Exactly 24 hours have passed since the special operation in the house of ex-football player Alexander Kerzhakov. Yesterday evening, Milan's wife burst into his country house and took away their common son, Artemy. The boy was terribly scared, because for the last six months he had lived with his dad. And my mother was either in treatment for drug addiction in Thailand or simply did not come. And if it weren’t for the court’s decision that the child should live with Milana during the proceedings, it’s not a fact that they would have seen each other so quickly.
Milana was helped to pick up the boy by her grandmother, bailiffs, representatives of the guardianship authorities and the education committee, there were even people in masks - like a rapid response group.
Kerzhakov’s lawyer Irina Kulikova told KP-Petersburg . “Alexander knew that Milana would come, so he prepared his son’s warm clothes and went down with the child to the entrance. We allowed all these people into the house, although none of them introduced themselves or showed any identification. Kerzhakov did everything not to escalate the situation, so that the child would not have stress and a negative attitude towards his mother.
Artemy will have to get used to his mother again.
But representatives of the mother of one and a half year old Artemy still behaved more than defiantly. According to Kulikova, one of the representatives of the guardianship authorities started shouting at Alexander that he, as a father, was obliged to dress the child himself and hand it over to the mother. They in every possible way provoked the athlete into a scandal so that he would begin to commit illegal actions, with the goal of bringing him to justice in the future.
“The senior bailiff of the Vsevolozhsk ROSP was present when the child was handed over and told Milana: “grab the child and run away,” says the lawyer. “Because he understood that the mother does not have a parental connection with the baby and if she starts dressing him, he will cry, and we will be forced to stop all actions.
Tyulpanova obeyed and ran into the cold with her son, who was wearing only shorts and a T-shirt. They got into the car and quickly drove away. According to witnesses, the child was crying in the car.
“Now Alexander is communicating with Milana, naturally he is worried about his son,” explains Kulikova. - He was after an illness, he had an acute respiratory viral infection, she dragged him out into the street naked, she didn’t put any fur coat on him, as she says. Of course, this is a trauma for the baby.
The ex-football player called his wife first thing in the morning to find out about the boy’s condition. Milana said that he was sleeping and everything was fine, but she refused Alexander’s request to come to Tema together with his older brother Igor (son from Alexander’s previous marriage - author’s note).
“She has no right to do this,” Kerzhakov’s lawyer is indignant. — The father has every right to communicate with the child freely at any time. We will apply for guardianship. And we will claim rights to the order of communication with the child, but until there is a definition, unfortunately, we will not be able to influence this. It’s just her “I want”, “I don’t want”.
Meanwhile, Milana herself posts happy photos with the baby, writes how glad she is about what happened and thanks everyone for their help.

Today, the daughter of a St. Petersburg senator made a sensational statement: for a month now her husband has not allowed her to see her son, whom he kidnapped from her home. According to the girl, she is no longer able to hide the problem, which became a real blow for her.

Nevertheless, the girl is afraid that Alexander will take the child abroad, and then she will lose the opportunity to raise the child. For now, all she can do is follow her husband on social networks, where he posts photos with the baby. True, according to Milana, the athlete does this on purpose to show how happy he is.
“I never forbade him to see the child after breaking up, but I was afraid that he would take him to his home and not return him. I asked him to come and visit my son at my home until we signed agreements, but he didn’t like it. Now Sasha is hiding him, and I have no idea where my son is. This is very painful,” said Kerzhakova.
