“Every sixth business owner pays attention to the zodiac signs of candidates. HR specialists pay less attention to astrological features - only 5% of recruiters responded positively. However, most business owners (74%) and HR managers (85%) do not look at the zodiac sign of a potential employee. A total of 20% of respondents noted that they pay attention to such a detail depending on the position for which the candidate is applying,” the study notes.

According to him, 75% of employers pay attention to the zodiac sign when hiring an applicant for a leadership position, 50% of respondents look at the zodiac sign of a candidate for the position of office manager. Another 45% of survey participants said that the zodiac sign of future employees who apply for jobs in sales and service is important to them. Every 5 business owners or HR specialists look at the zodiac sign of an IT specialist, 15% of employers are interested in the astrological characteristics of applicants for the position of marketer and the same number of courier.

In addition, more than half (52%) of business owners find it useful to include a zodiac sign in applicants' resumes on a job search site. And among HR managers, only 19% would like to see the zodiac sign in the resumes of candidates on job services.
