In the anti-cellulite diet, there are no restrictions on the consumption of fermented milk products. But this does not mean that they should be abused.

Kefir, yogurt, acidophilus, fermented baked milk, yogurt, etc. are products obtained by fermenting milk. They contain not only all the beneficial nutrients of milk, but also some types of lactic acid bacteria that suppress putrefactive processes in the intestines. Kefir, yogurt and acidophilus contain the same amount of protein as fresh milk. These products are prepared from pasteurized milk, and fermented baked milk is made from sterilized milk.

Kefir. Useful properties of kefir

Prepared with pure cultured lactic acid bacteria, kefir differs in its effect on the body from whole milk: its sour taste depends on the presence of lactic and carbonic acids and traces of alcohol. During the fermentation process, milk protein is partially processed, as a result of which it is better and easier to digest than whole milk protein, and therefore does not burden the stomach, which is very important for the nutrition of artificially fed children.

In addition to the above-mentioned beneficial substances, beer should supposedly contain phytoestrogens - compounds that are extremely necessary for the female body and prolong youth. But estrogens are different from estrogens. The most beneficial substances for women are those produced by their own bodies. If you consume phytoestrogens in any form at an age when your own are actively being produced, this will lead to a decrease in the natural production of these hormones. It’s another matter when the body begins to age and produces little of its own hormones. It is in this case that you can afford a little beer, as well as creams containing estrogens. The harm of beer for women is very great, as it leads to premature aging and the extinction of one’s own secretory functions.

This negative effect is especially strong with regular consumption of a certain amount of beer. This will cause a constant influx of external phytoestrogens, and your own hormonal apparatus will slowly atrophy. There is no need to think that only the balance of estrogen in the body will be disrupted. This imbalance will lead to a chain of failures that will affect the entire body. Due to the constant consumption of beer, women often develop endometriosis, cysts appear in the ovaries, as well as their dysfunction. Curdled milk. Useful properties of curdled milk

Curdled milk of all types has a sour taste and a laxative effect on the intestines. Curdled milk is prescribed for constipation, colitis and gastritis with low acidity of gastric juice, for diseases of the liver and biliary tract.

Curdled milk made from skim milk is useful for obesity, atherosclerosis, and hypertension. Patients with heart disease and myocardial infarction tolerate fermented milk products better than whole milk, which often causes bloating.

When making curdled milk at home, it is not recommended to use self-kvass, since the milk turns sour due to microflora coming from the environment. It is best to prepare yogurt by fermenting it with two tablespoons of sour cream, kefir or industrially produced yogurt. The milk is allowed to stand in a warm place for several hours, then put in the refrigerator.

Acidophilus paste

It has a therapeutic effect due to the high content of acidophilus bacillus. It is used for internal use and for external use (in the form of bandages) - in the treatment of purulent wounds and burns. A layer of paste 1.5-2 cm thick is applied to a sterile napkin, a bandage is placed on the wound and changed no earlier than after 1.5-2 days. Thanks to the presence of lactic acid and antibiotic substances in the paste that kill purulent microbes, wounds heal after changing 3-5 dressings. For internal use, the paste is prescribed for fermentative and putrefactive colitis for 1-3 days without any other food.

Cottage cheese. Cottage cheese against the development of cellulite

In the anti-cellulite diet, it is consumed twice a week, 100 g each. This is a highly concentrated food product, characterized by a high content of protein, milk fat, calcium and phosphorus salts, lipotropic substances that reduce the accumulation of fat in the liver and have an anti-sclerotic effect. Low-fat cottage cheese contains about 17% protein, which is more than some types of meat. Due to its high protein concentration, cottage cheese is not an easy product to digest. Its absorption requires a lot of work from all organs of the gastrointestinal tract.

Raw cottage cheese is not equivalent to cottage cheese in cheesecakes and casseroles. In the diet, cottage cheese goes well with honey, fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

Foods that cause cellulite

The causes of “orange peel” are quite varied - heredity, hormonal disorders, and a sedentary lifestyle. However, the main factor that can contribute to the development of a cosmetic defect is poor nutrition.

The list of products that cause cellulite includes the following:

  • Sugar. An increase in blood sugar levels leads to loss of elasticity in blood vessels, poor circulation, and accumulation of excess fat.
  • Instant coffee. Not recommended for consumption, especially with the addition of cream and sugar. If you wish, you can treat yourself to natural coffee, no more than twice a day.
  • Salt. May cause disruption of lymph flow, which leads to swelling and accumulation of toxic substances in the body.
  • Alcohol. A substance that activates the synthesis of female hormones and, as a result, fat accumulation.
  • Semi-finished products. The abundance of preservatives, fats and other harmful substances negatively affects the condition of the subcutaneous tissue.
  • Chocolate. Milk and white chocolate are especially harmful to women's thighs. At the same time, a couple of cubes of dark dark chocolate twice a week will only bring benefits.
  • Sweet carbonated water, energy drinks. Cause acidification of the body, disruption of metabolic processes and digestion.
  • Sauces, marinades, ketchups, mayonnaise, as well as pickles, smoked foods and canned food are products that provoke cellulite due to the content of a huge amount of salt, which retains fluid and causes stagnation.

Many nutritionists believe that this is better than eating a piece of meat. Cheese also differs from cottage cheese, and not for the better - it contains a lot of table salt, which is absent in cottage cheese.

In our country, mainly rennet cheeses are produced - hard, soft, pickled, processed. Fermented milk products include, for example, green, curd and some others.

The group of large hard cheeses includes top-class cheeses - Swiss, Soviet, as well as Altai, Kuban, Carpathian, Ukrainian, distinguished by their unique and delicate aroma, sweetish, pleasant taste. Fats are distributed unevenly throughout our body; most of them settle in the so-called fat depots (hips, buttocks, back, stomach, arms). It is in these places that cellulite thrives (okay, that’s what we’ll call it out of habit).

It is not excess weight that is to blame for the appearance of cellulite, as is commonly believed. Otherwise, where would this defect come from in slender girls? The main culprit is the female sex hormones estrogens. They affect blood vessels, disrupting blood circulation in them, and therefore reducing the supply of oxygen to tissues. The cells of the subcutaneous fat, similar to a honeycomb, become clogged, and as a result, hard lumps of fat form in them. It is precisely the fact that the development of cellulite is associated with estrogen that explains why “orange peel” most often appears in women during periods of the most serious hormonal changes in the body: during puberty, pregnancy and after menopause.

Yogurt

It is best to eat low-fat yogurt without any added flavoring. You can sweeten it a little by adding fresh fruit, currants (these fruits contain fewer calories and more fiber than raisins) or even a teaspoon of jam (but only if it was prepared without adding sugar).
