To look young and beautiful like Maria Kulikova, try to follow some rules that the actress has developed for herself:

Comments

Of course, we can say that Maria Kulikova was simply lucky - she had healthy, clear skin from birth, and a beautiful figure from swimming. What do you think - should you take care of your figure, limit yourself, if you already look good? Star stories. Actress Maria Kulikova loves barbecue and champagne. Maria Kulikova – When I’m on a diet, I feed my loved ones

But in addition to food restrictions, Maria loves sports. Of course, she is the wife of a football player, and also the mother of 3 boys. She visits the gym and roller skates with the children or plays active games with them.

She goes for a morning jog in the park or jogs on the track: alternating uphill walking with running at intervals of half an hour. Engaged in fitness and workouts. But she completely refused strength training. I never had this before, I tossed and turned all the time, but then I learned to switch off, because otherwise I could go crazy.

New house of Maria Kulikova

A year before the official divorce, Maria Kulikova bought a box of a house located just two kilometers from the mansion that was left to Denis Matrosov. The actress independently began to delve into the specifics of the installation of utility networks, rough and fine finishing, and also checked the work of the builders.

The only person Maria turned to for help was an acquaintance from a neighboring area. He and the actress went through all the stages of renovation from scratch and became a real support.

The first thing Maria did was install double-glazed windows and re-roof

New home - new problems

Maria Kulikova was faced with a global problem that almost no one can avoid, either during construction or during repairs. No matter how much you budget and control costs and strictly adhere to estimates, there will always be unplanned expenses. If you refuse them at the initial stage, alterations will cost an order of magnitude more.

As a result, Maria decided not to save money and installed heated floors throughout the house, selected high-quality finishing materials, began finishing work and installed built-in furniture.

Interior decoration

To decorate the interior, the actress invited a friend who was involved in design. As a result, within a month the house sparkled with new colors and was ready to move.

The actress's cozy kitchen

Maria Kulikova is very pleased with her kitchen. From a concrete box we managed to create an elegant and incredibly cozy space with a dedicated dining area. Oak parquet was laid on the floor, and light wallpaper with small floral prints in the Provence style was hung on the walls. A plasterboard box with modern lighting from triple spotlights was installed along the perimeter of the ceiling.

Kitchen before renovation The snow-white corner set was made from solid wood. The facades were decorated with thin panels, the doors were equipped with modern closers and integrated handles. The drawers are equipped with convenient storage systems, which make it much easier to maintain order inside.

We installed white horizontal blinds on the window and hung a Roman silk curtain with a snow-white tulle lambrequin

In the dining area there was a round extendable table made of solid wood and wooden chairs with high backs.
The tabletop was made of artificial stone in a light creamy shade. The apron area is tiled in patchwork style. A built-in sink with a tall L-shaped brass faucet was installed opposite the window.

Unusual bathroom design

Maria approached the design of the spacious bathroom with all her imagination. Luxurious collectible carpet-print tiles were laid on the floor. The walls in the wet area were tiled in a deep gray-blue color. The upper part of the surface was painted with moisture-resistant paint in a delicate yellow shade.

A modern oval bowl and a tall rain shower with a large retro-style watering can were placed near the window. A low solid wood cabinet with shaped legs was placed nearby, with a countertop washbasin installed on the countertop.

Interesting interior decoration details

In the spacious hallway, the same tiles are laid on the floor as in the bathroom. The width of the corridor made it possible to install tall bookcases made of solid wood in a light shade along the entire wall. The central part is closed with glass doors. The upper and lower facades are decorated with milling and miniature button handles.

The interior of the rooms is made in light colors. The upholstery of sofas and armchairs is decorated with carriage screed. In the living room, the main place is occupied by a real wood-burning fireplace in a portal made of natural marble.

Maria Kulikova: “I want a child!”

You can spend hours on the site, so you need to arrange at least a short rest for yourself. Plus sometimes I indulge in sweets.

Most often in the afternoon I really want it, and I don’t deny myself. I think it's torture if you don't eat something tasty. When I got my own house - small, unpretentious, but very cozy, when I myself chose and equipped my kitchen, then cooking became a pleasure! I often do this: if someone needs to come to see me, even if only for a short time, I still put some kind of cottage cheese cookies in the oven.

When the aroma of vanilla spreads throughout the house, at some vibrational level something happens to people: they walk in, it smells like baking, and they don’t want to leave at all! I really like it when my home smells of delicious food. But it takes a long time... It’s not difficult, but it’s long. Everyone eats two or three plates. If it’s also topped with bruschetta, it’s absolutely beautiful and very satisfying. I don’t see the point in doing this on vacation. However, when I arrive at the site, I immediately start eating everything boiled and without salt.

What is our incentive? That's right, profession! If I start eating everything, everyone will say that there is something wrong with me. I'm not a sports person at all. A couple of times I bought cards for a fitness club, but it’s not for me.

Maria Kulikova: “My love is my happiness!”

The actress does not try to play “in public”, does not include the “star”. She is who she is! Smiling, charming, bright, and very hardworking young woman. From the author.

We agreed on an interview with the actress in Riga, by phone. I planned that the conversation would take place at least in a month or two. Demand for cinema, a lot of work in the theater, a small child. There's no time for an interview! But what was my surprise when Maria called and said: “I’m going on tour in the Baltics soon. "Snow in a foreign city." That's what the play is called. Let's talk then. Are you comfortable?” Of course, it was convenient for me.

The work of a journalist involves many complexities and difficulties. You need to be able to win over your interlocutor, think about “inconvenient questions,” and most importantly, not offend your interlocutor with a careless word. You need to be “on alert” all the time! To be honest, this is not the case with Masha Kulikova. This actress endeared herself to me. Unique naturalness, openness, friendliness and... a glass of wonderful French champagne. The interview flowed smoothly into a normal conversation between two women.

And it all started with appearance.

Normal women's conversation.

- Masha, you are absolutely natural. It feels like you just “came off” the screen and sat down next to me. Excuse me, do you film with virtually no makeup?

- Not really. Make-up, of course, is present in films. But it's all about my appearance. I have a completely average – statistical social appearance! That's why I often play doctors, teachers, and military men. People, just like in life. There are bright women, but I’m not one of them. It's hard to notice me in a crowd. When people recognize me on the street, I flinch. Honestly, I don't get recognized often.

I’m not a party person at all, and my everyday clothes are more sporty than classic. I feel comfortable in bikers, sweatpants, knitted hats, and UGG boots. How can one recognize a public person? (laughs). Yes, and I often take the metro, because I hate traffic jams. And my appearance is completely ordinary. I’m sure I never considered myself a beauty! Apparently, the Soviet strict upbringing is taking its toll. Everything comes from childhood.

Pioneer childhood, law faculty and theater.

My childhood is wonderful. In general, my generation grew up in a happy, wonderful time. We were such pioneers - heroes. We were brought up in a large Soviet country. I am a Muscovite. It’s hard for me to say how things were with patriotism in small regions of our country, but in Moscow everything was concrete! There was a complete feeling that we should be proud that we live in a great country, a huge country, the Soviet Union! By the way, this had huge advantages. For example, schools had a uniform uniform. There were no obvious differences between students. Today there is a very large gap between segments of the population. You can immediately see who is wealthy and who is not. When I was at school, we were forbidden to wear earrings, rings, or makeup until the ninth grade. Everything was very strict. Although I studied at a specialized English school, we did not have any liberties. And at the institute, what was important was what you were like, and not what you were wearing or the make of your car. However, what kind of cars do students have then? They simply weren't there! Virtue was honored. If you are something on the stage, then you are valued, respected, loved. And if you are “zero”, then no machine will help you. However, this is ordinary reasoning. Let's go back to my childhood.

The parents were the most ordinary people. Dad worked for many years at the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, and later began singing in a church choir. My mom was an engineer. But my grandmother served as dean of the vocal department at Gnesinka. But I don't remember much of her. My grandmother passed away when I was four years old. But I remember her from photographs. And even from what photographs! Powerful photos. Here is grandma with Gagarin! Here is grandma with Gnessina (Soviet pianist-teacher, etc.)! Of course, as a child I didn’t understand all this “power”, but now I’m proud of my relatives (laughs).

Everyone in our family has always worked hard. The parents were spinning around as best they could. They made money. Nothing out of the ordinary. An ordinary Soviet family. At first we lived in the center of Moscow, and then our house was resettled, and we ended up in an apartment on the outskirts, on the outskirts. But at that time, it was not customary to argue with the state on housing issues. You were given such an apartment - rejoice! And we lived. The area was, to put it mildly, dysfunctional and my parents decided to keep me busy. And I was sent to a regular theater studio in Moscow. My parents made this decision for another reason: I was a tense, very shy, unsightly child. And in order to become at least a little self-confident, I started going to this studio. And my first role was a little Baba Yaga. Nobody let me play princesses. I absolutely loved the studio!

I liked to make faces and rock out. I liked the laughter in the hall. I understood that acting on stage was fun. I was ten years old and I consciously understood that you can play pranks on stage, but nothing will happen to you for it! This was a kind of freedom that Soviet upbringing did not provide. And I tasted this freedom! I tasted it and liked it. And I couldn’t stop anymore. I realized that I had become interesting to everyone. This is the scene! This is a performance! And interest in your person fuels both self-esteem and pride.

But, with all my love for the stage, I clearly understood that in life I needed a sane profession. And my parents convinced me of this. I began to seriously prepare for admission to the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University. But I didn’t have the heart for this profession! I didn’t want to study to become a lawyer, but applied to theater universities. I submitted documents to all theater institutions. I think that everyone who applied did this. And miraculously I got into the Shchukin School. Yes, by some miracle!

Why "Pike"? You know, every year a certain theater university is in the “top”. Of course, all theater institutes are wonderful, but “Pike” is cool! Look what gifted people studied there! Gundareva, Bogatyrev, Mikhalkov, Varley. And the traditions at the school are wonderful. I still have a rule; stand up when a person older than you enters the room. We were taught this at school.

But about my admission. It was funny. I had no problems with poetry. I read Pushkin. But with prose. I was very lazy and I didn’t really enjoy learning prose. And I decided that I would use a free interpretation. I chose an excerpt from a book I just read. Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Novel "One Hundred Years of Solitude". When I read this work, I understood little of it. But there was magical music in it. So I decided to “shine off” in front of the admissions committee. When it “shone”, the commission openly told me that a free retelling would not work here! And they sent me to learn prose. I was very surprised then: “Wow!” And they know Marquez!” (laughs) I had to learn an excerpt from “Uncle Vanya” by Chekhov.

But I did. Apparently, the commission decided that I was a completely inexperienced person in life and that they could “mold” me into anything.

We had 18-20 people in the group. And the course was taught by Evgeny Vladimirovich Knyazev. Yes, the one who played Wolf Messing. This is a completely unique person. He dealt with his students like little children. I felt absolutely crazy human impact. This is the MASTER! And now, when I use the necessary colors to create an “image” - this is Knyazev. He knows how to amazingly build a female image. What can I say? Master! Now I understand that in order to fulfill his pedagogical duty to his students, he refused many interesting works in theater and cinema. He went to all our shows in Moscow theaters, thanks to which our course was distributed very well. Almost everyone got a job in Moscow theaters. And we had amazing guys on the course: Dmitry Ulyanov, Stanislav Druzhnikov.

By the way, to this day, our course, according to the tradition that emerged during our student years, the whole course gathers with him for the Old New Year, and in the summer we go to his dacha. Just talk, drink tea.

What diet helps the Sklifosovsky star Maria Kulikova stay slim

Moreover, I work 14 hours every day. The shift can be such that you spend half a day running in the forest. Adrenaline and physical activity are more than enough.

When I was younger, I always had the feeling that I wouldn’t have time to watch something, what if I never came here again, and what would I tell? Now I don't care at all. I can even fly, for example, to Paris, and if I don’t want to go out, I won’t go anywhere, but will just sit on the couch. And I think that there is some kind of thrill in this too. I’m sitting on the sofa in Paris... Yes, I’m not in the Louvre - I’m on the sofa, so what? If you want to go to the Louvre, please go there, but today I want to be on the couch.

Any viewer who even occasionally watches TV can offhand name at least several films and TV series with Kulikova in the title role. Of course, appearance is very important for an actress.

This is the principle by which I exist. Of course, Europe is beautiful and there are some places and things you should definitely see there, but lately my vacation has been mostly on the beach, very calm.

How do you feel about the fact that we are all, so to speak, growing up? As an actress, how troubling is this topic for you? Everything somehow turned out very well for me when I was forty.

Maria Kulikova explained why she is hiding her new boyfriend

On Monday, the premiere of the sixth season of the series “Sklifosovsky” with Maxim Averin and Maria Kulikova took place. On the eve of the long-awaited release of new episodes, the 40-year-old actress gave an interview to journalists, in which she lifted the curtain on her personal life and talked about her six-year-old son Ivan.

Maria's fans have long noticed that she is in a relationship. Last year, the artist went to Greece with her new boyfriend. Romantic shots appeared on the woman’s Instagram in which she was captured with a mysterious man. His face is hidden from the camera. Talking to reporters, Kulikova explained why she does not share details of her personal life.

“I set a condition for my friend Averin before the interview: nothing personal! It seems to me that if you start talking about it, something elusive goes away, gets lost. Yes, I’m really not alone and I’ve known this man for many years, but sharing details at the age of forty is simply undignified, or something. With age, or rather with the wisdom that has come with it, it is no longer as often as before that you let someone into your personal territory and talk about secret things. However, not doing this at all is also somewhat strange,” said the actress.

Kulikova admits that her profession obliges her not to make secrets of her personal life. “If you continue to be secretive, people, as my experience shows, begin to invent something for you and about you. I don’t even know what’s better,” said the actress.

According to Maria, the new chosen one changed her view of the world. The TV series star often travels with her lover, but before she didn’t go on trips that often.

“Now I want to go out together, which we do with pleasure. We have two days free - we take off. For example, we recently visited Georgia and Azerbaijan. I really liked it in Greece. I think I have finally learned to enjoy life. And of course, this is a huge merit of the person who is nearby,” the woman shared.

Maria’s son Ivan, whose father is Denis Matrosov, is familiar with her new chosen one. One day a boy asked his mother if she would have a wedding. The actress admitted that she does not feel any particular emotions about the wedding ceremony. The star has repeatedly played a bride in films, so she lost the desire to organize a celebration.

“You have to spend time on all these ceremonies, find it somewhere! And the word registry office is kind of scary... We are all well aware that a stamp in a passport doesn’t change much in real life,” the Caravan of Stories magazine quotes Kulikova.
