In between meals, you are allowed to drink clean water and unsweetened tea.
To prevent deterioration of well-being after a diet, exit from it should be gradual. It is prohibited to immediately include fatty, fried and spicy foods in your diet. It is acceptable to eat lean porridge, boiled meat and cottage cheese. It is better to stick to this diet for 3-4 days. At the same time, the amount of root vegetables consumed should be gradually reduced.
Gentle (for 7 days)
The seven-day gentle diet is suitable for people who lack strong willpower and have some health problems. It does not provide for strict restrictions, but guarantees weight loss of at least 3 kg.
The main “dish” of the diet is parsley decoction. To lose weight, prepare it like this: 2 tablespoons of the upper part of the plant are washed under running water, dried and cut as small as possible, then lightly pound with a spoon or mortar until the juice appears. The mass is transferred to boiling water (half a liter) and simmered over low heat for 5-7 minutes. After removing from heat, strain.
Monday
- Breakfast: 200 g of oatmeal with water without sugar and salt, 1 whole grain bread.
- Lunch: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese, apple.
- Lunch: 250 ml of rice soup with vegetable broth, 100 g of boiled chicken, 100 g of carrot and seaweed salad.
- Afternoon snack: 2 pcs. prunes
- Dinner: steam omelette of several eggs, 300 g of vegetable salad with the addition of parsley.
Tuesday
- Breakfast: 150 g of buckwheat with water, a glass of low-fat milk.
- Lunch: a few slices of cheese, 1 kiwi.
- Lunch: 300 ml of lean borscht, 150 g of boiled chicken liver.
- Afternoon snack: a glass of low-fat yogurt.
- Dinner: 200 g of baked sea fish, 300 g of stewed vegetables.
- Breakfast: several slices of lean ham, 2 boiled eggs.
- Lunch: two cookies with cereals, a glass of orange juice.
- Lunch: 200 ml of vegetable broth, steamed cutlet from lean meat, 150 g of white cabbage and carrot salad with the addition of grated parsley root.
- Afternoon snack: 1 fresh tomato, slice of whole grain bread.
- Dinner: 1 fresh cucumber, 2 lean cabbage rolls.
Thursday
- Breakfast: 200 g of rice porridge with water, rye toast.
- Lunch: a handful of dried fruits, a cup of kefir.
- Lunch: 200 ml of fish soup with parsley, salad of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Afternoon snack: apple.
- Dinner: 200 g of boiled veal with the addition of peas, 100 g of boiled rice.
Friday
- Breakfast: 200 g of oatmeal with water, a portion of natural yogurt.
- Lunch: half a grapefruit, 1 boiled egg.
- Lunch: 300 ml of lean cabbage soup, 150 g of boiled chicken liver, 1 baked potato.
- Afternoon snack: 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese with added fruit.
- Dinner: 300 g of vegetables stewed with mushrooms, 2 slices of vegetarian ham.
Saturday
- Breakfast: steam omelette of 1 yolk and 3 whites, rye toast.
- Lunch: a glass of low-fat kefir, an orange.
- Lunch: 300 ml of vegetable soup, 150 g of boiled veal.
- Afternoon snack: a handful of nuts.
- Dinner: salad of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet peppers.
Sunday
- Breakfast: 150 g of muesli with low-fat milk, a slice of hard cheese.
- Lunch: several tangerines or 1 orange.
- Lunch: 250 ml of mushroom puree soup, 150 g of baked veal, 2 fresh tomatoes.
- Afternoon snack: a glass of low-fat kefir, rye toast.
- Dinner: 200 g fish fillet stewed with carrots, 200 g boiled broccoli.
In addition to the dishes listed on the menu, you can drink enough tea and coffee (without sugar and cream!), freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, and still mineral water.
Exiting the diet should be smooth. For 5-6 days, it is better to limit the consumption of fatty and fried foods, sausages, processed foods and baked goods. The diet can become habitual only on the 7th day after the end of the diet.
