In the village of Shigony, the first mention of which dates back to 1678, you should visit the Archangel Michael Church built in 1829. From the previous building, only the entrance aisle remains, so appreciate how grandiose this structure was originally. The rector of the church, Father Nikolai, names several more addresses. Churches were restored in the villages of Stary Tukshum (built in 1835), Epifanovka (1914), Podyachevka (1898), Malyachkino (1913), Kyakhta (1909). So a lot of antiquity has been preserved here. Local landowners built churches “to the skies”, to match the Volga-Usinsk expanses. There are several consecrated springs in the region - in Shigony, in the villages of Kuzkino, Surinsk, Podyachevka, Novodevichye.
From the regional center, be sure to go to Muransky Bor. This is a huge protected forest stretching along the Usinsk Bay. During Soviet times, many tourist bases were built there, and today almost all of them continue to function. They have been seriously updated, you will no longer see the old boardwalk structures. Now there are outdoor swimming pools under the shade of pines and ancient oaks, log baths, guest hunting houses, and other innovations. Each of the many bases is good in its own way. On the Medica there is a huge oak tree about three hundred years old. On it, of course, hangs a “golden” chain and a scientist cat reclines on one of the branches. “Usadba” offers citizens an eco-friendly holiday: a huge area under the canopy of pine trees, its own lake for fishing, a beach on the Usinsky Bay, peace and tranquility.
There is an asphalt road along the Muransky Bor, so you can rack up kilometers there both on foot and on bicycles.
The next symbol of the Shigon land is Mount Svetelka near the famous Volzhsky Utes sanatorium. Many consider this peak a place of power, where you can touch some truth and even, if you’re lucky, discover unidentified flying objects. To each his own. But you will definitely see an impressive panorama of the Zhiguli Sea from the top.
From Svetelka go down to the village of Usolye - the estate of the Orlov-Davydov counts. Several buildings of the estate complex and the count's park overlooking the Volga have been preserved. And the rarities are collected in the local history museum of the Usolsky region. The museum is so interesting and rich in rare exhibits that you won’t notice how you spend an hour or two there. By the way, in one of the rooms you can study the Orlov-Davydov family tree. And admire the surviving count's furniture, dishes, and other rarities. The count's heritage is exhibited partly here, partly in the local history museum of the city of Syzran.
What else should you see on Shigon land? Chalk mountain terraces near the village of Podvalie. White Stone Cliff. Old oak groves on the shore of the Usinsk Bay. Guryev ravine with a waterfall. The ancient village of Novodevichye. There are many routes. The Shigonians invite you: come!

I am sitting on the bank of the river and I hear the cuckoo cuckooing in the depths of the forest behind me. I don’t strain to count how long I have left to live, because I know the answer – a long time! I want to live long, remaining young, or rather becoming even younger every day, month, year. And so it is - now I feel much more relaxed, healthier and younger than in all previous years. I am now starving without water in nature. It's so wonderful! It’s so natural to live in nature, breathe the smell of pine trees and sweet herbs! It's so nice to walk barefoot on the ground! When I do this, I feel more and more that from a “daughter of asphalt” I become a “daughter of the earth”, I become natural! Naturalness is a return to oneself .
It is important for every woman to become natural. Every woman, regardless of age, dreams of being happy, loved, healthy, beautiful. And he often tries to achieve this using artificial methods. I offer natural ways to achieve all this: hardening, cleansing yourself at all levels, communicating with nature.
1.HARDENING. This is a ritual that I propose to carry out the way it “came” to me: in the morning, after a short warm-up, we fill a bucket of cold water (at first one, later you can do 2, 3) and go outside. We stand on the ground facing the sun and greet it. How? We reach out to him with our whole body and hands with the words: “I greet you, Sun!” (if it’s a cloudy day, we turn our face to the East - where the sun should be), “I greet you, Heaven!” (we look up, stretching out our hands to the sky), “I greet you, the world around me!” – we spread our arms to the sides and make 2–3 turns left and right, without leaving our place. “I salute you, my beautiful, young Face and Body!” (smooth your face and body with your palms). Then we “charge the water” by speaking our intentions over it. For example: “This water rejuvenates and heals me on a cellular level!” We take the bucket in two hands - holding the bucket under the bottom with one, and pour it on top of ourselves - on the head and body slowly, not in one gulp, so that the back and legs are drenched. If you do not have the opportunity to go outside, shower yourself in the bathroom or on the balcony. When you wet yourself, don’t forget to wipe yourself off - “recharge” the chakras from top to bottom, massaging in a circular clockwise direction 7 times each point - the crown of the head, between the eyebrows, the throat (you can smooth it with your palms instead of massage), the middle of the chest, the solar plexus, the middle of the abdomen under the navel , crotch. You can start at any time of the year and practice regularly, regardless of the weather and air temperature. Breaks can only be taken for periods.
2. MEDITATION WITH TREES. A walk in a park or forest is important as an energetic cleansing. For this purpose, it is better to find a place away from people, cafes and any manifestation of society. The wilder the natural places and the farther from the city, the better. In the forest you can find YOUR OWN tree for cleansing and energy recharging. How to communicate with a tree? You need to find a tree that attracts you with its power, go up to it, say hello and press your forehead, heart and stomach to its trunk, hugging it tightly (if this is possible with this tree). Close your eyes and feel the life inside the tree, its vibrations. You can tell the tree everything that has accumulated in your soul about yourself, cry or ask for strength to solve some important life problem. Or you can ask the tree a question and listen to the answers. At the end of the conversation, you can ask for something as a keepsake from the tree and be sure to thank them for the communication and generosity.
Female trees are birch, rowan, willow, spruce, pine, alder, smereka. Birch - it is given a smooth white trunk, long braids, branches, even earrings. A very common, approachable tree, very feminine. Gives feminine strength if you ask her. Birch is open - it’s easy to approach and hug it, unlike, for example, spruce or smereka, which are protected by needles. In the spring, the birch tree generously “gifts” everyone with its “mother’s milk” - birch sap. In gratitude for communication or juice, you can give her bright ribbons, tying them to her braids. Do not tear off the bark from it and never make a hole for the juice yourself; treat it as a living female girl.
The path to YOURSELF, to naturalness, lies through giving up makeup. It's natural not to wear makeup. Painted women evoke sympathy - paint does not in any way decorate a woman's face, which becomes NOT YOURS, A MASK. This is the result of not accepting your appearance. Let's figure it out together - where does it all begin? Remember at what age did you start wearing makeup, plucking your eyebrows, using creams and for what purpose? Why did you decide that “IT IS NOW TIME”? Usually it all starts in adolescence, when you want to speed up your growing up and attract attention, add a few years to your shape... After all, cosmetics are considered a mandatory attribute of a real modern urban attractive girl.
A girl - a young creature - NATURALLY - does not need cosmetics. She has velvety beautiful skin, she is attractive with her naturalness. So why strive to grow up faster? “Growing up” with the help of cosmetics means premature aging. Let's go back to our young selves, start from scratch, reconsider our thoughts about ourselves, our ideas. Instead of: “I don’t care anymore”, “Old age is no joy”, “Dying, so with music”, “What a face!” (real common remarks about yourself) you can say: “I am becoming younger and more beautiful every day” or “I am getting younger every day!”, “I create my own image and my body!” And gradually remove cosmetics from your daily routine. A mountain of jars of creams does not make your skin healthy. No matter how expensive your cream or lipstick is, it is a chemical mixture that you rub into yourself. Simple test: if you can eat what you use on your face and body, then it is a natural remedy. Everything that is applied to the skin quickly gets inside as if you were eating it. The body has to make considerable efforts to neutralize the toxicity of cosmetics. The result is the opposite of the desired one - instead of rejuvenation, women age their skin, and this process begins the earlier the earlier it begins to dye. Moving along the path of cleansing yourself, it is natural to give up cosmetics. You can tune in to the fact that by becoming healthy from the inside, we become younger on the outside, and the skin changes from “problematic” to youthful and healthy.

1) Antics. Introduce it into your daily practice. Use as many muscles as possible in your face and eyes without using your hands. It is useful, for example, to puff out and suck in your cheeks, squint your eyes and open your eyes wide. “Making faces” is a super practice for health and youth.
2) Refusal of any synthetic cosmetics. Use almond oil for your face, and olive oil in summer.
3) Wash your face only with cold water, the coldest available in the tap.
4) Refuse cosmetologists and facial cleansing, cleanse your body from the inside, since the condition of your skin is the result of the condition of your liver and intestines.

It's simple - stop looking in the mirror, shop windows, glass - for a while. The best place for this is nature. In the forest, in the mountains, there is no glass there. And leave your mirror at home - along with your cosmetic bag. What does the mirror have to do with it? - you ask. Yes - what does it have to do with it? Pay attention - with what thoughts and feelings do you look in the mirror? Do you admire yourself or celebrate your shortcomings? “Am I that good-looking?”, “Am I that attractive?” - a common question when looking in the mirror. “Am I wearing enough makeup?” “Are there any flaws?” - in particular. This can be read on the faces of women looking in the mirror. Very rarely does a woman smile and look at her reflection with pride. So it turns out that, on the one hand, we are not free from the mirror, we always evaluate ourselves not in our favor, and, therefore, we increase our self-criticism and uncertainty.
How can you not wear makeup? - you ask. After all, I am pale, tortured. BUT WHY? From hard work? From the computer and a sedentary lifestyle in a stuffy room? Remember that YOU ARE FREE! Free to choose what to do and how to work, how much time to spend at the computer. You are free to travel to nature regularly... You just have to WANT! Moreover, going not to barbecues and drinking (this is disrespect for oneself, an unhealthy vacation), but to NATURE in order to feel it and yourself. In the city, in society, this is very difficult.
When we come to nature, to the forest, the first thing we do is remove it from the garbage that has accumulated from wild people who escaped from the city. Bring trash bags and gloves with you for this purpose. This is true gratitude to the forest for fresh air and silence.
Do not play music that you brought with you from society. Listen to the sounds of nature - the singing of birds, the crunching of branches, the sound of the wind in the pines, the splashing of water... Return to your real, natural self, enjoy the silence and the smells of the forest. Turn off your mobile phone. Stay in contact with nature, open to its cleansing, rejuvenating power.
Nature can teach you to be yourself - to be simpler, more natural, not to make faces. To survive in nature, you need true, internal strength, and not external, artificial. Makeup is not appropriate here.

Hair . Every woman wants to have beautiful, strong, silky hair. But every second woman does not accept her hair as it is and begins to mock it in every possible way - again, DYE it. By dyeing your hair with chemical dye, you destroy it, it becomes lifeless, brittle, and unnatural. Natural colored hair is so beautiful! This is a very rare occurrence these days! Love YOURSELF, don't strive to become a cover model, that's NOT YOU! Be yourself. Write a list of your strengths, increase it, have that intention. I admire women who don’t wear makeup, with natural hair color - this is their dignity.
“What if I have gray hair?” - you ask. Gray hair, surprisingly, is also a reversible process. There are several reasons for the occurrence of gray hair: 1) psychological - stress, conflicts, worries, long working hours, 2) “genetic” - early graying of parents, 3) physical - the scalp is clogged with mucus. Based on the first reason, it is enough to start relaxing, resting, getting enough sleep and paying attention to health, switching to natural products, and your hair will return to its natural color. Sources of mucus include dairy products, potatoes, bread, pasta, chocolate, and white rice.
It is also very unnatural to do a perm - it makes the hair lifeless and faded. I don't pluck or dye my eyebrows, I don't dye my hair, I don't use creams. I eat simple, natural food and regularly fast without water.
I AM NATURAL LIKE NATURE ITSELF! - a good affirmation for women.
When applying makeup to your face, putting on uncomfortable but beautiful high-heeled shoes, ask yourself: “Am I comfortable like this? Am I relaxed? What am I afraid of when I do this?” - and give preference to clothes and shoes in which you will feel confident and relaxed, and be yourself.
I don't get into arguments or start discussions. It takes away power. Don't waste yourself arguing. This is a trap you shouldn't fall into. Just try to agree when you want to argue or say that you have a different opinion, but don’t argue. And track how the situation changes. Disputes are pointless, this is a clash of two importances. If you become natural and start leading a healthy lifestyle, it will gain more respect than if you verbally cleverly defend and prove something.
I do not smoke. Smoking is self-destruction, aging and a quick path to death. If you choose this path, smoke. Smoking is a weakness. Those who are strong in spirit and body will not smoke. Smoking is disrespect and dislike for yourself. If you don't smoke, add it to your list of advantages.
I am not lying. Lies are born out of fear, lack of confidence in oneself, in one’s strengths, in one’s intentions. There is no respect for a lying person or woman. This is the result of laziness and constant compromises with oneself, the result of fear. Be yourself, tell the truth, even when it is not in your favor. And then you will begin to respect yourself more. And this can also become another advantage of yours.

Simple natural vegetarian (or even better, raw food) food and regular cleansing and fasting (at least 24 hours a week) gives you youth, prolongs life, saves you money on creams and cosmetologists, you gain inner core.
My husband and I eat without salt, meat, sugar, dairy, eggs, flour, sweets, potatoes, we eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables, herbs, honey, and sometimes nuts and seeds. We regularly practice dry fasting (without water or food). Fasting cleanses physically, mentally and energetically and is a powerful rejuvenating practice. Be naked more often - this helps you start to accept your body more and only from this it can change for the better! Do this at home when you are alone, go to the bathhouse at least once a month, look for the opportunity to swim naked on deserted or nudist beaches. The body is your child. What feelings you have for him is what he answers. Rejection, hatred, irritation, hopelessness, ignorance - it immediately begins to hurt. If you pay attention to your body, take care of it, it blossoms.
How? Fast, do yoga, cleanse yourself (bath, physical cleansing), swim, eat only that much and in such places for which you will respect yourself. It is best to eat natural food, concentrating on the process and enjoying the taste.
Wear natural clothes - made of cotton, linen, wool, viscose, silk. It is natural and pleasant for the body. Wear just enough clothes to stay warm, but don’t sweat your body with synthetics, and don’t overheat with too much warm clothing (sweaters, thick socks). Temper yourself - walk more barefoot - on grass, sand. At home, give up slippers and go barefoot all year round. A good start for changing habits could be a seminar on strengthening the first chakra and getting rid of fears at the RAINBOW OF LIFE School - “Personal History”. After this seminar, one of the effects is giving up super-warm clothes, hardening, and strengthening the immune system.
Give up “quilted jackets” - in the form of heavy sheepskin coats and fur coats - this is an unjustified burden on the spine - find yourself warm but light clothing - padding poly, down, for example - adequate to the warmth and weight necessary for the body, without overheating you and your body. Be lighter and simpler even in winter.
For many (if not all) women, the main part of the body is the face and head - what is visible in the mirror and is always not hidden by clothing. And such women identify themselves with the face. The face receives the most attention, as well as the hair and head. But we are not only a face, we have a BODY, which is often embarrassing to show. Folds on the hips and stomach, cellulite, stretch marks - it’s better not to see it, cover it with clothes, hide it from yourself and others. And continue to see only the face. “How to clean your pores and your face?” - some girls ask me. It is useless to clean your face - you need to cleanse your body - your intestines, your liver, and fast. Facial skin is a reflection of the condition of internal organs and the liver.
There is no point in constantly taking care of your face. You need to take care of your body, keep it clean. The face is the fruit on the tree called the body. Strong roots mean beautiful fruits. To get beautiful, juicy fruits, you need to fertilize and water the tree itself.
