Second dinner: 1 cup of green or black tea or hot water.
If you are not so pressed for weight loss, the diet can be extended over one to three weeks. Reviews have shown that from one to five kilograms are lost every week. Throughout the day, throughout the diet, you can use water, tea without sugar (less often coffee), vegetable broths or freshly squeezed juice as additional drinks.
Models' breakfasts
- 1 hard-boiled egg, 50 gr. ham or cheese, 1 cup of yogurt with the lowest fat content possible.
- 2 slices of bran bread, grapefruit or orange.

- 100-150 gr. stewed cabbage, salad of boiled champignons and potatoes with herbs, olive oil and lemon juice, 2 medium kiwis.
- 100 gr. boiled or steamed beets with olive oil, 100 gr. boiled rice with soy sauce, 1 glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice.
- 1 hard-boiled egg, 150 gr. stewed liver, 1 glass of low-fat yogurt without additives or preservatives.
Model dinners
- 100 gr. lean meat (cooked in the oven, steamed or boiled), 50 gr. low-fat cheese, 1 glass of kefir with the lowest fat content possible.
- cauliflower (boiled or steamed) with soy sauce, boiled potatoes, steamed or in their jackets, 1 slice of bran bread.
- 100 gr. low-fat stewed fish, 1 glass of yogurt or kefir with the lowest fat content possible.
- green vegetable salad, beans stewed with parsley, 1 boiled potato, 1 slice of bran bread.
- salad of white cabbage, herbs and olive oil, 1 slice of bran bread, 2 medium kiwis.
How to make the weight loss process easier and the result more effective:
- if the feeling of hunger becomes unbearable, eat an artichoke (it has appetite suppressant properties);
- you can use ginger seasoning for cooking (it actively breaks down fats in the body);
- do not salt food in large quantities: salt prevents the removal of fluids from the body;
- add fresh parsley to your dishes (it also copes well with hunger);
- among fruits for the rapid process of burning fats, pineapples are considered the most effective (other useful ones are oranges and grapefruits, apples and plums, peaches and watermelons);
- a strict three-day diet should not be followed more than once a month;
- When leaving the diet, you need to increase the amount of food and its calorie content gradually.

But an interesting fact is that the most popular breakfast in the world is the familiar sandwich, which is more in line with the fast pace of our lives. True, there are countries where they make very unusual sandwiches, but this is a topic for a separate article.
