You can close your mouth, sew it up, sit on a buckwheat diet, on water. All diets are short-term. You've lost weight, but you don't know why you lost it. Maybe it's the water that's gone, muscle mass, not fat. You won't be on a diet your whole life, will you? You can't fool the body. He wants vitamins, minerals.
