– Dasha, these are boring times, aren’t they?
Beauty salons offer a variety of rejuvenation programs. The stores have any cosmetics for face and body care. It’s not like before: women collected folk recipes, kept the best ones secret and trusted only a close friend. And now you can live on everything ready. – As for folk recipes, they are still relevant. For example, when I get up early, to relieve swelling of my eyelids, I put raw potato slices on my eyes and wipe my face with ice. And these are not boring times at all. On the contrary, I think our generation is very lucky that Western technologies came to us. If financial possibilities allow, now you can try a variety of self-care programs. It’s very nice when it’s not you, but someone who takes care of you. – Therefore, you are for scientific progress? - Certainly. Any person does not want to grow old: be it a man or a woman. But if an older man, in principle, does not lose anything from this, then in women, extra wrinkles cause despondency. And it’s great that now there is an opportunity to fight aging. For example, I am an experimenter by nature. I like to try everything for myself. – Not so long ago there was a sensation – you’ve probably heard about it: a child was born, whose father had died two years before. The father's sperm was taken for analysis and frozen. And two years later, the surrogate mother carried the baby and gave birth. The baby's biological mother is anonymous. How, in your opinion, can what happened be considered a fact of overcoming death in general? - Why not? A hundred or fifty years ago they did not do this. I think the further it goes, the more interesting it will be. This fact did not shock me at all. You need to take this calmly, because science is developing and will always give new sensational ideas. If you try to understand everything, it will become clear that all this is objective. Including immortality. – Everything in nature dies. Why does a person want to be immortal and does he have the right to this? “It’s just a sense of self-preservation.” It is inherent in us by nature. There is one life and I want to live it as long as possible. What is needed for this? Just a little - take care of yourself. Proper nutrition, interesting work, healthy emotions and never harm anyone. Of course, I also want to live as long as possible. If by that time some real methods of life extension arise, I will certainly use it. In China there is a whole village of centenarians who are more than a hundred years old. It is known for certain that we could all live to be two hundred years old, but we are doing everything to ensure that this does not happen. We ourselves are ruining our health with an incorrect lifestyle. And ecology. It turns out to be some kind of vicious circle. For example, I haven’t smoked for five years, and now I’ve been smoking again for several months. I don't like myself for this. But I’ve given up and don’t want to change anything yet. And that's probably all. A person can do anything, I’m convinced, but he doesn’t want to. – Some people prefer to remain in the dark about their health. Others believe that it is necessary to visit doctors regularly. What do you think? - Not an easy topic. Medicine is serious business. Doctors are people who make money by treating people. If they don’t have patients, they will have no means of livelihood. Everything is logical. Of course, you need to visit doctors. But why dig into yourself to find something in advance? In principle, I don’t do anything to ruin my health. And you can arrange prevention for yourself. Watch what you eat, don't drink alcohol. I don’t eat sausage, canned food, anything salty or fatty. A healthy diet consists of vegetables, fruits, and fish. I haven’t eaten meat for a long time, as well as various offal products: kidneys, liver, etc. – But in the same liver, for example, all the B vitamins necessary for the nervous system. – You will find these vitamins in beans. - What about the waist? - So you don’t need to eat a lot! 200 grams is enough, not fried, but steamed or microwaved. You need to take care of proper nutrition from a young age. First of all, parents should take care of their children so that they eat properly. My daughter is an adult, she is thirteen and a half years old, I explain to her that everything tasty is the most harmful. Chips, Coca-Cola, hamburgers and sweets. She has already given up chips. “Are you saying that this is how you were raised?” - Of course not. My parents lived like everyone else. This came to me when I realized in the 9th grade that I wanted to become an actress and that with a weight of 64 kilograms I could not be a heroine. And that for this I have to do something with myself. The first thing I did was give up starchy foods and stop eating after seven o’clock in the evening. The body got used to the new diet gradually, over the course of a year, and when it got used to it, the results began to appear. But before, I couldn’t live without fried potatoes. – You had a strong motivation, you wanted to become an actress. And often a woman lacks the willpower to take charge of herself because there is no incentive. Why, for whom should we strain? – First of all, for yourself. To live longer and enjoy life. You need to look so that you like yourself, so that the reflection in the mirror brings joy. Unfortunately, in our difficult times, for many, food has become the only joy in life. And this is wrong. Joy must be found in other things. Well, at least in communication with nature. – How many kilograms did you manage to lose? - At twelve. – And you no longer have to control yourself? – I have to all the time, because I am predisposed to be overweight. I have to restrain myself, but I don’t see any nightmare in this. – Perhaps the habit of keeping yourself under control helped you when you participated in the Empire project? – Since we lived in nature, the fresh air made me hungry all the time. And this was a certain stress for the body. When I was on the “poor” team, I was also tormented by hunger from work. It was necessary to either spin wool, or wash gold, or sculpt a jug from clay. And in the “rich” team, attacks of hunger tormented, on the contrary, from idleness. But I adapted easily. I always limit myself and constantly experience a slight feeling of hunger, to which I have long become accustomed. – How do you keep fit – with fitness, perhaps? - Not now. Now I am working non-stop. I used to study. But I didn’t really relax there. No matter in public, someone will still recognize you. This means you can no longer appear without makeup. - Why? “Because without makeup I’m different and I don’t want to be compared to the image that people see on the screen and say: “That’s who she is.” Any woman knows the shortcomings of her appearance. I know too. That's why I never allow myself to appear in public without makeup. Not just because she's an actress. Makeup gives me tone and improves my mood. – Dasha, you said that you have an adult daughter. But many women prefer to remain silent about how old the child is, so as not to reveal their age. - No, for me it’s the other way around. I feel so proud when I go somewhere with my daughter. She is almost as tall as me, and I enjoy going out with her. Polina and I have a trusting, sincere relationship. I try to answer any questions that concern her. After all, she won’t find a better adviser than her mother. – And what worries modern youth? - Of course, love, what else. This is fine. I remember I started being interested in boys when I was only four years old. I try to explain everything to Polina so that she doesn’t have insoluble problems. – What is the most important thing in a relationship between two people? – We cannot, we are not ready to give freedom to those who are nearby. And those who are nearby, in turn, do not understand that freedom is not permissiveness. I was convinced of this from my own experience. The topic is very serious and worries me. I understand that you may not meet the person you are waiting for. My bar is high, and I try to meet it myself. But I don’t despair, because there are relationships in the world that last a lifetime. Probably, somewhere he is, the one who will not betray me. – Of all the variety of beautiful things, how should you dress to be modern, but not become a victim of fashion? – I try to keep up with the times, but not literally repeat them. I prefer it to be comfortable first of all. But at the same time I wear high heels. I love jeans. In general, my principle for selecting clothes is this: it should be beautiful and so that you can appear in it both day and evening. When leaving home for the whole day, I must be prepared for any situation and always be comme il faut. Natalia KORNEEVA

Today, Daria has completely devoted herself to work and her adult daughter Polina. Polina trained as a journalist at Moscow State University and works as a PR manager in a large agency. Daria is not married, but considers herself a happy woman.

Theater

In 1994, the actress was accepted into the troupe of the Theater. Mayakovsky. Andrei Goncharov was not afraid to immediately entrust the young artist with the main role in the new play “As You Love It.” In the famous play by W. Shakespeare, Daria played Rosalind.

At the beginning of her stage career, Poverennova gained experience by appearing before the most demanding audience - children. The actress considers this experience very valuable: “Children’s performances are a separate topic. Firstly, you need to have a sense of humor to play in children's plays, that is, there must be some kind of internal self-irony. But I think that any artist must go through participation in children’s performances.”

Over time, Dasha became one of the leading actresses of the theater. Shakespeare, Ostrovsky, Chekhov, Dostoevsky, Gorky - this is not a complete list of authors in whose plays the actress played. Thus, in Nikita Kobelev’s play “The Caucasian Chalk Circle”, based on one of the most iconic plays by Bertolt Brecht, she did not seem to play the main role, but what a spectacular one.

And in “Eccentrics,” staged for the 150th anniversary of Maxim Gorky, Daria played Olga. The author himself called this topical play about the collapse of intellectual hopes for change after the First Russian Revolution a comedy. The actress talks about why it is interesting: “The fact that the play was always a failure, from the moment when Gorky was still alive. It was staged at the Moscow Art Theater and other theaters, and it was a complete failure. Then, she is not at all popular, few people know her.

When Yuri Vladimirovich Ioffe offered me this role, I read the play and at first I also thought: something quite boring, quite mediocre. The main character of the play is a writer, a love triangle... And when Yuri Vladimirovich spoke about his idea, I was wildly delighted that he was so interested in it, analyzed it correctly and suggested it to us artists that now I can already say: it seems to me that We have put together a performance."

In Mayakovka, the actress was lucky to work, in addition to Andrei Goncharov, Yuri Ioffe and Nikita Kobelev, with such eminent directors as Mindaugas Karbauskis and Leonid Kheifets. However, Sergei Artsibashev turned out to be the closest in spirit to the actress. “I believe that Sergei Nikolaevich is the best theater director today,” emphasizes Daria. — The classic trend is “How will we surprise the public?” Many directors are looking for new forms, and Artsibashev surprises by the fact that, creating human images on stage, he makes the viewer think. As a result, people come to the gym alone, but leave changed internally. And it’s great for us actors, because on stage the action is structured logically and clearly.”

Mayakovka became a home for the actress, about which she speaks warmly: “I’m lucky, I work in one of the best theaters in Moscow, and I can grow professionally thanks to it. The theater does not allow itself random things, like television, for example.

The gifts of fate include working in the theater, the way, I hope, the artistic director of the theater Sergei Nikolaevich Artsibashev treats me. I share his human and civic position, his attitude to the profession, to life, and I get great pleasure from working with him. This is a huge success for an artist - to meet “his” director. A simple dream. I am proud to work in the theater where Faina Ranevskaya, Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, Natalya Gundareva and many other wonderful actors played.”

Works at the Vl. Theater Mayakovsky:

  • “As You Like It” W. Shakespeare - Rosalind
  • “Children of Vanyushin” S. Naydenov - Katya
  • “Student’s Love” L. Andreev − Anna Ivanovna
