How to beautifully tell your husband about pregnancy
Here they are - the long-awaited two stripes. You are overwhelmed with emotions: boundless joy, strong excitement, fear of the unknown - all this together and at once. And of course, the first person you share this great news with is your loved one. But how to do that? Today we will tell you some original ways to tell your husband, boyfriend, and even your parents that you will soon have a baby. Don't forget to take photos and videos of this wonderful event - these emotions should remain in your memory.
- Organize a quest right at home. Or cover a larger area. Place the test or ultrasound image in a beautiful envelope or chest. Tell your husband that there will be a surprise at the end.
- Speaking of surprises... Kinder surprise is one of the most appropriate ways to announce a future addition. You can put the test in a pile of kinders. Or you can get more involved, but the “WOW” effect will be even better: carefully open the kinder - it’s better to take a big one, separate the chocolate egg, put the photo or test in a plastic egg, use a hot knife to connect the chocolate halves, and pack the foil back. Ready!
- Give a T-shirt with the inscription: the best dad in the world or something like that. You can also make T-shirts for future grandparents.
- The cake is beautifully decorated, made to order, with an inscription of your choice. The main thing is that the husband must open the box.
- Another sweet option is chocolate. There is plenty of room to wander around here. You can order chocolate with letters on each candy.
Or order chocolates from us: place an ultrasound picture on one of the chocolates, an inscription on another, photos of you together on the rest so that it is not so easy to find the message, or choose a large chocolate and make a photo collage on it. But the coolest option is, of course, a large shock puzzle or a “Heart” shock puzzle - let the future dad put it together and only then find out what kind of surprise awaits him. - Belly ribbon. Just tie a ribbon around your baby bump. This will be the best gift in your loved one's life.
- For pizza lovers. Order your husband's favorite pizza, preferably so that he is not at home and you can easily write an inscription inside the box. You can also bake pizza at home and write on the dish with ketchup.
- Write "Hi Dad" on your tummy. Or depict the word “PREGNANCY”, and below “1% loaded” and then free cells, simulating the subsequent “loading” of pregnancy to 100%. A good option for a future dad who is a programmer or someone who is closely involved with computers.
- Postcard. Both store-bought and handmade options are suitable.
- Romantic dinner. Why not. This is a very important event and it deserves to be celebrated in the restaurant.
- If your family already has a baby, then prepare a T-shirt with the inscription big brother (big sister) in advance and ask the child to put it on before dad arrives.
- Photoshoot. Invite your husband to a love story photo shoot. Prepare boards or sheets of paper on which you will have to write something nice to each other. At one point, the photographer should ask you to turn to face each other and show what you have written. And of course, he will capture the reaction of the future daddy.
If you want to share this moment with your loved ones, then you can invite everyone to a big family photo session. The photographer will say at the right moment: “And now we all shout together on the count of three: Katya (insert your name) IS PREGNANT!” Most likely, the information will not reach everyone at the same time.
