumice.

Important: the product has a sharp, specific odor, it can be quite poorly tolerated, and to fight it off, you can add a few drops of essential oil of juniper, eucalyptus or lemongrass.

Medicine for immunity for children

The drug is often prescribed to improve the functioning of the immune system, since it is natural and well accepted by the human body. The medicine affects many organs. It is useful as primary or additional therapy, as well as:

  • strengthens the immune system;
  • normalizes the digestive organs;
  • strengthens tone on an emotional level;
  • is an excellent preventative against colds;
  • relieves signs of diseases associated with the nasopharynx, lungs and infection;
  • promotes enhanced effectiveness of therapy and rehabilitation periods.

To prepare badger fat for immunity for children, you need to take 100 g of all components:

  • badger fat,
  • nuts,
  • dried apricots,
  • raisin,
  • honey.

Mix the ingredients and bring to a homogeneous consistency. Dose for children – one tsp. per day, for adults – one tbsp.

Instructions for use: how to take badger fat

Badger fat is a natural remedy that is 100% absorbed in the body. The dosage differs for adults and children: an adult can take up to three tablespoons of the product per day without harm to health, but children can take no more than one spoon, and before doing so, you should consult a doctor.

If you use badger fat as a general tonic and prophylactic , it is enough to consume it for four weeks, one tablespoon three times a day, half an hour before meals.

In the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and lung diseases, badger fat can be consumed directly during meals. For diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (including ulcers), take an additional tablespoon of fat at night.

How to drink badger fat in combination with other products?

Strengthening the immune system is helped by consuming a mixture of badger fat with any of the following products:

  • rose hip;
  • grated blackcurrants (you can add sugar if desired)
  • natural flower honey (for example, buckwheat, linden, sweet clover, rapeseed);
  • raspberry jam;
  • St. John's wort infusion.

You can mix fat with these products in any proportions to taste , but the dosage of fat should remain the same: three tablespoons per day.

Badger fat is useful to take for tuberculosis , however, this is not the main means of treating such a disease, but a way to strengthen the body and promote recovery processes in the lungs.

Badger fat is not used as a means for weight loss This procedure requires the use of only natural badger fat without additives (dietary supplements from pharmacies are not suitable for this). In this case, such a product will not only help you lose several kilograms of excess weight, but will also have a rejuvenating effect, tightening the skin and giving it a healthy natural color.

as food : when adding it to ready-made dishes or when trying to fry something on it, badger fat is quickly absorbed into other products, giving them an unpleasant specific taste, and besides, there will be no benefit from such fat after heat treatment.

Siberian cream

The drug, which is based on bear and badger fat, is used for bronchitis or other colds, bedsores, allergies and dermatitis, as well as to normalize blood circulation in the joints and relieve inflammation.

INTERESTING fact: Treatment of psoriasis with iodine

Siberian cream based on badger fat against allergies serves as an additional medicine that is part of a complex treatment.

In case of allergic reactions, the product must be applied to the affected area and rubbed. If you are hypersensitive to one of the components of the product, you should stop using it.

Badger fat and treatment of diseases

Can badger fat alone cure bronchitis or pneumonia? Of course not. It is worth understanding that such remedies are good in combination with others. In recipes with garlic, it works as a natural analogue of antibiotics; pepper warms up and increases blood flow... In general, treating diseases using badger fat alone is a myth. And it makes sense for a person with a diagnosis to adhere to the treatment plan that the doctor offers him, and not switch completely to folk remedies of his own free will.

Purchase the product from pharmacies or specialty health food stores, and try to store it in the refrigerator, as it can deteriorate when exposed to open air and light.

Use of badger fat for hernias

The product is known for its healing properties, which can eliminate pain from cervical hernias. To do this, you need to first place the badger fat in the refrigerator. Next, cut into thin slices and spread evenly on plastic wrap and leave for a while.

The bandage is applied to the affected area with severe pain and secured with a plaster. The effect will become noticeable after a couple of hours. It is recommended to wear a badger fat bandage for hernias for about 48 hours for a speedy recovery.

Are there any contraindications?

Like any natural product, badger fat has a range of contraindications for use. Among the main problems are the following:

  • Individual intolerance and sensitivity of the body to its components;
  • It is not advisable to use the product to treat young children from 0 to 3 years of age (with the exception of cases where this is specified by the manufacturer);
  • Acute form of diseases of internal organs, for example, ulcer of the mucous membrane, pneumonia, acute colitis and others;
  • Functional metabolic disorders, especially fatty components;
  • Problems with bile formation and bile excretion (cholecystitis, pancreatitis and others). It is especially necessary to be careful if the body is prone to the formation of gallstones.

By turning to the use of badger fat, you can get the expected result. Tissue regeneration processes are accelerated, blood supply is improved, and physiological innervation is restored. However, any treatment must be agreed with a doctor. Only he can carry out the correct differential diagnosis of the disease and prescribe adequate treatment.

Fat as a remedy for prostatitis

There are several ways to use the drug to treat the prostate gland:

  • The medicine should be taken orally three times a day before meals. If it tastes unpleasant, you can drink it with tea or milk.
  • For acute inflammation, the product is applied externally, by lubricating the perineum, lower abdomen and thighs. It is worth rubbing until the drug is completely absorbed.
  • Another way for internal use is to combine one part of honey with three parts of fat and drink before each meal, at least four times a day.

Folk medicine can also be taken in combination with other components or pharmaceutical drugs. When treating prostatitis with badger fat, the color of feces and urine may change, and an expectorant cough may begin. Such symptoms will mean that the product has begun to act and removes toxins, cleansing the body.

Badger fat for hair care

applying badger fat to hair

Badger fat is effective in hair care, thanks to it you can fight many problems: hair loss, baldness, dandruff, dry and brittle ends. By combining this product with different ingredients, you can achieve different effects. In order to cure hair loss and depletion, it is recommended to use the following recipe:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the main ingredient.
  2. Add a teaspoon of onion juice, honey and burdock oil.
  3. For greater effect, add 10 drops each of clove and mint oil.
  4. Apply to hair roots a few hours before shampooing.

Badger fat can also be used in its pure form against hair loss and baldness. To do this, just rub the melted product into the hair roots and wash it off with shampoo after 1.5-2 hours. For greater effect, hair soaked in fat should be kept warm: you can wrap your head in polyethylene, put on a hat or towel.

Badger fat for liver

Diseases of the liver, pancreas and diseases of the biliary tract are closely related. When bile formation is disrupted, problems begin with the dissolution and absorption of fats. In this regard, using the drug in fat can complicate the underlying disease and negatively affect the pancreas.

In addition to the above, you need to take into account the characteristics of the human body. If the patient lives where there are no badgers, then his body may have few elements that facilitate the absorption of the medicine. Therefore, the drug may have the opposite effect. Badger fat for the liver is also not recommended for use before the age of six.

Badger fat and pregnancy

Can pregnant women take badger fat and make cosmetic masks with it? There is no objective information on this matter. Most sources claim that it is possible, but only under the supervision of a gynecologist. Objectively, fat does not contain anything that can somehow affect pregnancy. It is no more harmful than lard, if we talk about the composition, and is not much different from other sources of vitamins A and E. True, badger fat can be an allergen, due to traces of specific badger meat proteins in it. But all other components of folk recipes with this product can also cause allergies. Therefore, the issue should be resolved individually. But still not with a gynecologist, who is not an expert in this, but with an allergist and therapist.

Use for pancreatitis

Many patients begin to take the drug for pancreatitis of the pancreas. This step is considered flawed because it contains fatty acids. Using the drug when you are sick can cause diarrhea, vomiting and nausea.

With pancreatitis, the medicine can lead to increased inflammation, which can cause severe pain and loss of appetite. Badger fat will only worsen pancreatitis and begin to destroy the liver and pancreas, which can be fatal.

Health to you!

Benefit
