Big nose, small breasts and short legs. 9 most “useful” flaws in appearance

How to love your breasts. Captured by the ideal: how to love your body.

Stand in front of the mirror more often.
A mirror is a special psychological tool that allows us to see ourselves through the eyes of another person. Stand in front of the reflection and instead of traditionally starting to notice all the flaws, concentrate on those parts of the body that you really like about yourself. Assess your strengths, examine them carefully, admire them and learn to be proud and admire these advantages.

Compliments.

How to love your breasts. Captured by the ideal: how to love your body.
Every day, find a reason to give yourself at least three compliments. At the same time, remember everything pleasant, kind, exciting that you have heard addressed to you in recent years. You can even write down these phrases (on your phone or notepad, on stickers, with red lipstick on the mirror.) And when you feel that your self-esteem is falling, or you feel uncomfortable just thinking about your body, read them out loud. Great great positive attitude. !undress! A simple exercise is to walk around the house half naked more often. For example, in underwear, a swimsuit or shorts and a crop top for 7-10 days in a row. This way, you get used to your half-naked appearance and worry less about figure flaws. After such frank walks around the apartment, wearing a light dress on the street or a bikini on a crowded beach will be much easier.

Go get a massage. women, having a strong complex, do not allow a man to touch certain parts of the body in moments of intimacy, hide them or, completely, avoid new contacts. A pleasant training is a professional massage, when another person touches the body insinuatingly, with special attention. This could be another right step towards your self-esteem starting to change.

Remember, remember yourself in the past., looking at photographs taken several years ago, we catch ourselves thinking that we were not only younger, but also more beautiful and happier. Just a minute! just a minute! Now think about how complex they were about their own appearance at that very time. This will help you better understand your true self and accept your figure here and now.

Curb your imagination. notice the moment when negative thoughts about the body just begin to creep in and quickly cut them off in their infancy. The next next step is to try to change your own assessment. Are you unhappy that you have small breasts? But this circumstance at one time did not prevent you from having an affair with the desired man. Is the hump on your nose annoying? How many times has your spouse admired your facial features! Many negative feelings arise under the influence of stereotypes that are not confirmed in practice.

Learn to learn to trust. addressed to her may mean that a woman takes too seriously what others think about her. Among other things, she speaks of old grievances - perhaps she experienced humiliation in childhood or adolescence and is still afraid of finding herself in an indecent, uncomfortable situation. Listen to the opinions of those who care about you, who love you and will not hurt you. Convince yourself that you have nothing to prove to strangers.

Correct your posture. stand against a wall for 15 minutes a day with your back straight, or walk along the corridor holding a book on your head. It is believed that a feeling of self-doubt and fear constrains the shoulders and spine (literally “Shorts us”), and a person with beautiful posture a priori feels more attractive. Another trick to boost your self-esteem is to speak louder than usual from time to time.

Don't compare yourself to other women. with supermodels, not with girlfriends, not with colleagues, not with fellow travelers in transport. Don't compare yourself to anyone! you are you! No one has your unique body and no one will have it. Finally, recognize your uniqueness and learn to live in harmony with yourself.

“I learned to live in peace with my small breasts”

If some are not ready to put up with what nature and mom and dad have given them, then others learn to accept themselves as they are. Not everyone has it easy - like Holly Segal, one of the many women who don't have big breasts. Holly decided to share her thoughts with the readers of the publication where she works.

“In January of this year I stopped wearing bras. I haven't touched them for over six months now. I don't even remember buying my first bra. I think I was about 12 years old when I started wearing it - not because there was really a need for it, but to feel more confident. My friends were constantly making fun of me. When I was in the eighth grade, they chuckled and said that they could roll an apple across my chest like it was on a magic saucer. I didn't find it funny then, but now I can laugh - indeed, my breasts and my bread cutting board have a lot in common.

My friends confirmed that the difference was unnoticeable, and I thought - why did I wear this harness before? It felt like I had finally opened my eyes.

I would like all women with small breasts to be as happy as I am. Alas, large breasts today are a kind of status quo, and this state of affairs is dictated by society itself. Last year alone, more than 300 thousand American women underwent breast augmentation surgery. Three hundred thousand women dissatisfied with their bodies! And they do this not for themselves, but for others: all operations have a side effect - a decrease in the sexual pleasure that we get from caressing the breasts.

Last month, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a chilling warning: While you may "get" a lifetime warranty for loss of sensation in your breasts, the implants themselves cannot. At least every fifth woman is forced to turn to surgeons due to serious health problems caused by silicone prostheses. And large breasts in this case become not a gift of fate, but a curse.

Complications outweigh all the benefits of a full bust: rupture of implants, sclerosis of scar tissue, the appearance of wrinkles on the chest, and in some cases, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, a disease of the lymphatic tissue in which the lymph nodes become enlarged and internal organs are affected.

So why do women still go for such operations? Are they unaware of the complications or do they simply not care? I think it's the first one. “One in five” also refers to smoking—in the United States, 20 percent of Americans die each year from illnesses caused by smoking. The difference is that numerous campaigns warn against smoking, but none warn against getting implants: large breasts have not lost their sex appeal. At least for now".

The FDA report contains a number of other interesting facts. Thus, from 20 to 40 percent of women who received new breasts were forced to see a doctor some time after the operation - from eight months to ten years. For women who received implants for reconstruction purposes, such as after breast cancer, the rate ranged from 40 to 70 percent. The most common side effect after surgery is breast hardening.

In the 1990s, courts were inundated with lawsuits from thousands of women who claimed they developed conditions ranging from lupus to rheumatoid arthritis to scleroderma because silicone from a leaky implant leaked into their body tissue. Corporations that produced silicone prosthetics suffered multibillion-dollar losses, but the accusations were never proven. Despite this, in 1992 the sale of implants was sharply reduced.

Silicone returned to the American market only in 2006. “Despite the common occurrence of local complications, the benefits and risks of breast implants have been sufficiently well studied to allow reasonable conclusions to be drawn about their use,” the FDA concluded at the time.

According to the agency, there is no obvious link between implants and reproductive problems, connective tissue diseases and breast cancer. However, in January this year the agency warned that some women with silicone or saline-filled implants may develop a rare type of cancer, although the risk is relatively small.

Small breasts

Winners : Keira Knightley, Milla Jovovich

Advantages . Those who envy the owners of a magnificent bust hardly suspect what pain (in the literal sense of the word) this beauty can turn into. According to doctors from Turkey, large breasts can become an excessive burden on the female spine, and this will gradually lead to chronic pain, hernias, compression fractures, etc. Incorrectly chosen bras make the situation worse: they distribute weight backwards and put even more strain on a woman’s back.

And one more thing: scientists from the University of Vienna found that small breasts are more sensitive than busts of size 4 and above. Apparently, the nerve endings located directly under the skin of the breasts are too tense in women who are overly large; and because of this, tactile sensations are 24% weaker.

How to love your appearance and not compare yourself to others. How to love your appearance?
It seems like such a question, but how difficult it is to find the answer... ... My friend Masha recently admitted that she could not love either herself or her body; friend Ira said that until recently she leafed through articles on this topic, but now, on the contrary, she eagerly reads everything about how to accept and love your appearance; colleague Olga is sure that she is not capable of loving herself at all: she says that neither her figure, nor her nose, nor the width of her shoulders suits her... Moreover, all three girls are beautiful, successful at work, earn enough money, are married and have children. I once came across an opinion that the problem of self-dislike is relevant only for lonely, ugly, seriously ill people... But no: quite successful women suffer from dislike for themselves and their appearance (there is no other way to say it, it’s like a disease), both young and mature, different professions and with different levels of income, happily married and single... Let's remember today some tips from psychologists that will help you love your appearance: • Stop constantly comparing yourself to someone else. This problem is going away. roots back to childhood, when parents, not knowing that their own words were depriving you of confidence, set an example of Petya, who, although a boy, was so neat; Katya, who is so diligent, or Sveta, who helps her mother better than you. As an adult, you, too, rather out of habit, constantly compare yourself with someone (and not only abilities, but also appearance, work, salary level, etc.) - and prevent yourself, firstly, from revealing your unique personality, secondly, be confident.

• Take photos more often. This advice may seem strange - what do photographs have to do with self-love, especially since I always look disgusting in photos? Psychologists advise, on the contrary, to photograph yourself more often - to look for new poses that will highlight your figure in a favorable light, new makeup options, and try to take pictures in different outfits. It’s great if you order a professional photo session - and finally look at yourself from the outside: for sure, your figure, facial features, body structure will look much more attractive from the outside than you used to think. • Remember the films you saw: which characters seemed the most beautiful? I’m ready to bet that many readers were attracted not to the most beautiful heroes in appearance, but to those who showed warmth, sincerity, empathy, intelligence, demonstrated an original outlook on life, courage in difficult situations... Become such a person and stop reproaching yourself for imperfections appearance. • Constantly take care of yourself. Frequent showers, fresh and ironed clothes, beautiful hairstyle, manicure and pedicure, skin care, good perfume, exercise, permission to pamper yourself with new cosmetics, new clothes - all this is included in the concept of self-care. If you don't like your body and appearance, try to start taking more care of it. Usually what we devote the most time to is what we value as something more important and worthwhile.

• Imagine that your reflection in the mirror is another person. Psychologists consider this exercise to be very effective. Stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself as if it’s not you, but a complete stranger. Take a closer look: isn’t his figure, face, eyes so good? What did you like? Can you tell him that he is ugly, ugly? Hardly. So why might you say this to yourself? Treat your reflection with respect and attention. What would you do if you noticed a flaw that worries you in yourself (too long nose, scar, excess weight, thin hair) in another person? Most likely, they simply would not have paid attention to this detail. Learn to treat yourself the same way. Be polite and courteous to your reflection - this is the first step towards self-love.

How to love your appearance and not compare yourself to others. How to love your appearance?
• Remember that people perceive beauty differently. You will never be able to please everyone: some like skinny women, some like women of average weight, some like blondes, some like brunettes, some like makeup, others – naturalness and a minimum of cosmetics... And it’s not just about men’s attitude towards us: even women evaluate the appearance of other women very differently. Therefore, the only option is to like yourself. Also, do not forget that most people do not choose their friends based on the principle of “beautifulness/ugliness” or compliance with a certain ideal of appearance. Good luck to you! And love yourself!

Secrets of a luxurious bust: How to look like a sex bomb with small breasts?

If only men knew how many tears women shed over breast size - especially in adolescence. In fact, owners of small breasts are not reassured by even an ideal figure (usually small breasts come with thinness) and external attractiveness. Women dream of being the most desirable and luxurious - precisely in the eyes of men. Stop having complexes about small breasts - better find out how to make them attractive. Useful tips for transforming your bust are in the next article.

Useful tips for girls with small breasts

Women are sure that all men only like big breasts, but this is not entirely true; many prefer to embrace small, neat breasts. Oddly enough, for men breast size is not so important. So don't even worry about it.

First of all, you don’t need to consider yourself inferior because of a second, first or even zero bra size. By the way, there was a time when a woman with small breasts was the ideal of beauty, when the standard was a woman in the style of Twiggy - a famous fashion model, thin as a reed, and with almost undeveloped breasts. If you have exactly these forms, then you belong to the group of “girl-type women” or “boyish-type” women. Since God has given you such an individuality, try to carry it through life with pride. Yes, you have a small bust, but its shape makes you catch everyone’s attention!

Women with small breasts have many advantages, and it is worth listing them and remembering them when you are about to get a complex once again, seeing the owner of magnificently swaying forms.

What are the advantages of a small bust?

• You can safely walk without a bra. Without unnecessary modesty, you can wear tight T-shirts on your naked body.

• You don't have to worry too much about what your breasts will look like in old age. Small breasts retain their shape longer. It's no secret that many women's breasts sag over time and lose their former beauty, but this does not threaten you. Throughout your life, your breasts will retain exactly the shape that you had in your youth, and even breastfeeding will not spoil its grace.

• You can reduce spending on linen and spend this amount on something useful or pleasant.

• You can play sports without any hesitation, because nothing bothers you. A woman in a sports T-shirt that hugs her chest without a bra looks natural and free, which the owner of a large bust cannot afford.

• Small breasts have a lot of advantages! How attractive does breasts look through a white T-shirt? What a blessing it is to throw away bras with foam rubber and other voluminous parts! After all, without all this it is so beautiful and so convenient!

What clothes will highlight the advantages of small breasts?

? Clothes with a deep V-neck that successfully emphasizes the sexuality of small breasts.

? In winter, the best thing will be a sweater with a cashmere neckline that can be worn naked (without underwear) and paired with jeans.

? In the summer, choose a T-shirt with a shallow neckline, which is best paired with a volume-increasing push-up bra.

? Women of this type can successfully experiment with mixing feminine and masculine styles. For example, you can wear trousers and a T-shirt or a shirt with slightly wider trousers - this will lighten your figure, which is somewhat heavy at the bottom.

? Wearing a thin sweater without a bra will give the impression that you were getting ready in a hurry. When worn in this way, a soft and thin sweater hugs the figure seductively. The best colors for this clothing are pastel colors, and the cut is voluminous.

? For a figure with wide hips, shirts made of flowing soft fabrics are suitable. For a slim silhouette, it is permissible to wear a shirt one size larger, and do not fasten the top buttons. Combine it with jeans and high heels.

What fabric and style should girls with modest breast sizes wear?

? First of all, you should not choose dense, natural materials. They are pleasant to the body, but their texture tends to have hard, “breaking” lines, and are unlikely to favorably emphasize a small bust. At best, small breasts in a blouse made of such material will look neutral, without attracting any attention. In the worst case, it will seem even smaller than it actually is, which, of course, is undesirable.

? Preference should be given to flowing, iridescent fabrics that will softly fit the bust. Various knitted and stretch materials serve best for these purposes.

? Various translucent materials - silk and nylon - also look beautiful. Such fabrics, with a skillfully chosen style, can show off your breasts in such a way that you will look more attractive and seductive than those with large busts.

Don't feel complex about your graceful bust! Remember, small breasts are delicate, neat, and many men like them!

How to love your life. Simple tips on how to love life!

When communicating with other people, you often observe a situation where a person looks gloomy and dissatisfied and one gets the impression that he does not receive any pleasure from his life. Moreover, this is equally observed both among those who have problems and among successful and accomplished individuals. We just forgot how to love life as it really is. It should be treated as a priceless gift, and not as a heavy burden.

How to love your life. Simple tips on how to love life!

The stories of travelers who visited the African continent are amazing. There are no conditions for normal living there, and the average family survives on $7-10 a month. Nevertheless, children and adults there glow with happiness, enjoying every new day, and do not lose heart when problems arise that are much more serious than most of us have.

Many people ask how to love life as it is, how to learn to enjoy a sunny day and a May shower? What is needed for this?

Simple tips on how to love life!

  • What does our average compatriot do when he comes home from work? Right! He takes a place on the sofa and starts watching TV or surfing the Internet. These activities can lead to depression and feelings of loneliness. Go to the cinema, take a walk in the park, play sports, spend time with loved ones without TV and computer - all these activities will make life sparkle with new bright colors.
  • To love life, you must completely change your way of thinking. Remove negative thoughts from your head and replace them with positive ones. People with positive thinking are able to move mountains, and they perceive every failure as a step towards success.
  • Look at yourself from the outside. Try playing this exciting game. Take a blank sheet of paper with a pen and write down everything that doesn’t suit you in your image, way of life, thinking, physical condition, etc. Then, next to each item, write a list of actions that you think should be taken to correct the situation. Believe me, all difficulties and problems will seem easily solvable.
  • Love yourself. Stop communicating with whiners and those who constantly discuss other people. If you don’t like your figure, go in for sports; if you have a bad job, quit it and look for a new one; problems – solve them in the most effective ways. Don't let life control you - become its master. And then every new day will bring you joy.
  • Set and achieve goals. Without understanding what you want from life, you cannot love it. Read how to set goals correctly and achieve them. As you move towards them, you should praise and encourage yourself in every possible way.

Learn to enjoy simple things - a child’s smile, birdsong, warm rain, nature, etc. Follow these tips and take life easier!

How to love your figure. Psychology of weight loss. Seven ways to love your body.

“I can’t look at myself in the mirror! – sometimes women exclaim in their hearts, whose figure is far from ideal. “How I hate this fat, these thick legs and other parts of the body...” According to psychologists, this path is a dead end. The first step to slimness is to love your body, which, in general, is logical. Getting rid of shortcomings and achieving ideal forms is much easier if you are optimistic about the future, love yourself (along with all the shortcomings) and are determined to win.

True, stopping self-flagellation and accepting your body as it is is not very easy. But this can be learned.

First, stop blaming your body for all your failures. “I’m fat, and that’s why my personal life doesn’t work out,” this can also be heard quite often. In fact, the reason for difficult relationships with the opposite sex lies not in extra pounds, but... precisely in the inability to accept oneself. Look how many fat women have successfully married and are enjoying a happy marriage! And vice versa: have all the girls with ideal model forms found their prince? Look around and you will see that the pattern “a thin waist equals a happy marriage” does not exist. Even if you bring your figure to perfection, no one guarantees that you will immediately get rid of your complexes and love yourself, so this is where you need to start. In addition, psychologists note, those around us perceive us the way we feel.

How to love your figure. Psychology of weight loss. Seven ways to love your body.

Have you noticed that there are very plump women who carry their body like a precious burden, move easily and gracefully, radiate with energy and positivity, dashingly dance salsa and generally feel like the life of the party? If they can do it, why can't you? Again, it’s about attitude and inner harmony, about self-love and self-acceptance, but not about extra pounds.

In order to change your internal attitudes, you don’t need to wait for the New Year or next Monday. Start doing this right now. Follow a series of simple steps and you will soon see the result.

1. Find your uniqueness

Look carefully at yourself in the mirror, but not captiously and evaluatively, but with warmth and love - as a stranger, but very nice to you. Find several advantages in yourself (beautiful eyes, long beautiful hair, sensual lips, lush high breasts, thin ankles) and be sure to try to emphasize them - with clothes, makeup, hairstyle... This will help present yourself in a favorable light and distract the attention of others from your shortcomings.

2. Choose a diet that's right for you

In order to lose weight, you don’t need to go on a strict diet and exhaust yourself with workouts. In the end, this will not lead to beauty, but to stress. Choose a diet that is comfortable for you: let the menu include low-calorie dishes and products, but those that you like. Try different sports and training programs and settle on the option that suits your heart. Learn to listen to the needs of your body and walk towards beauty with pleasure.

3. Make an action plan

Write down in detail on a piece of paper how you want your body to look. Then carry out an “audit”: compare your body parts with what you have written. But not in order to criticize yourself and become despondent, but in order to understand what steps you need to take to achieve the desired result. After that, we draw up an action plan (real and comfortable, remember?) - and go ahead!

4. Believe in yourself

Now that the list is ready, we need to “turn on the mood of victory.” Reassure yourself every day that everything you plan will work out, visualize the result (you can remove extra pounds using Photoshop and hang the photo on the refrigerator) and be sure to praise yourself for small victories.

5. Face your fears

Make another list. You need to write down all your fears and doubts that make you give up, whispering that nothing will work out. You need to know your enemies by sight. Is the list ready? Now consider each point in detail and convincingly explain to yourself why this is not so, why this fear or doubt has no basis.

6. Compare yourself... with yourself

How to love your figure. Psychology of weight loss. Seven ways to love your body.

Don't compare yourself to others. If you are a naturally stocky brunette and feel inferior in the company of your long-legged blonde friends, this is a road to nowhere. Find your strengths, praise yourself for your victories and compare yourself today with yourself yesterday. Every morning ask yourself the question: what step towards my ideal figure will I take today?

7. Pamper your body

Love is caring, so take care of your body. You have one thing – and you won’t have another. Please your skin with good creams, go for a massage and go to the pool, don’t poison your body with bad food, don’t exhaust yourself with unnecessary stress. Treat yourself and your body as you would your most beloved and dearest person. You'll see: the result won't keep you waiting!
