The presented option is a white pizza with garlic butter instead of tomato sauce, with cheese, parsley and boiled chicken, baked for 12 minutes.
Ingredients:
- flour – 200 g;
- kefir – 100 ml;
- vegetable oil – 20 ml;
- soda – ½ teaspoon;
- clove of garlic – 2 pcs.;
- butter – 30 g;
- boiled chicken – 200 g;
- mozzarella – 60 g;
- parsley – 15 g.
Preparation
- Combine the first 4 ingredients and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a layer, brush with garlic butter, add half the cheese, chicken and parsley, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 12 minutes. at 220℃.

In this case, the dough is made from kefir and flour, which is rolled out into a layer, cut into circles and filled with minced chicken and cheese - a filling popular with schoolchildren and children.
Ingredients:
- flour – 200 g;
- kefir – 150 ml;
- baking powder - ½ teaspoon;
- minced chicken – 450 g;
- clove of garlic – 3 pcs.;
- tomato sauce – 120 ml;
- mozzarella – 100 g;
- mayonnaise – 90 g.
Preparation
- Knead the dough from the first three ingredients.
- Roll out into a thin layer, cut out 10 round pizza bases with a glass.

- Grease the cakes with mayonnaise, add minced meat, sprinkle with cheese.

How to prepare dough with yeast on kefir:
- Make the dough: pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar, shake and add instant yeast. Without making sudden movements, gently stir the contents and leave to “rise” for a quarter of an hour.
- After 15 minutes, add kefir to the dough and stir.
- Sift the flour, add a little to the kefir mass, stirring every time without being lazy. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Adjust the amount of flour yourself. First you can work with a mixer. Then the mass is kneaded by hand. Just before a dough lump begins to form, add the butter. Continue kneading until it is completely distributed.
- You should end up with a stiff pie dough to roll out a thick pizza base.
- Form into a ball, cover with a towel and move the pizza dough to a warm place.
- After an hour the dough will rise. Knead it a little, greasing your hands with vegetable oil so that it does not stick.
- Leave for 20 minutes, during which time the mass will have time to rise again.

Making quick pizza dough with kefir is easy, and here is a recipe that does not require much time or effort. Mix a few ingredients quickly, scratch the bottom of the refrigerator - you'll probably find a piece of cheese and a tomato lying around. - Kefir – 250 ml.
- Flour – 2 cups.
- Baking powder - a small spoon.
- Egg.
- Oil – 3 large spoons.
- Salt.
How to make instant pizza:
- In addition to kefir, you can use expired or fresh sour cream or cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve to make pizza.
- To prepare, beat the egg with a whisk, add salt, pour in vegetable oil and part of the kefir.
- Add baking powder to the sifted flour and add the first part.
- Continue whisking the contents, breaking up any lumps and adding more flour.
- The texture of the dough should be quite liquid, like for baking pancakes. Perhaps a little thicker.
- Spread the mixture onto baking paper placed on a baking sheet. Level it out and make a small border around the edges. Brush with sauce and arrange filling.
How to cook “Pizza with minced meat and potatoes”
1. Fry the minced meat for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked in a small amount of butter, and if the minced meat is fatty, then you do not need to add any oil. Set the fried minced meat aside for now.
2. Roll out the pizza dough and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make small edges and brush the entire surface of the dough with olive oil.
3. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices and rinse under running water. Salt the surface of the dough, spread the potatoes, pepper and place the baking sheet in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
4. During this time, the potatoes will be half ready. Now arrange thin slices of mozzarella or soft cream cheese and fried minced meat.
