Cook over medium heat until the chicken is done. Then strain the broth through a fine sieve. Return the broth to the pan and add the rice, fish sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 17-20 minutes until the rice is soft. Pour the soup into bowls and place the chicken and seaweed on top, sprinkling everything with cilantro and onions.

Ingredients:
- 400 g seaweed
- 300 g mussels
- 1-2 pcs. carrots
- 1/2 pcs. chilli
- 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce

- 1 tooth garlic
- pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- green onions
Cooking method:
Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater, squeeze out the juice from half a lemon, add crushed garlic, 1-2 liters. butter, sugar. Leave the carrots to marinate for 15 minutes.
