To get to the village of Korotoyak, you need to travel 530 km from Moscow to Voronezh by train and another 110 km by hitchhiking. Here, in a modest one-story house, 31-year-old May Abrikosov (in the world - Roman Tertishny), who left the Dom-2 project in January 2007, has been hiding from prying eyes for several years. "Who are you?" – we hear a familiar voice through the gate. All that could be seen through the cracks in the fence was tousled short hair, an emaciated face, a worn sweater... It was difficult to discern in the young man the once curly, smiling May, who managed to win the heart of Alena Vodonaeva and penetrate the mysterious soul of Olga Solntse.
After leaving the project, he tried himself as the host of the “Secrets” program on TV3, starred in the series... But his career in television did not work out. In February 2008, Mai buried his grandmother, and three years later his father died. Now Abrikosov lives alone, earns a living by writing articles for the Dom-2 magazine, raises chickens, and in the summer he works part-time on a collective farm collecting zucchini - he earns 500 rubles a day. Sometimes my mother, who works there as a saleswoman in a store, comes to visit her son from the neighboring village of Petropavlovka. “Failures in work, in his personal life, the death of his relatives greatly influenced May,” his neighbor Valentina Palchikova told StarHit. “The guy got into religion and decided that witchcraft was to blame for everything that was happening to him!” I hung icons in the windows - to protect myself from negative energy, I put crosses along the fence.” According to her, as a child he was an artistic boy; after school he entered the Voronezh Academy of Arts, but did not graduate due to his participation in “House-2”. “He never had a regular girlfriend,” Palchikova continues. “For several months, Mai dated a classmate, then he brought his girlfriend Vodonaeva to the village, our people ran to look at her!”
Now Abrikosov rarely leaves the house: except to St. Michael’s Church, the grocery store, and to the school teacher - he sends articles from his computer - May does not have his own. “It’s obvious that he’s limited in money,” the store’s sellers shared with StarHit. “We always see him in an old black coat; for food he buys mostly milk, cookies for tea and sausages for the cat. He doesn’t take alcohol or cigarettes and always puts 100–200 rubles on his mobile phone.” According to fellow villager Tatyana, the guy is in love. “He had a girlfriend in Moscow, but now she is abroad - apparently they only communicate by phone.”

May Abrikosov is the creative pseudonym of Roman Tertishny. The guy was born on August 19, 1981. Already at an early age, his parents noticed that the boy was drawn to creativity. He wrote his thoughts about the world, about current problems. He studied well at school. At the same time, I attended a drama club. However, the parents insisted that their son enter the law faculty.
At the beginning of the two thousandth, the guy finally decided to make his dream come true - he entered the Voronezh State Academy of Arts in the acting department. The teachers were shocked by how much the student was able to transform into a particular role. He didn't act, but truly lived every scene. Roman Tertishny was immediately given the main roles. At the same time, he was interested in directing, writing plays and scripts for performances.
Moreover, May Abrikosov staged “Hamlet” at the Voronezh Youth Theater, he staged “Hamlet”. In a creative tandem with other authors, he wrote a script for a musical called “The Princess of the Elves” (production of the Voronezh Puppet Theater “Illusion”). He was engaged in painting, loved to read books, and especially devoted time to philosophy. From his youth, Abrikosov was not like others.
In 2004, television viewers were presented with the Dom-2 project. May Abrikosov decided to try his luck and came to the casting. It was during that period that he received his creative pseudonym, under which he still works today. Tertishny spent two and a half years on reality and proved himself to be an avid romantic. The guy's appearance attracted many girls. It’s not surprising, because he is a tall, charismatic young man with unusual facial features. In addition, he differed from everyone else in his deep thinking and unique manners.
Every second girl wanted to attract the attention of the young actor. Abrikosov himself loved the attention of the opposite sex and enjoyed it. While participating in the project, he was expelled from the Academy of Arts. In his last year, the guy stopped attending school altogether. Roman Tertishny twice started a relationship on a TV show, but the attempts were unsuccessful. After the second separation, he left the project, and at the same time managed to quarrel with TV presenters.
In 2007, May Abrikosov left the TV show. He was invited to work on a program about mystical secrets. He was soon replaced by Alexey Chumakov. In 2008, he took part in the filming of the series “Victory Wind, Clear Day.” Finally, my cherished dream of an acting career came true. Despite all the attempts and efforts, Tertishny failed to stay in Moscow and find his place “under the sun” there. The artist moved to a village near Voronezh and became a hermit. “I eat regular food, wear simple, cheap things, and am interested in literature. I want to start growing scarlet roses.”

During the filming of “House-2,” May Abrikosov managed to start a relationship with two participants. Among them are Olga Nikolaeva and Alena Vodonaeva. The first chosen one with the pseudonym Sun was in an affair with Tertishny for quite a long time. She was also a creative person. Abrikosov's second love, Alena Vodonaeva, was a scandalous participant, so their relationship quickly ended. After this, the actor left the project.
As May Abrikosov told reporters, he is now married to a girl, Olga, who works as an ophthalmologist. Their wedding took place in 2020. The chosen one of the “House-2” participant was born in Belarus. She was not afraid of her husband’s problematic past, or even drug addiction. Previously, she was in a relationship with a very rich man who showered her with gifts. However, Olga made a choice in favor of Abrikosov. So far the couple has no children.
The producers of the television project “Dom-2” have repeatedly invited Tertishny to participate in the project again, but the man himself categorically refuses. He is confident that the project needs fundamental changes. Producers promise to do something new every year, but this does not happen. The rating project continues to work, it has its own audience.
