After giving birth to her son Daniel and leaving the television project, Zhenya began to actively maintain Instagram, informing fans about her life. The grandiose celebration reconciled even the warring Sergei and Zhenya. The brunette let go of her friend and finally came to her senses. After the wedding, the couple remained on the project, and soon everyone found out about Daria’s pregnancy. Participants of “House 2” and Sergei Pynzar celebrated this event. The girl gave her husband the first heir - Artem. By that time, they already had their own business - a clothing store, and they could not depend on salaries from the project. And a couple of years later there was a ban on the presence of young children on television sets. Dasha and Seryozha left their home to continue their family life outside the perimeter.

33-year-old Daria Pynzar shared good news with fans. A businesswoman decided to buy a two-level apartment on the Turkish coast. Now the couple officially live in Alanya, and the couple’s living space is located in the same residential complex where the couple previously rented an apartment. Especially for subscribers, Daria described in detail on her social network page how she managed to become the owner of the keys to a prestigious home and showed it from the inside.
It turned out that the employees of the complex simplified the procedure for Pynzar and took upon themselves the entire process of paperwork. Due to this, the transaction was quick and easy. In addition, Daria and Sergey purchased an already renovated home with interior contents: all rooms have all the necessary furniture. “It took us a year to live here to understand that there was no better place for us and our children here. The sea and mountains are nearby, everything is cool and chic,” says Daria.
By the way, the couple preferred white and light beige tones in the interior design. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious kitchen, dining room and guest area. Above are the bedrooms. One for spouses, the other for two sons. Both rooms are connected by a huge balcony overlooking the coastline. Each floor is equipped with a sanitary unit. In addition, the TV show star admitted that she plans to convert one room into a dressing room.

It should be noted that one of the decisive moments when purchasing luxury housing was the proximity to the sea and a sparsely populated beach: the family prefers to relax where there is not a large concentration of tourists. “The sea is close. You can walk there. The beach is very good and there are few people. Wonderful area. There is a play area,” Pynzar said.

According to Daria, the complex has excellent amenities in the interior area. The protected residential area includes two swimming pools with water slides: for adults and children, a playground, a tennis court, and a barbecue area. Outside the tourist season, the indoor pool is open. In addition, a gym, spa area and restaurant are available to guests and residents of the resort. “We are very pleased and happy. I wish everyone to fulfill their dreams,” summed up the former “DOM-2” participant.
