  3. Sugar – 100 g.
  4. Cocoa – 2 tbsp. l.
  5. Dry yeast – 10 g.

  1. Boiled veal – 200 g.
  2. Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  3. Quail egg – 9 pcs.
  4. Champignons – 80 g.
  5. Vegetable oil - for frying potatoes.
  6. Salt - to taste.

  4. Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. l.

Then lay out a layer of potatoes and also sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and salt. We repeat the layers until the jar is filled to the top. Cover the jar with foil, but loosely, and place in a cold oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.

Bake the cutlets in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Then we take it out and pour one quail egg into the pre-made hole in the cutlets.   • Chicken breasts on a vegetable bed

We prepare a “soft pillow” from vegetables. Carrots, cauliflower and broccoli work well for this. In winter, you can use frozen vegetables. Distribute the vegetables evenly throughout the bag. Place well-marinated chicken breasts on them, and a few tomato slices on top to give the dish a slight sourness.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken breasts – 800 g.
  2. Vegetables for the pillow – 350 g.
  3. Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  4. Garlic – 3 gb.
  5. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.
  6. Pepper - to taste.
  7. Salt - to taste.
  8. Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.

  2. Hard cheese – 120 g.
  3. Bacon (brisket) – 120 g.
  4. Onions – 1 pc.
  5. Butter – 60 g.
  6. Salt - to taste.
  7. Pepper - to taste.
  8. Dill - to taste.

We bake the potatoes on parchment paper, place them on a beautiful dish, garnishing with herbs.

Honey gingerbread

You will need: 350–400 g flour, 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder, 3 tbsp. spoons of crushed cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves, a pinch of salt, 100 g butter, 200 g honey, 1 egg.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix flour with softened butter. Pour in melted honey.
  2. Add spices, cocoa powder, salt and mix everything with a mixer.
  3. Add the egg and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and place the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment into a layer 2 mm thick and cut out figures with molds. You can use a straw to make holes for ribbons. Bake on parchment for 10 minutes at 180°.

Bakery

  • Easter butter wreath

We will weave a beautiful braid from the prepared, pre-set, sweet yeast dough. Brush the top with an egg or strong tea leaves to make it look brighter and crispier. Place the wreath on a plate and decorate with colorful Easter eggs.

Ingredients:

  1. Milk – 300 ml.
  2. Fresh yeast – 20 g.
  3. Sugar – 6 tbsp. l.
  4. Flour – 600 g.
  5. Egg – 2 pcs.
  6. Butter – 50 g.
  7. Sour cream – 100 g.
  8. Candied fruits – 150 g.

Allow the wreath to cool before placing the Easter eggs in the center of the wreath to prevent it from getting wrinkled. I wish I could eat such delicious bread every day!

  8. Nutmeg – 0.5 tsp.
  9. Flour – 400 g.

  11. Cognac – 1 tbsp. l.
  12. White glaze - for decoration.

Make the buns very small. The main thing is to make more of them, because they “disappear” very quickly.

  • Easter loaf

Let's prepare yeast dough according to a special recipe with the addition of vanillin and ground nuts. Place the dough on a baking sheet and make a cross-shaped cut on top. Decorate the Easter loaf with whole almonds and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The nutty aroma of freshly baked bread will immediately fill the entire kitchen.

Ingredients:

  1. Sour milk – 250 ml.
  2. Sour cream 20% – 50 ml.
  3. Egg – 2 pcs.
  4. Sugar – 4 tbsp. l.
  5. Salt – 0.5 tsp.
  6. Butter – 100 ml.
  7. Dry yeast – 2 tsp.
  8. Flour – 600 g.
  9. Vanillin – 0.25 tsp.
  10. Ground nuts – 3 tbsp. l.
  11. Whole nuts - for decoration.

Of course, it would be more beautiful and cultured to cut a loaf into equal parts, but how nice it is to break off a piece of a freshly baked loaf and eat it while still hot with milk or tea!

  • Easter meat pie

It's delicious, delicious, beautiful, beautiful! Be sure to bake this pie! Please your loved ones and guests. You will need quite a bit of high-quality minced meat, flavored with spices, onions and tomatoes. And then we just deftly place it in the yeast dough and get another culinary masterpiece!

Ingredients:

  1. Yeast dough – 600-800 g.
  2. Minced meat – 400 g.
  3. Onions – 2 pcs.
  4. Rosemary - to taste.
  5. Thyme - to taste.
  6. Hard cheese – 30 g.

Cooking method:

  1. An hour before cooking, remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften it and grind it with sugar.
  2. Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt to taste.
  3. Enter the egg.
  4. Add flour sifted through a sieve.
  5. Knead into a smooth, non-stick dough.

Advice. You can cut out funny shapes with molds.

  1. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough on parchment into a layer 2 mm thick and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Place a lacy napkin on top of the cold dough and roll with a rolling pin.

Advice. You can make a simpler version of cookies from this dough. Roll the sausage and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, and then cut into pieces 3-5mm thick. To decorate, top with almonds or roll the entire sausage in cocoa powder.

  1. Cut out cookies with cookie cutters. Bake at 170° for 5-7 minutes on parchment.

Chocolate nests are very easy to prepare. Mix corn flakes or straws with melted chocolate and butter. Carefully place in muffin tins and bake until crispy.

Cottage cheese casserole is made very quickly, with a minimum set of ingredients, and it turns out no worse than traditional Easter.

Ingredients:

  1. Cottage cheese – 500 g.
  2. Egg – 3 pcs.
  3. Sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.
  4. Sugar – 100 g.
  5. Raisins – 50 g.
  6. Semolina – 3 tbsp. l.
  7. Butter – 70 g.
  8. Salt – 0.5 tsp.

Be sure to add more raisins to the casserole and don’t skimp on sugar. You can also add candied fruits and nuts, the taste will only benefit. Cut it into medium pieces and eat it with aromatic green tea with mint or coffee.

  • Curd Easter cake with dried fruits, nuts and candied fruits

For everyone’s favorite Christian holiday, you can prepare traditional Easter cottage cheese or Easter cake made from flour, but there is a third option, when you prepare Easter cake with cottage cheese. The result is a soft, porous curd cake. This is delicious!

Ingredients:

  1. Cottage cheese – 500 g.
  2. Egg – 4 pcs.
  3. Sugar – 150 g.
  4. Butter – 120 g.
  5. Semolina – 1 tbsp. l.
  6. Dried fruits, candied fruits – 300 g.
  7. White chocolate – 100 g.
  8. Vanilla sugar – 0.5 tsp.

Traditionally, we add raisins and dried fruits to cottage cheese cake. Decorate with nuts, candied fruits and snow-white sweet glaze. Such Easter cakes can be made very small or, on the contrary, one large one, so that later it can be solemnly cut in front of guests at the festive table.

The Orthodox holiday of Easter always means Easter cakes, Easter cheese made from cottage cheese and colorful eggs. These bright, painted dishes are already enough to create a bright atmosphere of celebration. Red wine and meat dishes will complement the picture.

To turn a holiday table into a work of art, you need not only to prepare everything deliciously. You should pay attention to such details as the tablecloth, napkins, combination of tableware, as well as such little things as ribbons, flowers, decorative bird's nests.

For Easter we prepare a lot of sweets and baked goods and be sure to wash everything down with hot green tea, which is better to prepare yourself with mint and lemon.

Ingredients:

  1. Green tea – 2 tbsp. l.
  2. Lemon – 0.25 pcs.
  3. Mint - to taste.
  4. Sugar – 2 tsp.
  5. Water – 1 l.

We do not recommend preparing the tea leaves separately and then diluting it with water. It is better to take a larger vessel and prepare the entire tea drink at once. Tea with mint is very tasty, although any herb harvested in the fall will do: lemon balm, oregano, elecampane, St. John's wort, chamomile. The herbal aroma will fill the entire apartment, reminding you that summer is coming!

  • Cahors - homemade recipe

Let's prepare our own fortified sweet wine of dark ruby ​​color for the holiday. This is what the Orthodox Church uses in its rituals. It’s very good if you manage to consecrate Cahors in advance, but if not, don’t be upset, the drink is already very tasty, healthy and suitable for taking communion on Easter.

Ingredients:

  1. Dark grapes – 5 kg.
  2. Sugar – 1 kg.
  3. Raisins – 150-200 g.
  4. Alcohol (optional) – 0.5 l.

Of course, you need to prepare Cahors in advance. It takes at least 1.5 months for the wine to infuse and become tasty and healthy. Cahors is pleasantly hot and easy to drink, but be careful with volumes - this is a fortified wine!

  • Lingonberry tincture with vodka

There is nothing easier than preparing lingonberry tincture with vodka. They poured vodka over the berries, added sugar as desired and took them to a dark place to infuse under careful control - you need to shake the drink daily!

Ingredients:

  1. Lingonberries – 250 g.
  2. Vodka – 500 ml.
  3. Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.

We advise you to take care of a gorgeous sweet and sour alcoholic drink in advance, because it needs to brew. Prepare more tinctures, because you don’t have to drink everything at once. The drink can be stored for up to 5 years.

  • Khrenovukha

Khrenovukha is a sharp, bright, truly masculine alcoholic drink. And since all Russian holidays are necessarily accompanied by alcohol, then let it be a natural, correct, healthy drink.

Ingredients:

  1. Vodka (moonshine) – 500 ml.
  2. Honey – 2 tsp.
  3. Fresh horseradish root, ground – 3 tbsp. l.
  4. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.

To soften the bitter taste, add honey and lemon juice, although the drink remains really hard. But it is not at all necessary to drink it all at once; the shelf life of horseradish, provided it is stored in a cool place, ranges from 2 to 5 years.

  • Homemade beer

Everyone’s favorite low-alcohol drink can be bought in any store today, but still, homemade beer for Easter is something! The rich malt taste with a hint of honey makes beer a very pleasant drink, and the main thing here is not to overdo it with its quantity.

Ingredients:

  1. Dried barley malt – 2 kg.
  2. Brewer's yeast – 11 g.
  3. Dry hops – 20 g.
  4. Honey (sugar) – 80-100 g.
  5. Water – 14 l.

From the stated 14 liters of water, 10 liters of the finished drink is obtained. It would seem like a lot, but by Easter they will all disappear, and there won’t be enough!

Modern Easter meal

The fast is over, so you are allowed to eat whatever your heart desires. Gather with family, friends, relatives. The festive table should be rich and generous. The central place is given to traditional colored eggs, Easter cakes, and various Easter cakes. Then there are meat dishes: they are baked, boiled, fried.

Meat must be cooked for a long time. Remaining blood may spoil the product. There is a risk of poisoning.

Jellied meats made from beef, pork, and poultry are popular. In ancient times, they loved to cook duck with buckwheat porridge, goose with pickled apples and honey. In rich houses, many dishes were served to the table, according to the number of days in Lent. Today, too, on Christ’s Resurrection, the table is bursting with treats.

Easter traditions are very strong in Russia. Even during the war, people brought their last crusts of bread, blessed them and ate them with prayers for a quick victory over the enemy. And during the Soviet years of persecution of faith, stores sold Easter cakes under the “secret” name - Spring Cupcake. Hard times in the Christian faith have shown that people are not ready to part with their customs and traditions that came to us from their ancestors.
