Details of the bloody murder in the kindergarten have become known: a security guard may be imprisoned

Liberating diseases

There is a list of diseases for which a child should not be sent to kindergarten. The list was created, first of all, to protect the sickest child and other children.

Kindergarten is an environment in which a variety of diseases are present. With reduced immunity, the risk of infection increases. If you have the following diseases, your child should not go to kindergarten.

Non-severe conditions

The ban is primarily due to the risk of contracting a new virus or infection. After the above diseases, it is better to keep the child at home for several days. This will avoid complications and will not endanger other people attending the educational institution.

Non-serious conditions in which you should not send your child to kindergarten include:

  • fever;
  • respiratory diseases;
  • vomiting and diarrhea;
  • skin problems.

    Fever in children.

Fever

A pathological process accompanied by an increase in body temperature above 37 degrees. The following types of fever are distinguished:

  • subfebrile (37-38);
  • moderate (38/39);
  • high temperature (39-41);
  • hyperpyretic (more than 41).

Fever is accompanied by the following symptoms:

  • refusal of drinks and food;
  • hoarseness of the head;
  • nasal congestion;
  • tearfulness;
  • lethargy;
  • irritability.

Respiratory diseases

This refers to the flu, in which you can infect others, as well as bronchitis and whooping cough. Acute respiratory viral infections can be recognized by the following signs:

  • weakness;
  • runny nose;
  • throat pain;
  • cough;
  • headache;
  • sneeze.

ARVIs are transmitted by airborne droplets and the diseases are highly contagious. According to medical research, ARVI is spread by shaking hands and other bodily contacts.

Vomiting and diarrhea

These symptoms may be caused by a virus in the stomach. If a child begins to vomit, digestive disorders such as diarrhea are observed. They advise him to stay at home for 2 days, and he is not allowed to go to kindergarten with him.

If the condition worsens, it is irreversible to consult a pediatrician. If blood and mucus are present in the stool, this is a sign of an allergy or infection.

Skin problems

Impetigo is a contagious skin disease, so you should not go to kindergarten if you have it. It is allowed to take the child outside 2 days after the spots have crusted over.

Areas of ringworm, caused by fungi, and scabies, caused by the scabies mite, should be treated before going outside. If a rash or fever appears against the background of skin problems, this may be a symptom of pathology.

Today, parents are forced to make concessions on many issues relating to the child’s position in kindergarten. Things have gotten to the point where moms and dads have to run straight from the maternity hospital to enroll their child in a preschool. In such a situation, it is difficult to choose a kindergarten to your liking; you have to send your child at the first opportunity.

How to protect a child in kindergarten

Parents put up with the fact that security conditions are far from perfect, and in case of trouble they prefer not to spoil relations with the administration, so as not to receive a refusal in the future. And this is completely in vain. You need to know your rights and learn to defend them.

Going to kindergarten is an important stage in a person’s life. The choice of establishment must be approached critically and thoroughly. In an ideal kindergarten, groups should be small, no more than twenty people; if the kindergarten is specialized (for example, speech therapy), then no more than twelve. Groups - no more than four (junior, middle, senior, preparatory). Each has two teachers working in shifts and one nanny.

While the child is in the garden, everything that happens to him is on the conscience of these people. Once a year, the teacher must sign a document stating that he is responsible for the children in his group. But this is valid only from the moment the parent hands the child over to the teacher personally.

This means that if the mother accompanied the child only to the gate of the kindergarten, and then he went on his own, then everything that could happen to him along the way will be on the mother’s conscience. In a good way, if a child comes to kindergarten alone, the teacher must provide the head with a corresponding application. In the evening, one of the parents signs the application.

Only the parent can pick up the child. No other person, even a relative, has the right to this. An exception will be if the parent provides the kindergarten management in advance with a list of people to whom he entrusts the child. Under no circumstances can anyone under 16 years of age pick up a child, even if it is a brother or sister, writes the magazine “You Have the Right.”

By the way, the nanny can stay with the children in the absence of the teacher, but she does not bear any responsibility. The teacher must write in advance how long she will leave the children with the nanny, and during this time the head will be responsible for them. If no document was left, then the responsibility falls on the shoulders of both - the teacher and the head.

It happens that parents stay late and do not have time to pick up their child. The teacher is obliged to stay with the child until they come for him, and, as a last resort, take him home. If suddenly the teacher turns out to be such a monster that he sends the child home alone, then such irresponsibility is punishable by at least an administrative penalty. And if something serious happens, the teacher will be charged under the article “Negligence”.

If suddenly a child’s things are stolen in kindergarten, the administration is obliged to compensate for their cost. Parents only need to write an application addressed to the head.

What else is the teacher responsible for? Of course, for the health of the child in the group. If the child is injured, parents have the right to demand fair punishment through the court, as well as reimbursement for the cost of medications and compensation for moral damage.

You should first contact your insurance company. For a private kindergarten, you need to find out the name of the insurance company and the kindergarten policy number. If the kindergarten is state-owned, then insurance is most likely located in the local municipality.

In general, in order to somehow prevent unpleasant situations, before sending your child to kindergarten, you need to ask parents who have already done this about the attitude of teachers towards their children. It’s not a sin, after all, to secretly observe how the teacher monitors the group during a walk.

In the kindergarten premises, you should pay attention to the presence of protective screens on radiators, high fences on the stairs, what toys are given to children, whether the kindergarten is clean, etc. The impression of what you see is of great importance for the safety of your child.

Security topics

Diseases

Children are definitely not allowed into kindergarten if they have severe infectious diseases, such as:

  • measles;
  • chickenpox;
  • scarlet fever;
  • rubella;
  • conjunctivitis (infectious).

Before you start taking your baby outside after the listed diseases, you need to wait 5 days from the day the symptoms disappear.

Measles and chickenpox

Acute viral infection is transmitted through the air. Measles is accompanied by spots, and a person begins to remain contagious for 5 days after the rash.

Chickenpox most often affects children 6 years of age. Just as with measles, up to 5 days after the rash goes away there is still a high likelihood of others getting it.

Scarlet fever

Scarlet fever in children.
The disease is diagnosed in people under 10 years of age. After scarlet fever suffered in childhood, an adult develops lifelong resistance.

Symptoms of scarlet fever are a sore throat and increased body temperature. If your baby has the following signs, then you should not send him to kindergarten:

  • headache;
  • small red rash;
  • angina;
  • skin peeling;
  • change in tongue color (from whitish to bright red).

Rubella

An acute viral disease belongs to the group of childhood infections, since the incidence of rubella is higher in children. The pathology can be contracted through airborne droplets and when the fetus is infected from a pregnant mother.

Rubella manifests itself as a rash on the skin. It is prohibited to attend kindergarten until complete recovery (at least 5 days from the onset of the pathology). As a rule, in educational institutions children are isolated from others for 21 days.

Conjunctivitis

The disease of bacterial etiology is transmitted by contact. That is why, adults or children, they are not allowed to see others and are isolated from others. Also, toys, household items, and personal hygiene items are contagious.

Viral conjunctivitis is much more dangerous. The disease is transmitted over a distance by airborne droplets.

What could be the reasons for expelling children?

In accordance with current legislation, the expulsion of children from preschool educational institutions without a good reason is not allowed. According to Article 43 of the Law “On Education”, expulsion as a disciplinary measure does not apply to students in educational programs of preschool and primary general education, as well as to students with disabilities.

All grounds for expulsion must be specified in the charter of the kindergarten. According to this document, the expulsion of a child can occur:

1. At the request of the parents (legal representatives) of the child in the event of his transfer to another preschool institution, parents moving, etc. In this case, an application should be submitted to the head two weeks in advance. The application must indicate the date of the desired expulsion or the date of transfer to another preschool institution.

2. At the request of the parents, if the child is contraindicated from visiting the children’s group for medical reasons, for example, if tuberculosis is detected. In this case, deduction is carried out on the basis of a doctor’s certificate provided by the parents or legal representatives of the child.

3. Due to circumstances beyond the will of the parents (legal representatives) of the child and the kindergarten, including in the event of liquidation of the preschool institution.

4. In connection with the completion of preschool education and the child reaching school age.

Within three days from the date of issuance of the expulsion order, the educational institution informs the parent (legal representative) and the Education Department of the municipal district administration about this.

A resident of the Moscow region stabbed his wife to death in a kindergarten. In a couple of days she would have left him

A resident of the Moscow region stabbed his wife to death in a kindergarten. In a couple of days she would have left him

54-year-old Vladislav did not work, drank, insulted his children and wife, and beat her. Tatyana decided to break off the marriage that lasted 30 years. But her husband did not want to let her go.

In Voskresensk, near Moscow, on the morning of September 1, a bloody drama unfolded: 54-year-old local resident Vladislav Vorobyov, having gotten drunk and jealous of his 54-year-old wife, went to her work - to a kindergarten, where Tatyana performed the duties of a junior teacher. She had worked there since September 2020 and was in good standing.

It is still unknown how the man entered the territory of the preschool institution. The media suggests that he could simply climb over the fence . After that, Vorobiev found the front door and rang the bell.

One of the teachers told investigators that she opened the door to the visitor herself. The man said that he wanted to give his wife the keys to the apartment . Tatyana was washing the dishes at the time, and her colleague was about to call her, but the unexpected guest pushed away the employee who met him and resolutely walked inside. Tatiana was in charge of seven children from the younger group. In front of their eyes, Vladislav grabbed the teacher by the hair and began to drag her.

The kindergarten staff realized that something was wrong, but they could not help their colleague - first of all they had to take care of the students. They began to hide the children in the locker room and toilet , hearing Vladislav and Tatyana loudly sorting things out, and then took them out of the building through the emergency exit. “He called her a woman of easy virtue and shouted that she would answer for this,” the teachers recall.

Suddenly Tatyana started screaming. As it turned out, at that moment Vorobiev pulled out a knife and stabbed his victim more than 10 times in the neck . She had no chance of surviving such wounds, accompanied by extensive blood loss. “When the couple began to quarrel, other teachers and guards took 15 children to another group. The children did not see the moment of the murder,” writes Komsomolskaya Pravda, citing its source.

Of course, there was security in the kindergarten - Arsenal LLC . But its representatives, who were on duty in the building and themselves escorted Vladislav to the victim, did not intervene, but only pressed the “panic button” to call law enforcement agencies. When they arrived at the scene, Tatyana was already dead, and her jealous, drunken husband did not have time to get far. Vladislav was detained and taken to the police station.

The Vorobievs have been married for about 30 years and have two children . According to reviews from Tatyana’s colleagues, she was a friendly and sympathetic woman, took a responsible approach to her work, and loved children. Her friends told reporters that in early September the woman was supposed to be divorced from her husband. He himself, who did not work anywhere and drank immoderately, categorically did not want to get a divorce.

According to Tatyana’s friend, in June 2020 she saw Vladislav’s wife with bruises. After some arguing, she admitted that her husband was beating her . She also said that Vorobiev, when drunk, insults both herself and the children.

“Investigators and criminologists from the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region examined the scene of the incident, seized a knife, interrogated witnesses, and ordered a forensic medical examination . In addition, a set of other investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed,” the press service of the investigative agency reported.

a criminal case of murder has been opened in connection with the incident , and the investigation intends to petition the court so that a preventive measure in the form of taking into custody is chosen for Vorobyov.

The Investigative Committee emphasized that in addition to investigating the murder, they also intend to provide a legal assessment of the actions (or inaction) of officials responsible for ensuring security on the territory of the preschool institution. This question is by no means an idle one, because it is not the first time in Russia that kindergarten security turns out to be completely helpless when the time comes for her to carry out her immediate duties.

Less than a year ago, on October 31, 2020, 36-year-old Denis Pozdeev entered the Skazka kindergarten in Naryan-Mar (Nenets Autonomous Okrug). The security guard, sitting at his post, remotely - by pressing a button - opened the door for the man, mistaking him for the father of one of the students . The building was empty: it was quiet time. Pozdeev went up to the bedroom on the second floor and plunged a knife into the neck of the sleeping six-year-old boy.

It subsequently turned out that since 2020 the man had been under treatment from a narcologist, and at the time of the crime he was hallucinating. Pozdeev said that he wandered into the kindergarten by accident and mistook the boy for a monster. Then he admitted that he had followed the instructions of a certain voice that told him to kill the child . And after that he told the police that he had read in a book a recipe for finding an “eternal and rich life” for himself and his loved ones. To receive this reward, one had to, according to the man, take the life of a child.

In general, everything was clear with Pozdeev. The man had been using drugs for many years, suffered from hallucinations, was on the register, and had long since lost his last hint of adequacy. But the public could not understand how the kindergarten security guard unquestioningly allowed such a visitor to see the children. The teachers tried to stop Pozdeev, but not the employee who was hired for this purpose . The private security company guarding Skazka lost its license, but then tried to challenge this punishment. The security officer who committed the crime also went to trial, and a wave of inspections traditionally swept across the country - but, as the Voskresensk story showed, the cart is still there.

conflict with a teacher in a child care center and a complaint

in continuation of my topics: kindergarten teacher and adaptation, work and adaptation. We went for 2 days, Thu and Fri, and got sick on Saturday. On Monday we arrived, all the children were crying terribly, and mine began to cry to the general tune, but before there were no problems with this at all, yesterday there was a nurse there, because... the teacher had to leave and she asked to replace herself, the nurse allowed me to go into the group and calm the child down, and then quietly leave so that there would be no stress for him.

I did so, the child remained calm, began to play... Yesterday I came not at 10, but at 12.30, and the child sat calmly and ate lunch...

Today our teacher already came, greeted me, mine already found out that I was leaving him and began to cry in advance.. The teacher said hello, took the child by the hand and told me in a hurry, “Today you must NOT be late before 10!” I HAVE A LOT OF CHILDREN!” And she closed the door right in front of my face, which plunged the child into even greater hysterics... I was leaving and I heard her telling him “don’t cry, don’t cry.. STOP CRYING!! (in a raised voice). And he bursts into tears even more and yells “mamaaa, mamaaa”...

I wrote her a message in Viber not to let the child into the wet sandbox”... and was simply ignored by her... I went for the child at 10, not at 10, but at 10 I left the house, and already at 10.15 I received from her Viber message “YOU ARE UNTIL 10!!” (word by word)…

I come, she doesn’t even turn to look at me, and the child again says “Mom, go away, bye-bye”

and then she started artificially politely talking about something, I told her “I’ve been doing this since Thursday, maybe I’ll leave it for the whole day.”

she immediately changed her face and said “NO! YOU WALK FOR 2 HOURS FOR A WEEK, THEN 4 HOURS...” I interrupted her and said that I don’t have such an opportunity, I need interviews and a job...

To which she told me, “WHAT DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW ALL THE CHILDREN, I HAVE SO MUCH TO GO NOW!” (15 children somewhere)

I say that there is no other way for me.

she “NO I SAID YOU WON’T! LEAVING YOUR CHILD WITH RELATIVES MEANS SITTING! I SHOULD BREAK HIS MIND HE IS CRYING (and I just said that there are a lot of children, but now it turns out that she is worried about his psyche).

I say that “I’m trying to come to an agreement with you on good terms, and not go complain to the manager.”

to which she says “HERE GO AND WRITE A STATEMENT FOR ME, MEANS TO THE DIRECTOR...”

I said “ok, whatever you say”...

Then I asked her why she ignored me and let the child sit on the wet sand, she says that he hardly sat there... But I see that his shorts are wet. I couldn’t stand it, I freaked out at her, I said, “Why do you even open this sandbox after the rain... she asked normally.”

We’ll go to the manager now, what should I tell her, how to write a statement correctly? and is it possible to apply to another group?

I didn’t want to quarrel with her, but she just goes into conflict herself...
