Alan Badoev married again
The chosen one of the popular Ukrainian director was... his wife Zhanna.
The Badoevs are currently working on a joint television project, “Heads and Tails,” in which they show how to travel around the world - with and without money. While filming the program in the States, Alan unexpectedly gave his wife a romantic gift - he proposed getting married again in Las Vegas, in the chapel where Britney Spears got married.
“Zhanna and I have been together for eight years now, and we decided to have a second wedding for ourselves - to swear our love for each other for at least another eight years,” says Alan.
The ceremony itself did not last long - 15 minutes. The guests at the wedding were the couple's friends from the film crew, and the musical breaks were filled by an Elvis Presley lookalike, who also sang at Britney's wedding. As a gift, Alan gave his wife a crystal pendant with a silver chain and a gondola ride.
“It was a big surprise for me, everything happened so romantically. Out of nowhere, a small veil, a small bouquet of flowers, “Elvis Presley” appeared, and I didn’t even believe that this was happening for real. But when we were given certificates that confirmed our second marriage in the state of Nevada, I almost fainted - after all, I would have to live with this man for another eight years!” – Zhanna laughs.
The couple have two children, Boris and Lolita, and Alan says he would like a third child - a son: “I even have a name for him. But for now Zhanna wants to realize herself, and I respect her desire. But at the same time, we never do anything on purpose - everything happens on its own, and we are always happy to accept it.”
For the Badoev couple, not only the second wedding, but also the program they are filming became a new stage in their relationship, reports Secretservice.com.ua. “We seem to be getting younger again, having fun again, having a blast again. We're exploring the world like fresh college students, and it's great,” Alan says. “I don’t remember being as cheerful for a long time as I was in the company of my wife.” Therefore, I am very grateful to Zhanna and her entire team for coming up with such a show and inviting me, because we have a lot of time to be together here.”
In the program, Alan and Zhanna are ordinary people who are exploring the world. Moreover, according to the idea, one of them is a poor man, he walks around everything and earns extra money for food, and the second, a rich man, shows how you can spend money abroad - fly in helicopters, go to the most expensive restaurants, buy brand-name suits.
The reality show “Heads and Tails” is the author’s project of Zhanna Badoeva. “She is a great professional; she has been nurturing the idea of this show for a long time,” says the director. – There are no people like her on Ukrainian air who could exist so organically on the screen, not thinking about their wrinkles, about how they look, but simply carrying what is inside them, and Zhanna simply glows. I'm sure the audience will appreciate it. When I watched how she worked, how she made people around her, I was pleased to realize that this was my wife.”
Now the “spouses squared” are traveling to Asia as part of the program.
