Cooking method:
- Finely chop the beef tenderloin with a pair of hatchets or pass through a food processor or meat grinder. Knead the chopped meat thoroughly, sprinkle with spices and salt.

- Serve the steak raw, with onions, cucumbers and fresh bread.

- If the meat is not fat enough, you can add a piece of butter to it. To make it more convenient to grate, it is recommended to let it sit for 7-10 minutes. into the freezer.
