Ingredients:
- 300 g potatoes;
- 100 g smoked salmon;
- 150 g shrimp;
- 30 g nuts;
- 75 g white grapes;
- 1 tbsp. l. green onions.
For refueling:
- 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- 3 tbsp. l. fat sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- black pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- We clean the boiled-frozen shrimp from their shells, but do not throw them away. We take out the intestines and wash them.
- Now re-boil the shrimp in the brine. To do this, pour 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt into a glass of water. Pour in lemon juice, stir and pour into a saucepan.
- Place the washed shrimp heads and shells into the brine, let them simmer for 3-4 minutes, then filter and boil the shrimp themselves for literally 1 minute.
- Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and place them beautifully on a dish.
- Place shrimp on top and sprinkle generously with finely chopped green onions.
- Now add the smoked salmon slices.
- To make the dressing, combine mayonnaise with sour cream in a bowl, season with ground pepper and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with halved grapes and nuts.
You shouldn’t skimp on grapes and dressing for the salad, this will make the appetizer tastier. And do not overcook the shrimp, otherwise the meat will become tough.

Spicy with carrots in Korean

Needed:
- half a kilo of carrots;
- 2-3 garlic cloves;
- 2-2.5 tablespoons of vinegar;

How to cook
Grate/cut the carrots into strips, mix with oil-vinegar, add crushed garlic and put the resulting mass with a mold (in the shape of a smiley face, a fish) into a container. Decorate with a couple of onion arrows and olives.

If you need to quickly set the New Year's table, then the recipe for baked ribs is what you need. This dish is easy to prepare, and the ribs turn out tender, juicy and very tasty.
Ingredients:
- 600 g pork ribs;
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 1 tbsp. l. mustard;
- 1 tbsp. l. honey;
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika;
- 1 tsp. coriander;
- 1 tsp. dry mint.
Preparation:
- We wash the ribs, dry them, cut off the excess film, divide them into halves, and then make cuts on the meat part.
- For the sauce, in a bowl, combine tomato paste, mustard, honey, soy sauce, oil, paprika, coriander and dry mint.
- Lubricate the ribs on all sides with sauce, and carefully coat all the cuts. Cover with film and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then we transfer the meat product into a sleeve, tie it, make several punctures and put it in the oven for 40 minutes, temperature 200°C.
- Then cut the bag and let the ribs brown for another 5 minutes.

You may or may not believe in the eastern horoscope, but it’s interesting to prepare a New Year’s menu based on the preferences of the new Mistress of the Year - the Blue (Green) Goat (Sheep)!
This cute animal is known to be a herbivore, which means make sure you have enough vegetables and herbs on your holiday table. The Goat will be especially grateful for lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and also beets, which can be used to prepare herring under a fur coat - the New Year's salad beloved by most.
Your table will only benefit if you put more dairy products and sliced cheese from different varieties on it. In addition, the Goat loves fruit, so don't skimp on fruit snacks.
Hot meat and fish dishes should be seasoned with a large amount of aromatic herbs. Dill and parsley are simply irreplaceable in this situation. In addition, try cooking meat in a cheese crust in the oven: please both the Goat and your family.
Beijing salad of crab sticks and Chinese cabbage

Take a fairly large watermelon, cut it in half, and remove the pulp from the middle. Using a special round ice cream scoop, you can make 7-8 neat balls from this pulp and put it in the refrigerator for now. However, you can simply cut the watermelon pulp into cubes. Do the same with 4 pcs. ripe mangoes.
Cut 4 pears, 4 apples, 5 bananas and 5 kiwis into small cubes. Mix the cubes, fill them with a “basket” of half a watermelon, which can first be cut along the contour with cloves. Pour dressing over the salad: mix yogurt, condensed milk and sour cream or cream in arbitrary proportions.
Now take a bunch of large grapes and skewers, put a berry on each skewer and decorate the “dish” around the perimeter. Before serving, decorate your New Year's dish with cubes or balls of watermelon and mango from the refrigerator.
“Goat” salad (instead of the traditional “Olivier”)
Ingredients: 4 potatoes 2 carrots (boiled, peeled) 2 cucumbers (salted or fresh) 3 boiled eggs 1 green apple 200 g of any canned mushrooms 1 can of green peas
Cut all ingredients into cubes. Place in a salad bowl and stir. Add a bunch of chopped green onions and dill. Season the salad with mayonnaise, stir, and before serving, garnish with cranberries - just randomly scatter the bright berries over the surface of the salad.
Pork in potato and cheese coat
Cut the pork (300 g) into thin pieces about the size of your palm. Beat the meat, salt each piece and rub with crushed garlic and spices.
Peel 500 g of potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater and add 2 raw eggs. Lightly salt, stir, squeeze out excess liquid.
Place a spoonful of potato mixture on a flat plate, a chop on top, and another spoonful of potatoes on top of it. It is also advisable to cover the sides of the meat with potatoes, forming some kind of cutlets in a potato “coat”. Each chop must be quickly fried in hot oil in a frying pan, being careful not to disturb the “fur coat”. Place the chops on a baking sheet, cover with grated cheese (100 g) and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pork pork in soy-honey sauce
When compiling a New Year's menu, you cannot do without boiled pork, because it is so good as an appetizer. Pork fillet weighing about 1 kilogram must be washed, cleaned of films and thoroughly rubbed with salt mixed with ground black pepper. Now make cuts on the meat and put in slices of garlic - the more, the better. Rub the meat on all sides with soy sauce (3 tablespoons) and honey (2 tablespoons), put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half to two.
After the meat is marinated, place it on a greased baking sheet and pour the same sauce on top - a mixture of soy sauce and honey. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and place the meat in it for an hour. During this time, baste the meat 3-4 times with the juice that flows out of the piece during cooking.

Dorado is a tasty and noble fish. There are practically no small bones in it, so it is often prepared for the holiday table. And the proposed recipe will definitely appeal to all lovers of baked fish.
Ingredients:
- dorado;
- 1 lemon;
- 2-3 sprigs of rosemary;
- 1 onion;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Chop the onion into rings and cut the lemon into thin slices.
- Place a quarter of the onion on foil and place a few lemon slices on top.
- We clean the dorado, remove the entrails, cut out the gills. Wash, dry, rub with salt inside and outside. Place the fish on a layer of onion and lemon. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Place a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary inside the belly.
- Place the remaining onion and lemon on top.
- Seal the fish in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
- After the dorado, open it slightly and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
