Dietary chicken soup with cheese
Chicken fillet – 500 gr.

Boil potatoes, carrots, meat. Add the onion and run the ingredients through a blender. Add a little broth to the resulting mixture, stir and add salt. Grate the cheese into a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of the mixture. Place on low heat under the lid. Cook until the cheese melts. Don't forget to stir. Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (breast) – 200-220 grams.
- Potatoes – 2-3 pieces.
- Carrots – 1 medium size.
- Onions – 0.5 pieces.
- Bay leaf – 0.5 leaves.
- Salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Rinse the fillet under running water, dry with a paper towel, cut into thin strips or small cubes. Place in a saucepan, add water, and boil. Remove the meat from the broth and let cool slightly.
Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes and onions into cubes, grate the carrots. Place all this in another bowl and fill with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, add pre-cooked chicken.
Cook over low heat until the vegetables are completely cooked. Before finishing cooking, about five minutes later, you can add salt to the dish. When the soup is ready, remove it from the heat and strain through a sieve. If available, you can beat it thoroughly using a blender.
Protein dietary chicken soup with egg
Chicken fillet – 0.7 kg.
Table egg – 1 pc.
Onion – 1 medium.
Salt, bay leaf.
Greens optional.
Those who are on a protein or combination diet will certainly enjoy dietary chicken soup with eggs, a simple recipe borrowed from the Dukan diet . You don’t need to add greens; they serve here as a source of vitamins and decoration.
Rinse the meat, place in a saucepan with water and cook. 15 minutes after boiling, drain the broth and pour fresh water into the pan. Cut the meat into portions, put in water and cook for 20 minutes. During cooking, peel the onion and place it entirely in the broth. In 10 minutes. remove it, add salt and bay leaf. Boil the egg hard, cool it in cold water, cut into 2 halves. Place half an egg on a plate per serving. If desired, decorate the dish with herbs.
Thick chicken soup
The recipe for this dish suggests using pine nuts. Thanks to these ingredients, dietary chicken soup has a pleasant aroma and delicate nutty taste.
- chicken – 580 g
- potatoes – 310 g
- onion – 50 g
- garlic – 9 g
- low-fat cream – 140 ml
- pine nuts – 55 g
- butter – 15 g
- salt
- dill – 25 g
- Rinse the chicken fillet. Place it in a container. Pour in 1.25 liters of water. Cook over medium heat.
- When boiling, remove the film from the broth. Salt it.
- Peel the potatoes. Cut into strips. Place in pan with meat.
- Cook the mixture over low heat until the food is ready.
- Peel the onions and garlic.
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Chop the garlic.
- Place the butter in a frying pan and melt it.
- Put onions and garlic there. Simmer with the lid closed.
- Strain the contents of the pan through a colander. Pour the chicken broth into a separate bowl.
- Let the potatoes and meat cool.
- Cool fried ingredients.
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Bring the mixture to a puree.
- Place the finished puree into a deep bowl.
- Dilute it with chicken broth.
- Pour cream into the mixture.
- Chop the nuts and add to the soup.
- Place the saucepan with soup on low heat. Bring its contents to a boil.
- Pour the finished chicken puree soup into plates.
- Sprinkle each serving of the dish with chopped dill.
- Serve the aromatic soup with croutons.
A diet based on pureed chicken soups allows you to quickly satisfy your hunger and not gain excess weight. Thick chicken soup does not increase caloric intake. The dish can be easily prepared at home.
