Despite the fact that women in Arab countries hide their faces and bodies from prying eyes, real legends are made about their fabulous beauty. These discreet and mysterious women with luxurious dark hair, velvety skin and bottomless eyes carefully keep their beauty secrets, passing them on from generation to generation.
How do these modest women manage to look so luxurious? What secret knowledge do they have? Despite all the mystery, we still learned some recipes for the beauty of Arab women.
Hair dyes
Arab women do not recognize modern dyes: just like a hundred years ago, oriental beauties prefer natural henna. Fortunately, lavsonia leaves (it is from them that henna is prepared) grow in abundance in eastern countries. And if you add basma (another natural dye) to henna, your hair color will become deep black. By the way, colorless henna is perfect as a strengthening hair mask.
Black eyes
Eyes are the only “weapon” available to an Arab woman, because the beauty hides all other parts of her body under national clothing - an abaya. The girls draw the famous eastern arrows using antimony. In addition to its decorative properties, antimony perfectly strengthens eyebrows and eyelashes and makes hair color brighter. Today, antimony is produced by many cosmetic brands, both in the form of eyeliner and in natural powder.
The secret of Arab beauties is their bright black eyes.
For representatives of the beautiful population of the East, eyes are like a mirror of a woman’s soul and beauty, since they are forced to hide everything else from the eyes of others due to their religion. With the help of black, pronounced eyes, an oriental woman can charm any man.
To make their eyes expressive, oriental princesses use antimony - this is a natural product that allows you to color the hair of your eyebrows and eyelashes, while strengthening them thanks to its components. At the moment, many cosmetic brands produce antimony, making eyeliner from this product, but you can buy it as a powder.
Eyebrows and eyelashes
In the East, thick, almost fused eyebrows and endlessly long fluffy eyelashes are considered the standard of beauty. Therefore, since childhood, all Arab girls actively use natural usma oil to stimulate the growth of eyelashes and eyebrows, which can awaken even “sleeping” bulbs. We tested the product on ourselves: after a month of use, eyelashes become longer and eyebrows become thicker.
Thick eyebrows and long eyelashes are one of the main secrets of Arab beauties
For Eastern men, the owner of chic thick eyebrows and pronounced eyelashes is considered an example of female beauty. From an early age, Arab beauties do everything possible to make their eyebrows thick and attractive.
They have a special secret for stimulating the growth of both eyebrows and eyelashes - this is usma oil. It is very effective and has the power to awaken a bulb that was not functioning previously. Research and experiments have been conducted on the effectiveness of this remedy. A month later, a colossal result was noticed. After 30 days, eyebrows become significantly thicker, and eyelashes become fluffy and long. It's definitely worth using this product.
Facial care
To cleanse the skin of the face, oriental beauties use a natural tonic - rose water. It can easily replace micellar water. The product has a calming effect, relieves inflammation and redness of the skin.
While European girls strive for a golden tan at any time of the year, oriental beauties, on the contrary, try to whiten their skin. For this they use a natural bleach - citric acid. If you want fresh and glowing skin, wipe your face with lemon juice. And one more beauty trick from oriental beauties: the soft side of a lemon peel can be an excellent scrub.
As you probably already guessed, Arab girls also prefer natural face masks. The most popular ingredient in “homemade masks” is turmeric. Making such a mask yourself is easy and simple: mix 2 tbsp. flour, a pinch of turmeric, 2 tbsp. rose water and the same amount of milk. Apply the resulting paste to your face, hold for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Secrets of Eastern women
Eastern beauties have long been considered gentle, passionate and beautiful women, whose eyes captivate, whose body enchants, and whose lips thirst for kisses. For a long time, the richest of them bathed in donkey milk and endlessly rubbed themselves with essential oils, honey, juicy fruits and fragrant flowers. From generation to generation, beauties of the East passed down recipes on how to maintain a charming appearance.
We are amazed by the health of Eastern women with their ideal forms, peach complexion, and silky hair. To adopt the Eastern culture of grooming, it is important to remember: Eastern women have always used only natural ingredients for grooming.
Drinking coffee in the East is a wonderful, integral tradition. Since ancient times, roasted coffee beans have enchanted people with the beauty of their color and subtle aroma, the charm of which even those who do not drink the drink cannot deny.
Coffee has given people energy and strength for thousands of years. The followers of the Prophet Mohammed called it “the wine of Islam” and achieved bliss without touching the forbidden fruits of fermented wine berries. The first beauties of great civilizations used baths of hot coffee beans, various ointments prepared from coffee cherries and their seeds, and believed that all this would bring them eternal youth and beauty.

Then add essential oils that have an anti-cellulite effect: grapefruit, orange, eucalyptus, cypress, rosemary, juniper, bergamot, cinnamon. They knew that it kept the skin smooth and soft, although they had no idea that the active ingredients in turmeric had the “antioxidant” properties that experts talk about today, which protect the skin from negative environmental influences.
Turmeric (the root of a plant from the ginger family, rich in essential oils) in crushed form can be added to cosmetic masks - turmeric root has an antibacterial and cleansing effect. Mix turmeric with honey, 1:1, in the ratio of a teaspoon.

Please note that the healing substances in dry fruits are contained in higher concentrations, so they should be consumed in moderation. Dry figs primarily strengthen hair. But to achieve the desired effect, a fig mask must be done daily for a month. Grind 2-3 dry figs with a knife or in a meat grinder. Add 1 yolk, 1 tsp. liquid honey, 1 tsp. any vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. salt (dissolve salt in raisin broth). Mix everything thoroughly. If the mixture turns out to be very thick, add a little broth and stir. Before washing your hair, follow the same procedure as in the first recipe. Hair coloring with henna

If you want to achieve a deep brown shade on dark hair, add a tablespoon of instant coffee to your henna. And if you are attracted to purple tones, dilute henna not in water, but in beetroot juice.
The dye should be applied to dry, clean hair. Be careful not to get henna on your skin. If this happens, remove it immediately using damp cotton wool soaked in vegetable oil.
Leave the dye on your hair for about 1 hour, then rinse with warm water. The hair should be rinsed until the water flowing from it becomes absolutely clear.
Using henna alone will dye your hair a reddish-red color. In order to get a pleasant bronze shade, you need to add 1 part basma to 2 parts of henna. A mixture of equal amounts of henna and basma will dye your hair black.

The favorite ingredients of oriental beauties are musk, sandalwood, vanilla, jasmine and rose. All Arabic perfumes are created exclusively on an oil basis without the use of alcohol, so the scents are persistent and “long-lasting”.
