Let it brew for an hour, then strain. Add medical alcohol (40 ml) and glycerin (1 tsp) to the infusion, stir everything thoroughly and leave for another 3 days. Apply the lotion to the skin with light movements and leave until dry. Next, simply rinse it off under a contrast shower.

Cucumber lotion. Peel a fresh cucumber and chop it on a fine grater. Pour the raw material with alcohol or vodka (10 tbsp) and leave for 5-10 days. Strain the tincture and dilute with water in a 1:1 ratio. Moisten the skin of your breasts with lotion, without touching the areolas and nipples. When the product is absorbed, rinse your breasts with water.

Cream with oatmeal. Pour boiling water over 2 tbsp. cereal, cover the container with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes. When the flakes swell and white milk forms, apply the paste to your chest. After 20 minutes, remove the cream with a damp swab and wash with water.

Cream with soybean oil. Mix fresh milk and thick honey (1 tsp of each component) with 2 tbsp. l. butter. Beat everything until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Apply the cream to the décolleté area for 20-25 minutes, then rinse with a cool shower.

Cosmetic ice with herbs. Mix mint, chamomile flowers, linden blossom, oak bark and green tea (1 tbsp each). Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the herbal mixture and let it brew for 5 hours. Then cool, pour into molds and place in the freezer. Every day, morning and evening, rub the skin of your chest with herbal ice cubes.
