Do you hate getting up in the morning and consider yourself a true night owl who stays awake at night?
As it turns out, there are actually no larks or owls. It all depends on how the biological clock is set. It turns out that the habit of staying awake at night is the same habit as the love of tea in the evenings. You can easily get rid of it.
Everyone knows that morning is the time when you can create a positive mood for the whole day and get inspired. However, this is in theory. In practice, everything is completely different. I want nothing more than to scream at everyone or even kill. How to love the morning? Where to get energy from?
The tips that will be offered below will help you rebuild your body and finally learn to get out of bed easily and quickly.
For whom waking up in the morning is a tragedy of life
It is easy for representatives of the seven vectors to find motivation in the outside world, for which they wake up in the morning, since their desires are material. And some easily wake up for the sake of a career and earning money, others - for the sake of building a house and raising children, others fly towards great love or to meet the beautiful. And only the sound artist is an exception. All arguments seem stupid to him and are broken into pieces by the question - WHY? And all because material and abstract desires collide.
For a sound engineer, the day begins with night. But in the morning the world fades for him. Morning becomes a tragedy because waking up is pointless. Especially if depression hits. And he hates this whole bustling world. He doesn’t understand why he should wake up, and dives back into sleep.
He goes into himself with his head. Looking for an answer to the main question.
The sound artist often falls into this trap. Consciously and unconsciously, he does not want to leave the dream world. Often he simply does not know how to properly go out into society. After all, he has two worlds and both are inside.
Why wake up in the morning when sleep is so good
Dream worlds for a sound artist are those very other worlds in which real life takes place. Remember, like Max Fry - this is a whole journey into the world of obsessions. Well, what's the point of waking up in the morning when I feel good even in my sleep?
Sleep is a borderline state between the world inside and outside. The sound guy is a double introvert and really doesn’t want to emerge from his inner world.
In nature, everything is arranged simply: if you don’t fulfill your task, you will suffer. So the sound guy suffers in the morning - he can’t wake up and curses the whole world. Or he looks for alternative ways - altered states of consciousness, goes into gambling addiction, drugs. In severe conditions, a constant desire to sleep coexists with insomnia.
The sound artist, trying to fill this silent emptiness inside himself, seems to dive into a rabbit hole and falls and falls, concentrating even more on himself and his inner world. All this leads to an even greater reluctance to wake up in the morning and live, endless internal dialogues and, ultimately, depression.
How to get out of this trap?
The training “System-vector psychology” gives the exact answer. And he always advises going outside in the opposite direction. For the sound artist, the world outside is the revelation of the unconscious desires of other people. And this is cooler than any dreams. This multi-level puzzle is more captivating than any computer game.
And now the people around them cease to be “stupid freaks”; it becomes very interesting to watch them, understanding how and where their unconscious desires lead them. Eight vectors, a huge volume of different value guidelines in life. And everyone has their own meaning in life. In various combinations, this is 256 different combinations. The sound engineer is able to solve this multi-level problem.
All other paths have been completed. We've been on the other, wrong side. All that remains is to choose the right road. And along with awareness comes the feeling that you are doing everything right.
Thousands of sound people have solved this problem and now wake up easily in the morning.
We wake up easily when we know that a new interesting day awaits us, bringing pleasure. You just have to learn some of the secrets of our unconscious desires.

Consider your sleep stages
During sleep, the human body goes through several phases. They are divided into fast and slow. During the fast phase we dream, and during the slow phase we simply rest. And one of the reasons why it’s hard to wake up in the morning is being woken up at the wrong time.
If you set your alarm for a time when you are in the slow phase, you will definitely not get enough sleep. You should also not wake up during the rapid phase of dreams. You simply won’t be able to “turn on” quickly and will be sluggish and lethargic all day. The best moment to emerge from sleep is considered to be 10–15 minutes following the fast phase. At this moment, the body has not yet entered another state of sleep, so awakening will be easy and painless.
Tracking your sleep stages is quite simple. You can buy a special gadget in the form of a wristwatch that monitors your sleep. Or use some online calculator where you need to enter your bedtime. A smart program will tell you what time is best for you to get up.
Getting up in the morning: how to train your brain to wake up easily?
Our ancestors also knew about the benefits of getting up early, it’s not for nothing that there is a saying “He who gets up early, God gives him.” God or not, we think no one will argue that the earlier we get up, the more things we manage to do. Therefore, if you are one of those people who always lack time, put off the long stretches in bed and get to work.
Another benefit of waking up early is that it allows you to complete all your morning rituals without rushing. Do exercises, meditate, drink a cup of coffee, enjoy the morning in peace and quiet. Isn't this a great reason to start loving the morning?
When it comes to work, mornings are the most productive time for most people. What you can do in the evening in 3 hours can easily be done in an hour in the morning. The remaining 2 hours are better spent on something pleasant. This is all good, but how do you still train yourself to get up early?
Go to bed early
If you really hate waking up before 10:00 and getting up early is like hellish torment for you, try setting your alarm clock 10-15 minutes earlier every day. Let your body get used to the new routine. And of course, don’t forget that your sleep should not be less than 7 hours. So get ready for the fact that you will also need to go to bed early.
Follow the regime
No more 5 minutes that turn into “I’ll start on Monday.” Have the courage to accomplish your plans. After all, this is your life. Go to bed and get up at the same time. Soon the body will get used to this regime, and you will begin to do it without much effort.
Give up gadgets
Say no to checking social media and watching movies before bed. The blue color emitted by the phone or TV screen suppresses the production of the hormone melatonin. It is he who is responsible for regulating sleep.
Don't eat before bed Try not to eat at least 3 hours before bed. A late dinner will prevent you from getting a good night's sleep because your body will be busy processing food. In the morning you will also feel heavy and tired.
Fifteen minutes
For many people, mornings are terrible because they need to suddenly get up from a warm, cozy bed and rush somewhere. Give yourself 15 minutes to wake up. Drink a cup of coffee slowly, read a chapter of your favorite book, take a warm shower.
Set your alarm clock on the other side of the room
In order to turn it off, you will have to get out of bed and walk around. To complicate the task, you can install a special application on your phone that will not allow you to turn off the alarm until you solve a simple mathematical equation/problem.
Drink water
Immediately after waking up, sit on your bed and drink a glass of clean water. You can prepare it the night before. This simple action will help you feel more energetic.
Light
If it's dark outside, turn on the light immediately after you wake up. Even if your eyes ask to be in the dark. The fact is that light will slow down the production of melatonin and thereby reduce your sleepiness.
Analyze sleep phases
Our sleep consists of 2 phases of sleep - “Rapid” and “Slow”. REM sleep lasts about 15 minutes. It is during this period that we see dreams. The NREM sleep phase lasts about 1.5 hours. To feel alert, you need to wake up 10-15 minutes after REM sleep. Not during, but after! Try setting your alarm an hour earlier than the time you need to get up. Every day, move your wake-up time by 15 minutes. Assess your well-being to find exactly “your” time.
Wake up together
Find a friend who also has a problem with waking up early. Agree to wake up at the same time and call each other. Whoever oversleeps carries out some kind of punishment (prepared in advance). This way you will support each other and not give in to the temptation to set the alarm clock “for at least 5 more minutes.”
We hope our tips were useful to you and you took a couple of notes for yourself. The main thing is to remember to maintain discipline, remember why you all started and then all your plans will come true.
