The new season of the project “Voice 60+” starts on Channel One

A Sobesednik.ru correspondent visited behind the scenes of the popular TV show “The Voice”.

When you first find yourself in the “looking glass” of a long-running musical project on Channel One (the sixth season of the popularity of “The Voice” is no joke!), you get lost in space and time. Well-dressed spectators crowd at the entrance, administrators rush along endless corridors, holding a freshly ironed evening dress or a script in their hands, shouting into the walkie-talkie, running around with wild eyes: “Where are they?” It seems that there is real chaos going on behind the scenes!

Alexey Safiulin

At 42 years old, former leading soloist of the Mariinsky Theater Alexey Safiulin came to the “Voice” show for the first time. Pelageya liked literally from the first chords . The mentor was the only one whose chair turned towards the artist, so he automatically ended up on her team. The singer greeted the new participant with the phrase: “I thought you would never come here, but you came...” It turned out that Safiulin and Pelageya had known each other for a very long time. They first met at the “New Names” camp when the aspiring artist was only ten years old! However, according to the mentor, she had no idea that her old acquaintance would participate in “The Voice.” Throughout the entire show, Alexey successfully passed stage after stage and was eliminated only before the final.

Earlier this week, the media reported the death of the 44-year-old performer. Initially, some publications wrote that Safiulin “fell asleep in the bathtub and drowned.” However, this information was later denied on the singer’s official Instagram page. The artist died of a heart attack on June 8 around 19:00. Perhaps the cause of the tragedy is “the heat and acute lack of sleep after the flight from the tour,” as the report says. Farewell to Alexei took place today, June 13, in the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Petrovsky Park.

Gabriella (32)

A few years ago, Brazilian Gabriella came to Moscow on tour as part of a Brazilian dance show. Here she met her future husband Vitaly and began to conquer the Russian stage. Gabriella appeared in the “ New Wave ” project, thanks to which she began to be called the “Russian Beyoncé.” At the blind auditions, Basta took her to his team, with whom she reached the last stage of knockouts.

Andrey Davidyan

Participating in blind auditions on the show “The Voice” in 2013, Andrei Davidyan felt so confident that he very quickly won over all the mentors. Pelageya was the very first to turn to the performer then Dima Bilan, Alexander Gradsky and, finally, Leonid Agutin. Of the four judges, Davidian chose Pelageya. This came as a complete surprise, since everyone thought that he would join Gradsky’s team, with whom he had a long-standing friendly relationship. “I am a gentleman, I choose your side, Polya,” said Andrei and embraced the young mentor. Under the girl’s strict guidance, Davidyan managed to reach the quarterfinals of the project.

Question answer

What do you remember about singer Andrei Davidyan?

On November 12, 2020, a message appeared on the page of the designer and singer’s friend Victoria Kolos , which prompted everyone to think about the death of the performer. “Sleep well, my boy,” read the caption to the joint photo of Kolos and Davidyan. The very next day, Sergei Volchkov confirmed the death of his colleague. “Today my loved one, friend, great artist passed away,” wrote the winner of the “Voice” project. It turned out that 60-year-old Davidyan’s heart stopped. According to press reports, the artist felt unwell while at home and was hospitalized with an ischemic stroke. Already in the hospital, he fell into a coma and died without regaining consciousness.

Who is behind the participants of the show “The Voice”

'Who is behind the show's participants?

The contestants of the second season of the Channel One show “The Voice,” unlike the first, are not random people in the world of show business. They have been on stage for a long time, they just haven’t had the opportunity to become famous until now. In this sense, their appearance in “The Voice” does not contradict the idea of discovering new names. Although almost every contestant has familiar stars who look after them and promote them. Who and how took part in the fate of the current participants in the project, the final of which will take place on December 27.

Leps introduced Sharip Umkhanov to the general public at his concert at Crocus City Hall on July 16, 2013, a month and a half before the start of “The Voice”

The life of 32-year-old Sharip Umkhanov

My acquaintance with Grigory Leps changed things. For several years, Sharip, a music teacher from Chechnya, worked in Moscow at a construction site and lived in a hostel. Sometimes I could afford to relax in karaoke or in the billiard room. One day Leps came into the same club. “The world, as you know, is a small place, we happen to have mutual friends,” Grigory tells StarHit. “But then I had no idea what an amazing voice this guy has!” And then Sharip became an unexpected “gift” for my anniversary last year. Friends brought him and asked him to sing a rock ballad for me. At first I couldn’t believe my ears! I have always dreamed of such notes in my voice. Naturally, I decided to support the talented guy.” Leps helped Sharip rent a one-room apartment in Moscow, lent him money, allowed him to rehearse at his studio, and even came up with a pseudonym - Sharif. True, the idea to participate in “The Voice” was given to the guy not by Grigory, but by producer Igor Matvienko, who heard it in one of the clubs. But Leps supported. “When I have time, I watch “The Voice” and, of course, I root for Sharip,” says the singer. “I will be glad if after the project he chooses my production center as a place of work.”

Nargiz and Alisher have known each other since childhood, but at some point their paths diverged for 22 years.

But for 43-year-old Nargiz Zakirova

Alla Pugacheva herself is “sick”. He closely follows her performances on the television project. They were introduced by Alisher, Diva’s stylist. Shortly before the “blind” audition, he brought his fellow countryman (both were born in Tashkent) to Alla Borisovna’s castle and introduced them to each other. The singers were shocked: Nargiz - from an excess of feelings, Pugacheva - from the extravagant appearance of the guest. But they quickly became friends. Half an hour later they sat, drank tea and, laughing, told stories from their lives. “Nargiz consulted with Pugacheva about the hit “The Woman Who Sings.” Alla blessed: “The song is difficult, you must perform it in your own way.” And after the performance, she called and congratulated her on her success,” recalls Alisher. – I help Nargiz as much as I can. We came up with all the images for performances on “The Voice” together. I also have four English-language songs for her, which we will record after the show.”

“A Friend’s Help” is also accepted by 18-year-old Andrei Tsvetkov

. Once as a member of the Fidgets ensemble, he performed in the Kremlin, Luzhniki, sang with Soso Pavliashvili, Nikolai Baskov, Dima Bilan. And Tsvetkov prepared for the blind audition thanks to Sergei Lazarev. “His vocal teacher Nina Savitskaya made me a different person in three weeks!” – Andrey smiles. He still works with Savitskaya every day, and Lazarev calls and supports him morally. Many people believe that Andrei sings “to Lazarev.” To change this, Dima Bilan selects a repertoire that would help his pupil show his capabilities.

But 25-year-old Sergei Volchkov

called “Muslim Magomayev’s successor.” He came to the casting on the advice of opera singer Tamara Sinyavskaya. She advised him before performing “Melody” from her husband’s repertoire. Sinyavskaya took Sergei’s exams at GITIS and has been fascinated by him ever since. Largely thanks to her, Sergei no longer needs to work part-time at bank corporate events. He performs on the big stage in group concerts with Joseph Kobzon, Valeria, Larisa Dolina.

Thanks to her husband Yuri Usachev, Tina Kuznetsova became friends with many show business stars.

31-year-old Tina Kuznetsova

There are also a lot of familiar stars, and there is also his own composer, who is also her husband - Yuri Usachev, the creator of the group “Guests from the Future”. She was the only one on the project who was allowed to perform a song from her repertoire - “Vanya”, the music for which was written by Usachev. And Tina met her future mentor Pelageya three years ago thanks to singer Bobby McFerrin. He invited both of them to participate in the production of the improvisational opera “Bobble”.

In short, there are too many coincidences for one show. Alexander Gradsky at the “blind” audition did not recognize the man whom he had known for about 40 years and even sang. But after the speech of 57-year-old Andrei Davidyan

said: “It’s great that you’ve finally come!”
Leonid Agutin said he had no idea how his former backing vocalist, 29-year-old Angelina Sergeeva
, could sing after he turned to her at the selection.
Dima Bilan, on the contrary, admitted to 37-year-old Jacqueline Migal
: “I recognized your voice!” The girl worked as a backup singer for Vladimir Presnyakov for quite a long time.

However, the more powerful the support and participation of the stars, the more interesting it is. Let's see whose school wins!

Christina Grimmie

“People come here to sing and you never know what to expect. And then you turn around and see a passionate man who draws you into this song. And then you realize that this person can become a big star. I really believe in this,” with these words began Christina Grimmie’s with her mentor on the American version of the “Voice” project, Adam Levine . And he was right. The 20-year-old singer had a great future. Even before participating in the show, where she took third place, the girl enjoyed enormous popularity on the Internet, performing cover versions of famous songs.

On June 10, 2020, Grimmie gave a very ordinary concert in Orlando. After the performance, she arranged an autograph session for fans, at which point an unknown person approached Christina and shot her twice directly in the head. The girl's brother tried to neutralize the attacker, but he managed to wriggle out and commit suicide. Later, the investigation established that the artist died at the hands of Kevin Loibl . The 27-year-old man turned out to be a fan of the star. Apparently, he had serious mental problems. The young man's colleagues claimed that he told them about his friendship with Grimmie and constantly listened to her songs. 22-year-old Christina died in hospital from her injuries.

In just a week since its launch, the Internet platform “Voice” belarus2020.org easily collected the votes of 600 thousand people for fair counting in the presidential elections. This is an unprecedented amount.

Now it is up to Belarusians themselves to turn thousands into 4 million to see detailed statistics on how the country voted on August 9. To do this, the creators of the platform encourage everyone from now until the elections to actively save their votes in “Voice” and invite 5 new people per day.

The CEC does not tell how Belarusians vote, and does not publish data on polling stations, cities and regions. The CEC does not allow independent members of precinct commissions and observers. Independent exit polls and opinion polls are prohibited in Belarus before the elections. The figures announced by the CEC cannot be verified. This is a black box.

The open Internet platform “Golos” was created by Belarusian developers for alternative vote counting as a counterweight to the closed electoral system of Belarus. Before the elections, the platform will collect the votes of millions of Belarusians, save them and publish detailed statistics on the votes on August 10.

The developers guarantee that they will do this while complying with the law and reliably maintaining the anonymity and security of the voter. It is impossible to track the user or obtain information about him. To register your voice, you only need a phone number, which the platform instantly encrypts, just like the best international banks. Even the developers themselves cannot recognize it.

To leave a vote, a person must go to the website https://belarus2020.org and go through a quick registration through the Telegram or Viber bot - 600 thousand Belarusians have already done this.

On election day, platform developers ask Belarusians to take a photo of their ballot from both sides and send it to the bot to confirm their choice and provide legal weapons to combat fraud.

We don’t know what new obstacles may await us at polling stations on election day: we may be prohibited from bringing smartphones (although the law allows it), we may be prohibited from taking photographs at the polling station (although legally allowed), we may be created in uncomfortable conditions and have our curtains removed in the voting booth (although by law voting is a secret process). Our internet could be turned off.

But nothing will stop “Voice” if millions of Belarusians register on the platform and share their votes before the elections. By August 10, we will have honest, large-scale data about who people chose and how.

Therefore, the developers ask every caring Belarusian to connect and help with one simple task:

EACH OF US INVITES 5 NEW PEOPLE PER DAY TO THE “VOICE”.
How can a person do this?

The only thing that is required of each of us right now is to add your choice and the choice of 5 people to the “Voice”. Grandparents, parents, friends, colleagues, neighbors, the cashier at the store or a stranger in line - it doesn’t matter, because every voice is equally important.

The developers share detailed instructions on how to do this.

You can talk about the Voice platform

The easiest way to talk about “The Voice” is to send a link to the website https://belarus2020.org in Viber and Telegram, share the link on all social networks, and also tell it personally.

What should I say?

“Voice” is our only chance for fair and transparent elections. There will be no other.

“Voice” is completely safe, your personal data is securely encrypted, and registration is anonymous. You cannot be tracked.

“The Voice” is impartial, it has no favorites. The platform treats all candidates equally, and its only goal is to count votes fairly.

You can help others add their voices

Help parents and grandparents mark their choices on The Voice, because not all of them can do it themselves. If they have an account in Viber or Telegram, be sure to help them follow the link https://belarus2020.org, open the bot and add their vote.

You can add others' voices

If your grandmother does not have a ready-made account, you can add her to your Telegram account. To do this, visit her (she will be glad to see you), and do the following:

  1. Open the Telegram app and go to Settings.
  2. Click on your name and then on “Add account”.
  3. Enter grandma's number. Be close to her at this moment, because in two minutes an SMS with a code will be sent to her number, and she may need help to open it.
  4. Enter the code in the field and her account will open.
  5. Open the bot and help grandma leave her voice.

This way you can enroll up to 2 people.

If you have a computer handy, you can use the web version of Telegram. To do this, go to https://web.telegram.org/ and create a grandmother account there.

You can break records, show off and encourage others

Leave your votes, invite five people today, ten tomorrow and thirty on August 8th. Break your own records and brag about it, because there is something - you influence the result of this election, your life, the future of our country, simply by helping your loved ones, friends and acquaintances save votes in “The Voice”.

Convince the people you add to do the same.

Together we are strong and only together we can change our lives.

QUESTION ANSWER

Why is this necessary?

To honestly count votes for each precinct, district, city, region and throughout the country. We will receive the most objective results of the choice of citizens of Belarus without human intervention and possible manipulation. We will be able to compare the results with official data.

It is legal?

Yes. The platform does not conduct opinion polls and does not disclose data until the end of voting. “Voice” statistics will be published only after the official results - no earlier than August 10. Taking a photo of a ballot at a polling station is also legal. The wording “Photographing of a ballot is not provided for by law” does not mean “Prohibited.” It means that this and many other aspects are not spelled out in the law. This means that the voter himself decides how to handle the ballot.

It is safe?

The platform does not request personal information - only a phone number, which is immediately encrypted in the same way as data is encrypted in the banking system. This creates a unique encrypted number that reliably protects your voice.

Won't they figure me out by my phone number?

Your phone number is stored only in encrypted form on servers that are inaccessible even to intelligence agencies. The developers of the GOLOS platform cannot find out from which numbers they voted. In general, no one can.

What I should do?

First, go to the website https://belarus2020.org and register. And then tell everyone you know about the platform and invite them.

Secondly, on August 9, go to your polling station, make a choice on the ballot and photograph it from both sides. Send the photo to the chat bot of the VOICE platform in which you registered (it is prohibited to publicly post a photo - this is campaigning. But sending a photo to a chat bot is not prohibited).

What if photographs are banned?

We don’t know what obstacles may await us at polling stations: we may be prohibited from bringing smartphones (although the law allows it), we may be prohibited from taking photographs at the polling station (although legally allowed), we may be created in uncomfortable conditions and the curtains in the voting booth may be removed. (although by law voting is a secret process). Our internet could be turned off.

But nothing will stop “Voice” if millions of Belarusians register on the platform and share their votes before the elections. By August 10, we will have honest data about who people chose and how.

It is for this reason that it is important to save the votes of 4 million people UNTIL AUGUST 9.

How does “Voice” work?

Users can register in “Voice” and talk about their choice in one minute through a Telegram or Viber bot—600 thousand Belarusians have already done this.

Beverly McClellan

The singer began her musical career in her twenties, she actively performed in various clubs and even recorded several solo albums, but a wide audience learned about her only through her participation in the first season of the American version of the Voice project. McClellan was then in her early forties. After blind auditions, where the artist very emotionally performed the song Piece of My Heart, she ended up on the team of Christina Aguilera , although Adam Levine was also not averse to getting Beverly into the ranks of his charges. As a result, the singer was able to reach the finals, but according to the results of the audience voting she took only third place.

A few years after her fairly successful run on “The Voice,” McClellan was diagnosed with cancer. The artist tried to overcome the disease for a year and even began to recover, but on October 30, 2020, her condition worsened again. She died before reaching her 50th birthday.

Rodion Gazmanov (35)

The son of Oleg Gazmanov became popular as a child when he sang the song “ Lucy ” with his father. However, when the time came to decide on a profession, the guy did not follow in the footsteps of his star relative and entered the financial academy. But in 2012, Rodion decided to devote himself entirely to promoting a musical group called “ DNA ”. As part of it, he became famous not only in Russia, but also in the CIS countries. At the blind auditions, Rodion sang the song I Believe I can fly . Basta turn around . The young man chose the second one. Under his leadership, he went to the fights, where he sang with Witold Petrovsky (30).

Maria Zaitseva (33)

In 2003, Masha Zaitseva took part in the “People’s Artist” project and entered the top five along with Alexey Goman (33), Alexander Panayotov (32), Alexey Chumakov (35) and Oksana Kazakova (34). After “ People’s Artist ,” Masha joined the “ Assorted ” group, formed from participants in the project. The girls traveled all over Russia with concerts, but a difficult relationship with the producer put an end to the group’s history. Masha came to “The Voice” and “turned around” three of the four mentors, but dropped out at the “knockout” stage. Now Masha continues to make music - she is the lead singer of the group #2Masha .
